Who is Toby? Theories and facts
There are some theories that say tobi is Fugaku (father of sasuke ans itachi), kamagi uchiha (like danzo), and young bother of madara. :flaw:
I will try solve this like a detective, or in another worlds with a timeline.
Itachi was right, madara help him kill his clan
Fugaku wanted make one revolution on konoha after kuubi attack konoha. Because all people thought that the uchihas were behind it.
Young brother of madara is dead like itachi is.
I believe that rinnegan eyes are unique in the world and only the sage of 6 paths have it, and only madara and the 1º hokage have acess to them.
Nagato was one more boy who receive his eyes from madara, and was controlled by madara. Madara wants peace. After all, 1º hokage gets to him, thats why all people believe that the evil madara was dead.
Tobi controlled one Kage to obtain control of Kisame, and makes kisame enter into akatsuki, like a spy for him.
Tobi controleed kyuubi to attack konoaha, to destroy or maybe to do something else the kyuubi were the distraction.
Uchiha clan realocated to far away of the center of konoha
Fugaku plan a attack to gain control of konoha.
Madara finds out about the plan of Fugaku and help itachi.
Tobi kill madara.
Tobi after kill madara and gets a stock of uchiha eyes and a the 1º hokage cells.
Tobi become Madara to the world, controlling nagato and akatsuki, and when akatsuki was weak he himself enter as a member.
Tobi work with orochimaru.
Tobi uses Izanagi and one unique tecnique of teleportation, with it he survive to Amaterasu flames.
Tobi wants to bring someone of the death, with Nagato's Rinne Tensei.
If you think on one name, only think tobi like that person, and you see that tobi is none of them.
What is left to answer is
'who is Tobi'?
'who he wants to bring from the death?'
'What is relation with Madara?'
To answer these questions i say:
This timeline fits too in the theory of tobi is one of the elders of kanoha, the kamagi uchiha. But don't answer these questions.
The theory of obito being tobi, answer a lot of question about the body of Tobi, but i don't fit in a lot of other facts.
If itachi is right, then tobi maybe Shisui, but why tobi would atack kanoha with the kuubi, don't fit.
Still without answer is the question 'what is relation with Zetzu?'
At the end i still don’t know for sure who is Tobi, any thoughts? But with these facts is easy to create a new character to feet in all these things, but this new character will not create a emotional reaction on naruto or sasuke, so something is missing.

We know that tobi is 100% new character, so I think is he is one of uchiha clan. Maybe the first one to uses Izanagi in the clan, and have a history with madara.
