I quickly bring out 2 kunai into x-shape as I get to short range of Dogo, then I channel chakra into the kunai to seal 50percent of his chakra.


Q: Say in the NW, and i seal someone's chakra with this, does it count as in the chakra zaps away dividing it into two.
-the 2 turns, does it mean it is until after 2 turns that the chakra would be sealed.
-can someone use other jutsu while sealing?
-does it work on jinjuriki

-By NW, you mean the chakra count, yes? I'm not sure, I don't think so. I think it means the seal lasts for two turns, short range of your location. If the enemy moves out of short range, then they regain their chakra back, so I'm guessing that no, it doesn't mean that as it would seem a bit illogical.
-Yes, going by the wording, after you cross the swords, you are free to perform more jutsus.

Yes, i mean't the chakra count.

But i guess with what you said now, it just seals the foe's chakra within himself making him unable to access half of his chakra then when he escapes it by maybe getting to mid-range, then he gains access back to it. i'm I correct?

Pretty straightforward, you create a seal that causes the enemy to lose control of their summoning. It requires for you to have obtained your foe's blood first, ofc.

I aftee obtaining some of Dogo's blood, dart towards his summon(A large unicorn), then after dodging and going past the summon's numerous horn projectile, i finaly get to arm's range of it while slaming my right palm against its body releasing it from its summoner(Dogo).

Q: Instead of touching the summon, can someone touch the summoner?

Also can this restrict movement complete if for a moment or so?
Its muscle restriciton, what if I decide to restrict the muscle of the Neck, what happens?
Or the muscle that holds the eye-lids making then unable to open it.

Well, it's not specific muscle restriction, but instead, general muscle restriction. It would indeed prevent EIG as it is an S rank and higher technique. Sword movement would instead be based on the specific jutsu I believe. As I said, it's general muscle restriction, and isn't specific, so I don't believe it would negate specific muscles of the body like those supporting the neck and/or the eyes.

Description: A special tag that utilizes the mark of confusion. When placed upon an opponent and using chakra it burns into the opponents skin. This chakra tag causes chakra to flow towards that particular area, causing a disruption within the flow of chakra as well as making it harder to control chakra(adds -10 chakra to any jutsu that the opponent will use for 4 turns).
Note: This jutsu can only be used twice in battle.

It's a bit hard to pull off, but the seal disrupts chakra flow and makes it harder to control it. You can also self-use it but with thr same drawbacks ofc

why only twice per battle. The difficulty realy as is of most fuinjutsu is making contact. So they are quite useless when fighting a long range fighter

Q: the -10 chakra, means it reduces the amount of chakra the opponent is able to muster, does that means the damage of the technique they use is also reduced.
Q: Don't see any gain on using it on oneself, i'm I right? Except if you want to reduce your own power level.

Well, fuuinjutsus vary in range. Some are good for long range usage, others short and mid but one thing that's constant about sealing is direct usage of them will almost always fail. It's still possible to catch a long range fighter with fuuinjutsu, you just have to try out unorthodox methods.

can the tag be just a mark that does not involve paper? Thinking maybe a fuin tag like that of FTG seal.

Yes, it does not have to be in the form of a paper seal. You can create the seal and palm thrust the enemy, placing it on them, for example.

Yes, unless the Fuuinjutsu specifically says it uses a tag, you don't have to make it as a tag.

Description: A special fuuinjutsu utilizing the illusion mark. When placed upon an opponent it fully incapacitates their ability to utilize any sort of genjutsu for four turns.
Note: This seal can be used only once per battle.

This seal prevents the usage of Genjutsus by preventing the enemy from molding enough spiritual energy to create a genjutsu.
