I actually made a thread saying this a few months ago, speculating upon the deaths of sasuke's parent's. As of now, it seems as though Madara does know who nagato is considering it was the first thing he spoke of when he came out of the coffin. It also appears that there is more of a secret behind Nagato's life than we once thought.
BTW, here's my speculation about sasuke's parents if you want to read it over/maybe add it to your's.

I think there are 2 Madaras cause the dead one and teh living one have the same intetion and information cause the edo tensie madara said " nagato that brat he was finally able to use RINNE tensei " and in chapter 453 afte rnagato died tobi/madara said exactly the same " Nagato that traitor he was supposed to use rinne tensei ON ME !" why he says ON ME? that means in some way there are 2 madaras dont know how he managed but i think this is a proof ! WHO find this logical?

Maybe the whole story was switched around. It wasn't Maadara who took his brother's eyes, it was the other way round. He could easily deceive the village with his genjustu or some other ethod that he was maadara. Maybe the 1st saw through that and hence the reason for the fight.
Or Tobi is the sage of the six paths elder son.

Please read the whole post folks... I explained that zetsu clones can take the exact form and chakra of a person. Even if you kill the zetsu clone it can stay in the copy form. We saw that with Kisame. It was a zetsu clone that A and Bee killed but it looked lime Kisame even after it was dead.
That means if he used a zetsu clone onthe night of the massacre, that itachi would have thought he killed his father but actually just a zetsu.
I actually believe that his own greed is what caused him to sacrifice his whole clan. I think he never was able to activate MS so he is using his kids to create EMS so he can steal it for himself.
Also I want to point out that it was Danzo hiruzen and the othe elders who told itachi to kill his clan, and I think Fugaku let him do it so he could activate itachi's MS.

here is my thory the mask guy is mandera splite body if u remember he mention that nagato betray him when he use the the jutsu to bring death to life why he said that? Becze he want nagato to to use that jutsu to resurrect his other splite body so he can marge them to be a complete mandera

we all depend on the manga itself... there so many twist in the story like madara is not tobi... but tobi said to sasuke that he is madara like itachi knows... when tobi see the 6th coffine tobi was so shock and frightend... only izuna have a great fear on madara....

You may be right about one thing though, go back to our discussion when you told me about your eyes theory, not the thing about EMS, but the thing Tobi giving Nagato the Rin'negan.

not atm, but i would add at least Fugaku Uchiha (father of Sasuke and Itachi), personally, i would go for him, but from these guys i can go with only 1 logic one, and that IS KAGAMI

I bet it's Madara.
Think about it. It could be a zetsu clone like Kisame or madara could have used muu's spliting jutsu. He did claim to have fought Onoki so maybe Onoki use spliting in they'r fight and madara just copied it ...
