well then there is an option to the rule, Look at Muu-split version in the last chapter, he's standing next to his sealed other half, only way to stop edo tensei is to seal away the soul of the defeated ninja, well the split version is walking fine and still an edo tensei... how do you explain that? a sealed soul with a split version of himself, half as strong, still moved by IWR but sealed away...well on ME means on TOBI....
and i doubt he can split soul....
The only thing stopping this theory is the thing called Soul....there should be only one at least that's what i think

Tobi a living shadow
This guy tobi is just some other uchiha who calls himself madara because he idolized him. their uchiha eyes was said to percieve genjustu, ninjustu and taijustu.
could have been the person who left rigght after madara (random uchiha who sought to
follow madara. or maybe he just implanted the uchiha eyes into himself.
what do you think of my theory?

anyways.. most likely madara transfered some of his soul to another body before dying. but to my understaing your saying a zetsu is tobi claiming to be madara. i dont agree if thats the case since zetsu wouldnt have the knowledge that madara had.
zetsu cloning is not the same as a shadow clone.

Itachi and Sasuke's dad with Madara's eyes. Wasn't their dad the leader of the Uchiha clan and have some plot to destroy the leaf village, and thats why Itachi killed them all.

Hate to add to the Tobi threads, but I'd like to actually get some opinions on this, rather then the idiotic, unreasonable rabble that people spit at me when I contradict their Tobi = X theories.
Anyways, why should tobi have to be a character who has already been significant in the plot? It's way more likely that he's an Uchiha who was either vaguely referenced, or not referenced at all.
I can't be asked to go search for every obscure Uchiha, so if you know any, post them here and they shall be discussed.
Edit: It's been brought up that Tobi may not be an Uchiha at all, as his sharingan is always activated. For some reason, this didn't even once occur to me. +Rep to the people who brought it up. I guess it adds that much more mystery to the man who is TOBI.

Kisame actually knows what Madara looks like. There's a giant statue of him that every ninja obviously knows about. Even if they don't, Kisame is one of the few ninjas who would know about him just as Itachi did, Minato did.
Zetsu can take his any ninja's form by just touching them. Zetsu can be used as an explanation of the different "looks" Tobi had. The meeting "Madara" had with Itachi/ Kisame was actually Zetsu. Tobi who fought Minato was actually Tobi himself. This clearly explains why Itachi was oblivious to who Tobi really was while he knew about "Madara" controlling the Akatsuki from the shadows. Tobi started acting serious right after Itachi died; it was a persona.
