Tobi is not Shisui. Tobi was after Shisui's eyes. If Tobi was Shisui, why would he even give his eyes up in the first place if they were so important to him?

You can't say tobi is tobi when tobi told everyone that he's madara. He wanted everyone to know who he really is. Oh and after thinking about it tobi cannot be obito because at the time that tobi attacked the leaf village tobi was around minato's size but kakashi who was around obito's size was still young and not near minato's size.

Not really pointing to this, but its suspicious how Kagami was with the 2nd's team during the war. The only thing for me that points in this direction is the age of Tobi and Kagami that can be similar.

I know that i was refering to if he was still alive. xd when we got to see part of his face after Sasuke used the amaterasu, he had wrinkles not what the others under edo had. where it looks like their skin is peeling off. :lili: maybe i'm overthinking things >.< i'm sorry lol

i knew madara was in the 6th coffin.
I've pretty much gave up on the whole Kagami/Tobi Theory, so i'm of the opinion that Tobi is one of those plant clones of Madara...lol... That would be gay but i could definitely see it going there with the way things have shape up to be, if not, well, then.... hell if i know... :/ lol

thats the thing that it doesnt have to be an uchiha? what is the reason that people say tobi has to be an uchiha? because he has sharingan? when danzo and kakashi both had sharingans but arent uchiha

i base it on the knowledge tobi has had that shows he is madara.

but i like what the op said.. tobi is tobi until proven otherwise.. by the manga

We look at Kakashi, a non Uchiha user right? Right. When he uses his Sharingan for long time periods his chakra depletes. Danzou didn't have a chance to show the effects during battle because he continued using Izanagi to replenish everything,(stamina, chakra, health, etc.), and avoid death. Now, look at Tobi and the number of times he's used Sharingan abilities without even showing the effects Sharingan has on non users. And he has Rinnegan now so it would drain chakra faster on a non Doujutsu user.
