Well, I know plenty about Snakes since it was one of the first summoning that appear on Naruto when Orochimaru invaded Konohagakure. In the manga and anime only a few people actually signed the contract those were obviously Orochimaru, Kabuto, Sasuke and if i remember correctly Anko too. Snakes are in my opinion the largest summoning that Naruto has showed us throughout the whole story line, on the anime Manda 2 (one of the most known and powerful snakes ever shown on Naruto) was able to successfully choke a giant turtle which shows the great power of Snakes. On the anime those who has signed the Snake contract has shown us many different type of Snakes for example; Manda, Manda 2, The Three Giant Snakes, The white snake sage and a few more. The Snake summoning has many different type of jutsus a couple of those jutsus are: Hidden Shadow Snake Hands, Sleeping Snake Blade Slash, White Snake Rain Technique, Multiple Hidden Shadow Snake Hands, Snake Body Replacement and many more. All Snakes have different traits, some snakes are very large some are very small, some are purple some are green. Manda was the Snake summoning till it was killed and so Manda 2 came in which was used by Kabuto. Snakes were firstly shown by Orochimaru and he was the one that has used Snakes the most as an overall. A disadvantage Snakes has is that they can communicate in human manner.

Now doing the same steps as above I want a 50 meter long snake then right after that I want a 100 meter long snake.

Strong points

1. Snakes could easily protect you from a big attack, like it protected Sasuke.
2. They could destroy a village or a certain place due to the enormous size.
3. Could be use as an assist when at battle, this could attack the enemy and use normal snake senses which helps.

Weak points

1. They have no elemental use.
2. Only can take up to B-rank damage.
3. Could only be summoned once per battle.

Combinations-strategies

You could combine this with any other elemental use for example, you summon the snake go on top of it and you could use jutsus that could deal with a mid-range or long-range enemy and while you doing this the snake could easily attack the enemy and due great damage.

Ways to counter this technique

You could simply attack it with a A-rank elemental technique or even raw chakra or you could use a wind technique to get you out of the way when it attacks you, you could even make the enemy cancel the summoning out before he summons it.

*Once sensei Blake tells me what to do I quickly do the necessary hand signs and right after I bite my thump till blood comes out and wipe the blood on my tattoo once done I summon a perfect green 50 meter snake right before our eyes. Once I've summon the 50 meter snakes I repeat the same process which is do the necessary handseals and bite my thump till it bleeds and wipe the blood on my tattoo which would summon a 100 meter white snake right before our eyes*

Doing the same process imagine summoning a 70 meter snake that has 3 heads. Once summon have it destroy some of the trees in this forest.

Strong points

1. The snake has three heads so its senses are better.
2. The snake is really big.
3. It could easily destroy a village or cause a lot of damage to one.

Weak points

1. Just like the other one, it don't have any elemental chakra.
2. It could easily be kill with a b+ rank technique.
3. Can only be summoned once per battle.

Combinations-strategies

You could combine this summoning with any elemental technique, genjutsu basically anything. You could also, fight as a decoy while this snake attacks or fight the enemy while the snake destroy whatever you want it to destroy.

Ways to counter this technique

Killing it by using a b+ technique either elemental chakra or raw chakra or you could make your enemy cancel it out before summoning it.

Manda is a gigantic, 100 meter long snake who serves as the "leader" of all snakes. Fierce and aggressive, Manda is a shrewd warrior. To summon Manda, the user takes a big gamble, as he can easily turn on its summoner if he so deems it. Not only that, but the sacrifice and the amount of chakra needed damages the user, making summoning Manda a forbidden act. Manda has some unique abilities. Extremely fast and strong, his tail acts as a sharp mace that he can fling at the enemies with ease, speed and tremendous power (capable of overcoming even A-Rank defenses). Manda is also capable of using his chakra for 2 unique techniques: he can borrow underground (even if its affected by up to A-Rank techniques), tunneling through the earth at enormous speed or shed his skin, using a sort of substitution technique, where he trades places with his shed skin. While underground, Manda can sense the vibrations through the earth and pinpoint the location of his enemy. While completely immune to techniques A-Rank and below, Manda can take one S-Rank attack and survive by shedding his skins afterwards, although this can only be done once.

With its sensory skills you could easily do a surprise attack on the enemy and the basic combinations that I've mention before and a lot more.

Ways to counter this technique

Use a technique higher than S-rank or use an S-rank technique twice it'll easily kill it off or summon it back you could also use a surprise attack.

3. It can't be used for long-range.

Combinations-strategies

You could use this attack as a decoy while another clone makes a bigger and stronger technique or you could make your clone use this technique and if you within mid-range and the clone somehow does get the opponent you could use a chidori or something strong enough to finish him off.

Many ways to counter it, using a chidori or an attack that's higher than C-rank.
