The Land of Fire's mountains are beautiful and lush by day, teeming with the sounds of wildlife. At night the sounds silence as a soft and eerie fog rolls in across it's mountain lakes. A calm breeze travels over the forests opening, a large grass field flowing like waves as leaves dance across it. Illuminated by moonlight, this landscape becomes the perfect setting for what was about to transpire. The night sky appeared to be off this night, as not only was the full moon brighter then usual, but it would appear as though even more stars glittered across the dark blue sky. In a whisp a circular opening rapidly forms in the clouds in the distance, just over the horizon, as if something at high speed pushed through them. A soft whistle of wind can be heard as the mountain mist swooshes left, then right. As if something unseen was moving about. Then suddenly, a figure can be seen walking it. Cloaked in white, with his silvery hair flowing in the wind, the fog rolling in behind him giving him a hauntingly ghostly apparency.​



I'll be using Hei Otsutsuki, I rolled Scorch for Chakra Edible, if I use it. Night/Foggy setting is purely cosmetic, we have full visibility. It's been awhile so if you really want I can start with a move, although I'd prefer if you start us off.​

The night owls screech in a distant tree, echoing throughout the field. Were he to look at it, Hei would be capable of seeing two blue fires appear from the foliage, burning endlessly before consuming themselves into two bright purple orbs with a starry galaxy to rival that of the night sky. Maybe unbeknownst to him, the Blood Traitor had shown herself, activating first her Shinkaigan and then her Uchuu Shinkaigan. Were Hei to look at this, a succession of 5 and then 10 sanity points would be taken from him.

(Dōjutsu: Shinkaigan) – Eye Technique: Abyssal Eyes

Description: The Shinkaigan (深海), or the Abyssal Eyes and the Eyes of the Abyss, is the Dōjutsu Kekkei Genkai that appears in the Voidseers. Two conditions must be met to awaken the Shinkaigan. The first is that one must become Void-touched; this is achieved when one becomes Void-touched. The second is by gaining sufficient knowledge of the Shinkaigan and the Voidseer’s innate abilities. This is a key characteristic of the Shinkaigan, noted by Solomon to be “eyes of knowledge” rather than “eyes of trauma,” making it distinct from the Sharingan. The Shinkaigan possesses a unique connection to the Void itself. Its abilities exist in both space and time separately. This comes to be because the Void exists both as a separate dimension and a state in time. Rewinding the clocks far enough would cause everything in the universe to eventually converge onto the Void. The Shinkaigan is the only way one can view the Void directly, peering into it to gain intimate knowledge of the inner workings of the universe as it is today. Without the Shinkaigan exposure to the Void and Shinkaigan Dōjutsu causes one to lose Sanity; though, like a double-edged sword, the Shinkaigan user also suffers a loss of Sanity. But because their eye allows them to perceive and cognize the Void differently from other humans, they lose Sanity at a slower rate. In the left eye the Shinkaigan allows the user to visually perceive lifeforce and lifecycles of anything, including inanimate objects. It derives this ocular power through the nature of the Void itself. The right eye allows the Shinkaigan wielder to view the Void as a physical space, perceiving it not as a point in time but a location. The wielder gains enhanced visual acuity, able to track targets at four times their speed. Though unlike other Dōjutsu it lacks the ability to perceive chakra. Activation of the Shinkaigan grants the user access to their Voidseer Dōjutsu, affording them the ability to use powerful temporal and spatial abilities.
Note: The user is able to passively activate the Shinkaigan after holding the Dōjutsu for one month.
Note: Gazing directly into the Shinkaigan causes a loss of 5 Sanity per turn unless the user also wields the Shinkaigan. Those who have completed Taijutsu training can avoid these effects by breaking eye contact with their opponent.
(Dōjutsu: Uchū Shinkaigan) – Eye Technique: Cosmic Abyssal Eyes

Description: The Cosmic Shinkaigan (深海), or the Cosmic Abyssal Eyes is the advanced Dōjutsu Kekkei Genkai that appears in the Voidseers. The conditions to advance the Shinkaigan to its Cosmic level continue to build on the concept of the “eyes of knowledge.” The Cosmic Shinkaigan significantly improves the user’s visual prowess, extending the reach and accuracy of their perceptive abilities. The user becomes able to see up to two landmarks from their position in the Ninja World, significantly increasing their reach from the Abyssal Eyes. Meanwhile their visual acuity is enhanced dramatically, vastly improving their tracking capabilities by 6x their base. It is said that the Cosmic level signify the pinnacle of the user’s insight into the Cosmos, but it is more likely that they are simply better attuned to the Void than they would be otherwise. Once they have mastered their abilities a Cosmic Shinkaigan user becomes able to specialize in either the Shinkaigan’s Spatial or Temporal powers, pursuing a line of abilities they unlock as their proficiency with the Cosmic Shinkaigan increases. As a Shinkaigan user has innately greater mastery over their abilities and knowledge of the Void they gain an intrinsic 50% Insanity Resistance.
Note: Once activated the technique will remain active indefinitely afterwards, able to be switched between the Shinkaigan and Cosmic level at will.
Note: After the user has held the Cosmic Shinkaigan for two months they are able to activate it passively.

Isabella's figure appears from the cloak of the foliage, her scarlet hair cascading like rivers of blood down her shoulders. When she speaks, the voices comes out olden and scruffy, which she immediately shakes off.

Took you long enough... I don't think I'll have a spar anymore, Hei Otsutsuki. Isabella thinks she won't stand for anything short of blood and gore now.

She said, stringing together several handseals before unleashing her chakra as 8 massive purple fireballs, washing the entire meadow in cosmical light. The fireballs would be enhanced by the void, carrying with it the ability to drain 15 more sanity points from Hei, while standing as incredibly threatening regardless. Through their void infusion, the flames would secretly acquire the S&W of Water rather than Fire. To further add to the mayhem happening before Hei's very eyes, Isabella would stretch out her arms, and, in Hei's mind, the purple meteors of fire would shatter like glass, and attack him like shards of broken fire, reflecting purple light all around. Was it all just a big Genjutsu??

These fireballs have explosive and concussive abilities, similar to other fire techniques.

(Dōjutsu: Hantōmei Kyōkai) – Eye Technique: Transient Boundary

Description: Transient Boundary is an advanced Cosmic Shinkaigan technique that is performed by both Temporal and Spatial specialists, cast by either the right or left eye. This technique is unique to the Cosmic Shinkaigan and is performed within the same timeframe as another technique. The only requirement to this technique is that it must be applied to something within the user’s line of sight, specifically another technique they are using. This requirement allows the Shinkaigan to view the technique’s past in the Primordial Void, allowing it to be manipulated by partially reversing the technique into the past to infuse it with the Void. The infused technique gains a random increase in damage, with the user having a 33% chance to increase the damage by 10/20/30 damage. The original technique sheds its strengths and weaknesses, gaining new ones determined randomly. When used on techniques that have a set duration, that duration will be increased by a single turn. When used by those who have mastered the Spatial Cosmic Shinkaigan it will instead have a 33% chance to increase its damage by 20/40/60 damage. When used by a Temporal Cosmic Shinkaigan master it will linger on the battlefield for an additional three turns. Those who experience Transient Boundary and witness its infusion, either directly or through extrasensory means, will lose 15 Sanity.
Note: Usable three times per battle, once every three turns.

Description: Possibilitates the shattering of the chaotic continuum, and weaves its piercing debris onto a wholesome harmony. The form consists of up to 5 physical motions with a 6th as a finisher, which in turn shatter and pulverize the world around, inside the illusion. Everything breaks down and fragments, and the practitioner guides the weaving dust of the shrapnel of reality through the physical motions. Easiest way to comprehend this illusion is to think of the affected objects, which can be anything, including the whole realm of the illusion itself as a crystallized substance that, when immobile, looks exactly as the original ( the ground, a tree, the sky, the user, the target ) but, when affected, shatters and crashes like glass, even if it retains the same colors and textures, which seemingly shiver and sparkle like multiple diamonds. With this crunched reality, the user is able to wrap the target with blankets of shattered illusions, throw clouds of piercing dust and splintered blades of reality, or even continuously shatter and reform one's body and limbs to make one's physical attacks more unpredictable, etc. After the six motions, the user is free to perform a finisher where the practitioner will place both hands, or even both knees besides the opponent's face and neck and then quickly snap the head around, shattering the neck and spine, disrupting the genjutsu, or simply move on to other attacks, leaving behind a constricted opponent within an illusion.


*Non-Finisher usages leave the target bound for 2 turns before the genjutsu ends. This does not require extra chakra, it's merely lingering genjutsu*
*Each physical strike disrupts the illusion for a fraction of a second, unless it's after the 6 motions, where any fitting physical strike will disrupt the genjutsu as normal*

As Hei took his battle stance ready for nothing more then a simple spar with a crimson haired Uchiha woman. Her eyes transcending their standard state, Hei expected the Sharingan however what he got was anything from. As he looked into her eyes It was clearly something else. Familiar yet like nothing he had seen before. Isabella's eyes further evolved, becoming cosmic in nature. Hei could feel as his grip on reality slipped away. Quickly breaking eye contact Hei's eyes will shift into that of a Byakugan and further Transend into a Rinnegan. "That... I've seen that before, the void.. and something more. Who is this?" Hei thinks as he remembers his time in the underworld and his view into the void itself. After hearing her words it was clear this battle would not be a normal spar, but a fight for his life. He can hear a faint undiscernible whispers in his ears as he activates his chakra sensory ability attempting to view into Isabella's chakra and his own.. "It seems normal still. What's going on?" Hei ponders as he suspects he'll need further insight into her chakra to understand what's going on.

(Dōjutsu: Byakugan) Eye Technique: The All Seeing White Eye (Passive)

Description: The kekkei genkai intrinsic to both the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans—descendants of Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Those who possess this dōjutsu have it manifested as eyes with featureless white irides and no visible pupils. And when activated, the pupils become more distinct and the veins near their temples bulge. To activate the dōjutsu, Hyuga but not Ōtsutsuki clan members are initially obliged to use a rather long and specific sequence of handseals: Horse → Tiger → Boar → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar → Snake. But once activated, the dōjutsu user is endowed with a range of skills. To start, an activated Byakugan gives the user a near 360º diameter field of vision bar one blind spot at the back of the neck, above the first thoracic vertebra. Its vision can penetrate through any solid objects or obstructions, and likewise remains unaffected by blinding interferences. But that being said, certain barriers and the like may distort its perception. In addition, it is able to follow high-speed movements, which enables those with this dōjutsu to analyze their foes' actions and better react to them. The Byakugan is also able to see chakra to a higher degree than the Sharingan and ergo, identify where a person's chakra signature originates from. Beyond that, it can discern certain types of clones from the real person. And its ability to see chakra is in fact so acute that those who possess this dōjutsu are even able to see the chakra pathway system and the 361 tenketsu that comprise it. The Hyūga clan has gone so far as to develop their unique Gentle Fist style in order to capitalize on this particular ability.
Note: Hyuga clan bios of at least Sannin rank become able to passively activate their dōjutsu upon one month having passed since Gentle Fist training concluded. Ōtsutsuki bios never need to expend a move in order to activate it.
Note: While traversing the NW, bios with activated Byakugan are able to see up to two 2 adjacent landmarks away while those of sage rank can see as far as three away, but this doesn't extend beyond an ocean landmark.
( Doujutsu: Rinnegan ) Eye Technique: Samsara Eye (Passive)

Description: One of the 3 great Doujutsu, the Rinnegan has, like the other, the ability to see chakra and the chakra flow of individuals. It also allows the user a great clarity of perception and tracking abilities, although its levels vary from user to user. It also grants a family of abilities collectively known as the Six Paths Technique. The user is also able to summon and control the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path. Certain Rinnegan abilities have only been demonstrated by single users: Madara can create corporeal shadows in the invisible world of Limbo; Momoshiki is able to absorb any ninjutsu with his right Rinnegan and release it with his Left Rinnegan; Urashiki is capable of moving through time and space when different eyes are activated. While Nagato was never able to deactivate his eyes, Madara and other wielders could switch at will between their other eyes and Rinnegan eyes, although Uchiha aren't able to go from 3 Tomoe to Rinnegan directly. Due to implanting Madara's Rinnegan into his eye, Obito loses the ability to deactivate this eye, much like Nagato.
Note: Can only be used by Rinnegan users excluding Sasuke.
Note: Requires activation ( spending move ) for other Rinnegan bios but remains active indefinetely afterwards if the user chooses to. After having for 1 month, user becomes able to switch between both doujutsu without spending a move. In the case of Madara, user needs to have activated EMS before and had it active for 1 full turn before activating.
(Chakra Henkanshi no Jutsu) - Chakra Sensing Technique (Passive)

Description: This is a very advanced of advancing the ability to feel and sense chakra. The technique allows the user to concentrate and detect someone's chakra. Users can use this to determine the nature of a jutsu used as well as sense masses of chakra. The use of this can be compared to Sharingan's brutish level of sensory, able to sense collection of chakra but not the level of clarity and precision Byakugan has.
Note: Can only be used by bios with Sensory ability.
Note: After having on a bio for 1 month, users gain the ability to activate Sensory passively.
"You allowed yourself to be taken by the void, and for that I have no choice but to end you. I'm sorry."

Several massive purple spheres of fire would be launched at Hei, his sanity further slips away, the undiscernible whispers becoming more protonate as he suddenly hopes the fire technique isn't wet in some way. The fire will then shatter like glass as its purple light reflects off it's shards. "Shut UP!" Hei will yell out as he turns over his left shoulder. It was clear to Hei that his chakra had been altered into an illusionary state via his chakra sensory ability. Was this really all an illusion? No, this feeling was unmistakably the Void. It would appear as though in his confusion, and turning to yell at the voices in his head Hei had taken the blunt of the fire attack head on. With no time to escape. Although the view might be hindered by the size of the fireballs as they crash down and explode in a blazing inferno upon Hei's location. His chakra signature would also vanish, like that of if he was killed by the attack. However, thanks to Hei's visual prowess of his Rinnegan and his own unique spacial and temporal abilities Hei would have vanished a moment prior to being struck by the attack leaving behind orizuru in his place to take the hit. Repositioning himself mid-ranged away from his previous location, close ranged behind the Uchiha woman, Hei will stealthily use his chakra fishing rod to pierce through the back of Isabella. This will not cause any damage, but instead extract a sample of her chakra for further study. "I will learn what happened to you." Hei speaks aloud as his location would now be known.

( Origami Kawarimi ) - Origami Replacement Technique

Description: Prior to being struck by an attack, Urashiki activates his base Rinnegan and causes it to glow blue. His body then disappears without warning, leaving behind ten glowing red orizuru, which slowly float to the ground before fading away when the user reveals himself. Afterwards, Urashiki's chakra signature is completely untraceable for 2 turns, allowing him to escape elsewhere unnoticed, or until he uses a Jutsu, whichever comes first. This allows him to escape damage from a technique he is aware of and reposition himself up to mid range away from his original location undetected, only being sensed if he chooses to use a Jutsu.
Note: This can be used up to 4 times a battle but only against any opponent twice. After using, the user cannot use for 2 turns.
Note: Can only be used by Urashiki bios.
( Ishi de Sakusei Tsūru ) - Creation Tools At Will

Description: Created via modified version of the Creation Tools At Will jutsu, the user is capable of creating a solid special red glowing malleable chakra rod. This rod is capable of being used to pierce through defenses of equal rank and lower to absorb chakra from targets pierced directly by it. This allows him the ability to use their absorbed chakra in the form of an Advanced Element or Kekkei Genkei. If the user wishes, he can directly absorb the chakra as pure chakra and increase his reserves or heal himself directly. He can also use this Rod to steal chakra to increase his abilities, requiring use of the Chakra Edible technique after Chakra theft with this technique. This usage causes no damage in order to obtain the chakra and as such, is unable to harm a foe directly. However, the user is capable of using the rod to create varying physical attacks to harm the opponent such as creating an array of rod like projectiles to attack with, unable to drain or steal chakra at this time and in this state.
Note: Can only be used by Urashiki Otsutsuki.
Note: Use of Rod projectiles counts as an A rank technique. Chakra Theft counts as an S rank ability, piercing through defenses of S rank chakra and lower to strike targets up to 15 meters away from the Rod.
Note: KGs and AE stolen last up to 2 additional arcs after acquiring, allowing the user to keep up to 2 other abilities at any point. Should he acquire an additional KG/AE, he must choose which 2 are kept beyond the arc and which is kept for just that arc.
Leaping back to place distance between himself and Isabella. Hei will swipe his arm toward her, releasing a blade of wind in attempts to cut across her torso.

(Fūton: Kaze No Yaiba) - Wind Style: Wind Blade

Description: This technique is a pinpoint slashing strike, where the user emits chakra from their fingertips and materializes it into an near invisible weapon that assaults the enemy in a gust of wind. If the Sickle Weasel Technique can be regarded as a swarm of small wind kunai, then this technique is akin to a virtually unavoidable longsword which can leave the target's body mutilated. Just being in close proximity to the technique can cause minor cuts. The wind blades can be created and thrown, like projectiles, in rapid succession, although in this case, each one weaker than the single use application. The technique cannot be blocked by physical weapons and is insanely fast by not relying on the use of Hand seals but, because it still requires the user to perform hand gestures to use and is somewhat visible in the effect it produces, it can still be defended against by using appropriate evasion techniques or fast elemental ninjutsu.

Its vision can penetrate through any solid objects or obstructions, and likewise remains unaffected by blinding interferences. But that being said, certain barriers and the like may distort its perception. In addition, it is able to follow high-speed movements, which enables those with this dōjutsu to analyze their foes' actions and better react to them. The Byakugan is also able to see chakra to a higher degree than the Sharingan and ergo, identify where a person's chakra signature originates from. Beyond that, it can discern certain types of clones from the real person. And its ability to see chakra is in fact so acute that those who possess this dōjutsu are even able to see the chakra pathway system and the 361 tenketsu that comprise it. It also grants a family of abilities collectively known as the Six Paths Technique. The user is also able to summon and control the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path. Certain Rinnegan abilities have only been demonstrated by single users: Madara can create corporeal shadows in the invisible world of Limbo; Momoshiki is able to absorb any ninjutsu with his right Rinnegan and release it with his Left Rinnegan; Urashiki is capable of moving through time and space when different eyes are activated. While Nagato was never able to deactivate his eyes, Madara and other wielders could switch at will between their other eyes and Rinnegan eyes, although Uchiha aren't able to go from 3 Tomoe to Rinnegan directly. Due to implanting Madara's Rinnegan into his eye, Obito loses the ability to deactivate this eye, much like Nagato.

The use of this can be compared to Sharingan's brutish level of sensory, able to sense collection of chakra but not the level of clarity and precision Byakugan has.
Note: Can only be used by bios with Sensory ability.

Several massive purple spheres of fire would be launched at Hei, his sanity further slips away, the undiscernible whispers becoming more protonate as he suddenly hopes the fire technique isn't wet in some way. The fire will then shatter like glass as its purple light reflects off it's shards. "Shut UP!" Hei will yell out as he turns over his left shoulder. It was clear to Hei that his chakra had been altered into an illusionary state via his chakra sensory ability. Was this really all an illusion? No, this feeling was unmistakably the Void. It would appear as though in his confusion, and turning to yell at the voices in his head Hei had taken the blunt of the fire attack head on. With no time to escape. Although the view might be hindered by the size of the fireballs as they crash down and explode in a blazing inferno upon Hei's location. His chakra signature would also vanish, like that of if he was killed by the attack. However, thanks to Hei's visual prowess of his Rinnegan and his own unique spacial and temporal abilities Hei would have vanished a moment prior to being struck by the attack leaving behind orizuru in his place to take the hit. Repositioning himself mid-ranged away from his previous location, close ranged behind the Uchiha woman, Hei will stealthily use his chakra fishing rod to pierce through the back of Isabella. This will not cause any damage, but instead extract a sample of her chakra for further study. "I will learn what happened to you." Hei speaks aloud as his location would now be known.

Description: Created via modified version of the Creation Tools At Will jutsu, the user is capable of creating a solid special red glowing malleable chakra rod. This rod is capable of being used to pierce through defenses of equal rank and lower to absorb chakra from targets pierced directly by it. This allows him the ability to use their absorbed chakra in the form of an Advanced Element or Kekkei Genkei. If the user wishes, he can directly absorb the chakra as pure chakra and increase his reserves or heal himself directly. He can also use this Rod to steal chakra to increase his abilities, requiring use of the Chakra Edible technique after Chakra theft with this technique. This usage causes no damage in order to obtain the chakra and as such, is unable to harm a foe directly. However, the user is capable of using the rod to create varying physical attacks to harm the opponent such as creating an array of rod like projectiles to attack with, unable to drain or steal chakra at this time and in this state.

If the Sickle Weasel Technique can be regarded as a swarm of small wind kunai, then this technique is akin to a virtually unavoidable longsword which can leave the target's body mutilated. Just being in close proximity to the technique can cause minor cuts. The wind blades can be created and thrown, like projectiles, in rapid succession, although in this case, each one weaker than the single use application. The technique cannot be blocked by physical weapons and is insanely fast by not relying on the use of Hand seals but, because it still requires the user to perform hand gestures to use and is somewhat visible in the effect it produces, it can still be defended against by using appropriate evasion techniques or fast elemental ninjutsu.

With almost no reaction time to counter the rod piercing her back, other than a shift in the air, her innate spiritual sensing and a insurgence of chakra behind her, Isabella would opt to infuse herself with Decay chakra, her corporeal body parting aways towards each side. In the genesis of the technique, Isabella would exude her Takamabi chakra as well, turning the flames of decay that would compose her body into flames of the reality-bending fires of High Heaven. Her body, as it parts around the rod, takes on the appearance of what can only be describe as Time Rots Everything. Her body seems to became transparent, as the flames appear like windows to a mirror world exactly the same as the battlefield, but all that exists there is rotten beyond doubt. A completely nefarious world of putrified grass, ground, toxic and vile. Not only would the flames lick at Hei's skin, burning and decaying them, but the flames themselves would appear acidic and toxic, glueing themselves to the Otsutsuki like excruciating acid melting his flesh and bone. It might not be apparent immediately, due to grotesque nature of the illusion, that the damage Hei would feel would be purely spiritual, though no less fatal.

Since the users body loses substance and physical manifestation, the user can avoid taking direct physical damage or energy damage while on this form and when reforming can actually "regenerate" injuries that he might have sustained before, after or during the activation. However, the user can be restrained and forced back into his normal form by containement-like techniques. Not only that but while the user is unaffected by rocks or solid earth or other solid techniques (basicaly not taking damage), he's weak to Mud, Water or Sand techniques, being easily restrained and forced back into his normal form. While on this form the user can travel through the air in the battle field (and through energy barriers, although not solid ones) at great speed (similar to his full running speed). An unique ability is that the user is able to shape his raw form as he pleases, taking the shape of animals or appearing for example as simple geometrical forms or other even simpler forms. However, his overall size can't be smaller than that of his original flesh body and if, as a result of an attack, the user loses some part of him, he can regenerate it with pure decay and by returning to his normal form, be left unaffected. If used only on a selective part of the body, the user can shape it to attack or defend either by letting attacks go through him or by forming shields or other simpler weapons. Partially or totally transformed, the user is able to release free form streams or projectiles from the main form of decay out of his transformed parts/body (A-Rank). Description: Amenominakanushi is an infusion of Takamabi onto the genesis of another technique, using High Heaven's reality altering properties ( Shinkai ) to alter the infused technique's physical properties, similar to Change into Heaven. The altered technique will lose it's foundation in reality, and become spiritual instead, akin to a damaging illusion happening before their eyes. While the altered technique follows the original technique's general volume, path and motion, in it's altered form it can take the appearance and function of any other construct or substance, like a fireball becoming a ball of freezing blades. The original technique will lose it's physicality, it's damage turning into spiritual instead. Sentient beings and other spiritual entities will suffer this damage with the same pain and feeling as if they were interacting with the actual substance it has been altered to.
As the infused technique is not Takamabi itself, but altered by it, it will not induce the effects of Yomi onto others, merely inducing a primal and confounding haze, dread and paranoia with excrutiating mental pain, felt as a headache and in the areas that are in contact with the altered technique, the degree of which dependant on the rank and damage of the alterered technique. The user expends 50 chakra, but only 10 chakra is added to the original technique. The infused technique will acquire an increase of 20 damage, but will now deal spiritual damage instead of physical. The reality-altered technique will have Takamabi's neutral S&W when interacting with other techniques, through their chakra tier, whereas it's damage can only be felt by Sentient Beings and Spiritual Entities.

As her amorphous body had essentially erupted into the spiritual putrefying flames, Isabella would reform she wants, placing her Shinkaigan eyes where the Otsutsuki would be looking, which would cause another 10 sanity points to drop if successful, to then turn into her full head and body, to the left of the rod. Were he not to drastically avert his eyes before this, Hei would be able to see her pivot on her materialized right leg, and would be able to easily note from her body stance that she was chambering her left leg for some sort of kick, happening at a great speed. But this would all be an illusion, for she would have layered a time-altering illusion onto her kick, that made Hei see her motion happening with a time-delay. As soon as she hooks her left leg, she would have already pointed her left foot at Hei's right temple. If it connects, it would break the illusion and propel Hei sideways and onto the ground.

The user is able of jumbling down the speed of the illusionary and physical attacks, baffling the target(s) with illusionary punches that phase through their chest, a few seconds before an actual punch strikes them and breaks the illusion, or an illusionary kick targetting the leg and disappearing moments before connecting, as an actual kick was already dealt and broke the illusion. Each physical strike momentarily breaks the illusion which is then recast with the succeeding motion.

S rank can be split into 2 A rank attacks or 4 B Ranks or 8 C ranks, with according damage. A rank can go down to 8 D Rank attacks. B rank can go down to 4 D ranks. C can go down to 2 D Ranks and D can only perform one strike. A Rank and above require 3 turns cooldown between usage. S rank can only be used twice times per battle.

As agreed, the decay technique only gets a single +10 boost to chakra, meaning that my chakra rod is still able to extract chakra from you. With that your technique still happens and I will need to counter accordingly.

His chakra rod successfully extracting chakra from it's target would not come without risk, having exposed himself to dangerously close combat with his opponent. This left Hei vulnerable to counter attack. Without skipping a beat, as the chakra is extracted from Isabella she would erupt out as Decay flames, her change being noted not only by Hei's chakra sensory capability but also his Rinnegan's enhanced visual perception. With extremely limited time nor room for escape, Hei once again draw's upon his Rinnegan's ability to manipulate space/time. Now, opening a rift in that allows him instantaneously travel as he slips through one end of the rift and simultaneously exit the other, located long ranged (30m) to the left of the battlefield; with the rift closing behind him insuring none of the decay flames follow suit. Hei will then take the chakra he had just extracted and the chakra he had stored before battle and consume them, causing his silver hair to stand on end and causing his horns, nails and canines to elongate as dark markings stretch across his body. The most notable change however will come to his eyes. First would be a third eye that opens and manifests in his forehead. A golden rippled pattern with six tomoe spread evenly among the first two ripples. A Rinnegan not much unlike his previous. Secondly however, among his transformation into this new state, his normal eyes will undergo drastic change, as the void itself will seem to consume them as they form. Mirroring his opponents cosmic gaze. Albeit a slight visual difference to Hei's Uchū Shinkaigan, being Golden in coloration. Hei will look upon the battlefield with new eyes. The Sage of Time gaining new understanding of his title. "This is.. very interesting.." Hei thinks as he stands to face his opponent once more. "While this.. The second option is to directly steal chakra from the opponent and with it, the ability to use their Element or Kekkei Genkei of their Clan, canon or Custom. This is achieved via direct contact or, in the case of Urashiki, his Chakra Rod. and making direct contact with a foe or his Chakra Rod, the user is able to absorb the abilities of his target for his own use. The user then turns the stolen chakra into chakra-filled edibles which have similar shape to Chakra Fruit, which grants him their abilities upon being consumed Both uses transform their physical appearance and augment their powers, granting them a significant speed increase and damage boost to their Jutsu, increasing by +30 as well as having 3 Golden Rinnegan. Despite seeming all-powerful, the jutsu has it's limitations and weaknesses; this cannot absorb a target, only their ability to utilize specific fields of Ninjutsu. The user can only absorb other Tier 4 and lower Kekkei Genkai or Advanced Element of up to three different ninja at one time, meaning he can have at most 3 other KG or AEs. The user cannot absorb Hidden Abilities nor abilities such as Sage Mode, Eight Inner Gates, or other taught abilities. Description: The Shinkaigan (深海), or the Abyssal Eyes and the Eyes of the Abyss, is the Dōjutsu Kekkei Genkai that appears in the Voidseers. Two conditions must be met to awaken the Shinkaigan. The first is that one must become Void-touched; this is achieved when one becomes Void-touched. The second is by gaining sufficient knowledge of the Shinkaigan and the Voidseer’s innate abilities. This is a key characteristic of the Shinkaigan, noted by Solomon to be “eyes of knowledge” rather than “eyes of trauma,” making it distinct from the Sharingan. The Shinkaigan possesses a unique connection to the Void itself. Its abilities exist in both space and time separately. This comes to be because the Void exists both as a separate dimension and a state in time. Rewinding the clocks far enough would cause everything in the universe to eventually converge onto the Void. The Shinkaigan is the only way one can view the Void directly, peering into it to gain intimate knowledge of the inner workings of the universe as it is today. The user becomes able to see up to two landmarks from their position in the Ninja World, significantly increasing their reach from the Abyssal Eyes. Meanwhile their visual acuity is enhanced dramatically, vastly improving their tracking capabilities by 6x their base. It is said that the Cosmic level signify the pinnacle of the user’s insight into the Cosmos, but it is more likely that they are simply better attuned to the Void than they would be otherwise. His chakra rod successfully extracting chakra from it's target would not come without risk, having exposed himself to dangerously close combat with his opponent. This left Hei vulnerable to counter attack. Without skipping a beat, as the chakra is extracted from Isabella she would erupt out as Decay flames, her change being noted not only by Hei's chakra sensory capability but also his Rinnegan's enhanced visual perception. With extremely limited time nor room for escape, Hei once again draw's upon his Rinnegan's ability to manipulate space/time. Now, opening a rift in that allows him instantaneously travel as he slips through one end of the rift and simultaneously exit the other, located long ranged (30m) to the left of the battlefield; with the rift closing behind him insuring none of the decay flames follow suit. Hei will then take the chakra he had just extracted and the chakra he had stored before battle and consume them, causing his silver hair to stand on end and causing his horns, nails and canines to elongate as dark markings stretch across his body. The most notable change however will come to his eyes. First would be a third eye that opens and manifests in his forehead. A golden rippled pattern with six tomoe spread evenly among the first two ripples. A Rinnegan not much unlike his previous. Secondly however, among his transformation into this new state, his normal eyes will undergo drastic change, as the void itself will seem to consume them as they form. Mirroring his opponents cosmic gaze. Albeit a slight visual difference to Hei's Uchū Shinkaigan, being Golden in coloration. Hei will look upon the battlefield with new eyes. Once again, her opponent had employed means that allowed him to to transport himself out of harms way. Time-space techniques were a bother, and Isabella needed to prepare herself. Dropping her intentions to perform the Déjà Fu arts, Isabella produced 2 handseals as she materialized into her corporeal form, slamming her hands on the ground. Isabella felt her chakra draining from her from their previous interactions, which was not an unfamiliar sensation, but she would not understand its consequences until her opponent came out of the portal he ripped through the fabric of space and time. Even as the totem of fox skulls and bones appeared behind her, Hei would eat his chakra edible and the changes would be abhorrent. She recognized her own Uchuu Shinkaigan, washed in gold, in the eyes of her opponent, as well as the Rinnegan in his forehead.

Description: An ancient sealing technique that is designed to weaken one's enemy. The user does 2 hand seals (Ram+Dog) and slams the ground with his palm. Upon contact a sealing formula spreads, covering a circle about 2 meters wide with the kanjis for "From your power I grow; With your power, I win" and a human sized Panda made of the ground (rock, earth, mud, water, snow, basically the material from which the ground were its used is made of) rises, covered in the sealing formulas. The seal has the unique ability to absorb small amounts of any chakra present on the field and siphoning it into itself (exception made for the users chakra). The seal absorbs any chakra that is released into the field, regardless of any other properties but only in small amounts. Because of this, the effect of the seal is, while its active, to decrease the power of enemy techniques by absorbing chakra from them into itself. However, the seal isn't infinite. When it reaches its limit, the stored chakra in the Panda makes it collapse upon itself into nothing.

Right after Hei's mutations become evident, Isabella's eyes would manifest a gargantuan dragon of miasma, akin to a liquid, fluid, plasma-like fire to ravage through the entire meadow as it whirls and slithers towards Hei, covering a huge expanse of the terrain in magnitudes similar to the great Mountain Smash technique. Even with the Otsutsuki empowered speed, Isabella would cut off his dodging ability and force him to either use spend his Time-Space techniques usage, or meet the dragon head on. Hidden within the purple light of the draconic being, a eerie spiritual ghost would lie dormant, ready to sabotage the technique used against the dragon, disabling any further uses of said counter. The inherent drawback of 10 sanity points would be cut in half by both Isabella and Hei, draining 5 points instead from both.

Description: This technique is the Cosmic variant of Shimmering Depth, the basic application of the Shinkaigan’s Spatial powers. It is cast by the right eye, able to call energy directly from the Void to weaponize it. The energy manifests from the user’s eye with a long-range reach. Reality Rift is a honed version of Shimmering Depths, affording the user significantly greater control over the Void and Chaos. While it is manifested at the user’s eye they are able to shape the energy with far greater versatility, using it as a sword, stream, projectile, or other shapes the user might require in a specific instance. Because of its unpredictable nature, Reality Rift inherits random elemental weaknesses and strengths. It also gains a 50% chance to randomly increase its damage by 30 or 50. Experiencing Reality Rift directly, meaning sensing it through either one of the primary senses, or through extrasensory means, causes one to suffer from a 10 Sanity reduction. When the user’s technique clashes with another technique, the parasitic Yin Chakra will eat away at the chakra within the technique, hindering it. Once the sabotage ghost consumes foreign chakra it is released and immediately attaches itself to the source of the foreign chakra (the opponent). From there, the parasite continues to feed on the opponent's psyche, and increases the user's fatigue, preventing the re-use of the technique that clashed with the Sabotage Termite. Once the Sabotage Ghost is released, its tether is immediate and cannot be blocked or circumvented by ordinary means. Differently from other parasitic Ghosts, Sabotage Ghost will not produce any effects in the initial clash, but will show it's effects in the long term, as the technique that clashed with it will not be able to be reused throughout the duration of the battle ( or Arc ). Once again, her opponent had employed means that allowed him to to transport himself out of harms way. Time-space techniques were a bother, and Isabella needed to prepare herself. Dropping her intentions to perform the Déjà Fu arts, Isabella produced 2 handseals as she materialized into her corporeal form, slamming her hands on the ground. Isabella felt her chakra draining from her from their previous interactions, which was not an unfamiliar sensation, but she would not understand its consequences until her opponent came out of the portal he ripped through the fabric of space and time. Even as the totem of fox skulls and bones appeared behind her, Hei would eat his chakra edible and the changes would be abhorrent. She recognized her own Uchuu Shinkaigan, washed in gold, in the eyes of her opponent, as well as the Rinnegan in his forehead.

Description: An ancient sealing technique that is designed to weaken one's enemy. The user does 2 hand seals (Ram+Dog) and slams the ground with his palm. Upon contact a sealing formula spreads, covering a circle about 2 meters wide with the kanjis for "From your power I grow; With your power, I win" and a human sized Panda made of the ground (rock, earth, mud, water, snow, basically the material from which the ground were its used is made of) rises, covered in the sealing formulas. The seal has the unique ability to absorb small amounts of any chakra present on the field and siphoning it into itself (exception made for the users chakra). The seal absorbs any chakra that is released into the field, regardless of any other properties but only in small amounts. Because of this, the effect of the seal is, while its active, to decrease the power of enemy techniques by absorbing chakra from them into itself. However, the seal isn't infinite. When it reaches its limit, the stored chakra in the Panda makes it collapse upon itself into nothing.

Right after Hei's mutations become evident, Isabella's eyes would manifest a gargantuan dragon of miasma, akin to a liquid, fluid, plasma-like fire to ravage through the entire meadow as it whirls and slithers towards Hei, covering a huge expanse of the terrain in magnitudes similar to the great Mountain Smash technique. Even with the Otsutsuki empowered speed, Isabella would cut off his dodging ability and force him to either use spend his Time-Space techniques usage, or meet the dragon head on. Hidden within the purple light of the draconic being, a eerie spiritual ghost would lie dormant, ready to sabotage the technique used against the dragon, disabling any further uses of said counter. The inherent drawback of 10 sanity points would be cut in half by both Isabella and Hei, draining 5 points instead from both.

Reality Rift is a honed version of Shimmering Depths, affording the user significantly greater control over the Void and Chaos. While it is manifested at the user’s eye they are able to shape the energy with far greater versatility, using it as a sword, stream, projectile, or other shapes the user might require in a specific instance. Because of its unpredictable nature, Reality Rift inherits random elemental weaknesses and strengths. It also gains a 50% chance to randomly increase its damage by 30 or 50. Experiencing Reality Rift directly, meaning sensing it through either one of the primary senses, or through extrasensory means, causes one to suffer from a 10 Sanity reduction. This vortex carrying with it no chakra will form into the shape of a dragon in attempts to smash into her and carrying her along with it into long range as the razor sharp air currents cut her along the way.

After initiating the attack, the user appears to remain shielded within the base of the tornado as the outward surface of the dragon seems to be solid enough for a person to impact and rebound off of, making the only way to enter the technique once it has been initiated is by being swallowed. However, there is one distinct weakness to the technique. Since the Dragon God's real form (and what it basically is) is that of an ordinary tornado, though cosmetically shaped into a dragon, its attack power is based on rotation. If one enters the attack's centre (Dragon's Eye) while rotating at high speed, such as Lee's One-Man Front Lotus, it can be dispersed without inflicting damage. The technique, while seemingly similar to Wind Release, is actually just the users own physical power (through the use of the spinning kick) shaping the air into currents through movement. It is, however, enough to fight off elemental ninjutsu of the same rank and below.

Isabella says, as her opponent smashes through the totem she had laid before. Once again, she would have to expect her opponent to be everywhere and nowhere. Physical attacks had seemed pointless up until this point. Her arms spread outwards, as she pivots once again. And that simple act caused the entire realm to split in the middle. Left without floor or balance, Hei would witness the world pull apart in two halves, all the ground, sky and life pushed to each side, revealing a massive and infinite cosmos in their stead. Hei would see a star explode above his head, all the plasma and light consumed by 8 demonic black holes, glowing red like Isabella's hair at their event-horizons, their edges swarming with etherial behemoths, whales and sharks with many limbs and fins, distorted and cosmical.

Welcome... to mine.

And while it seemed like hours, an instant would pass, as Isabella brings her hands back together to unleash a tremendous amount of fire, enhanced by the void ( Spending my void infusion ), to clash directly with the displaced wind from Leaf God, and push Hei at point blank backwards, severely burning him in the process if left unchecked.

Description: Allows the parting of the world to plunge the chaos into oblivion. The user will stretch out both arms, and, with them, part the whole world in half, along with any illusion ( of the same rank ), plunging both into the void of the world between both halves of the physical realm. In this void, the targets won't be able to move, as they briefly behold all the wonders of a foreign and marvelous galaxy, filled with countless constellations and astronomical phenomenons, along side cosmical behemoths, oceanic-like creatures floating in the void as if it were a black sea, before the practitioner slaps both hands again, crushing the targets between both halves of the now tilted world, wedged between physical realm and void, passing out from the mental damage. The void lasts but mere seconds, but it's wonders are engraved in the target's memories. While the illusion can target multiple people, within range, each will see the world part exactly in the middle, in a straight line between themselves and the practitioner.
Once the user slaps both hands together, closing both halves, a blast of chakra is released, up to short range, all around or in a single direction. This chakra blast, S rank in strength, can be composed of raw or acquire a basic elemental nature from the user.

Without skipping a beat, Isabella would flood the entire ground up below long range into a forest of massive warts, morels and toadstools, glowing purple with infused chaos from the void. The appearance of the mushrooms would drain 7.5 sanity points from both the Otsutsuki and the Uchiha, due to the effects of Transient Reality, but they would be especially harder to deal with by Hei, as each mushroom is potently endowed with super-doses of psylocibin. A mist is exuded into the air, and its toxin carries nefarious hallucinogenic properties to all who have their skin exposed to it or inhale it directly. The first effect would be the bolstering of one's physical sensations, the colors would seem brighter and more saturated, auras of a multitude of colors would appear. The entirety of one's perceptions would be strained through a sieve, as if the mortal world was seen from a telescope down below, with one's mind ascended to the astral plane. This bird's eye view would have the target of the hallucinogenic attack see the world as infinitely small, preventing the ability to see any sort of real detail in the battlefield, mesmerized by the wonders of the astral plane. The body itself would be relaxed and sedated beyond recognition.

This requirement allows the Shinkaigan to view the technique’s past in the Primordial Void, allowing it to be manipulated by partially reversing the technique into the past to infuse it with the Void. Isabella says, as her opponent smashes through the totem she had laid before. Once again, she would have to expect her opponent to be everywhere and nowhere. Physical attacks had seemed pointless up until this point. Her arms spread outwards, as she pivots once again. And that simple act caused the entire realm to split in the middle. Left without floor or balance, Hei would witness the world pull apart in two halves, all the ground, sky and life pushed to each side, revealing a massive and infinite cosmos in their stead. Hei would see a star explode above his head, all the plasma and light consumed by 8 demonic black holes, glowing red like Isabella's hair at their event-horizons, their edges swarming with etherial behemoths, whales and sharks with many limbs and fins, distorted and cosmical.

And while it seemed like hours, an instant would pass, as Isabella brings her hands back together to unleash a tremendous amount of fire, enhanced by the void ( Spending my void infusion ), to clash directly with the displaced wind from Leaf God, and push Hei at point blank backwards, severely burning him in the process if left unchecked.

Description: Allows the parting of the world to plunge the chaos into oblivion. The user will stretch out both arms, and, with them, part the whole world in half, along with any illusion ( of the same rank ), plunging both into the void of the world between both halves of the physical realm. In this void, the targets won't be able to move, as they briefly behold all the wonders of a foreign and marvelous galaxy, filled with countless constellations and astronomical phenomenons, along side cosmical behemoths, oceanic-like creatures floating in the void as if it were a black sea, before the practitioner slaps both hands again, crushing the targets between both halves of the now tilted world, wedged between physical realm and void, passing out from the mental damage. The void lasts but mere seconds, but it's wonders are engraved in the target's memories. While the illusion can target multiple people, within range, each will see the world part exactly in the middle, in a straight line between themselves and the practitioner.
Once the user slaps both hands together, closing both halves, a blast of chakra is released, up to short range, all around or in a single direction. This chakra blast, S rank in strength, can be composed of raw or acquire a basic elemental nature from the user.

Without skipping a beat, Isabella would flood the entire ground up below long range into a forest of massive warts, morels and toadstools, glowing purple with infused chaos from the void. The appearance of the mushrooms would drain 7.5 sanity points from both the Otsutsuki and the Uchiha, due to the effects of Transient Reality, but they would be especially harder to deal with by Hei, as each mushroom is potently endowed with super-doses of psylocibin. A mist is exuded into the air, and its toxin carries nefarious hallucinogenic properties to all who have their skin exposed to it or inhale it directly. The first effect would be the bolstering of one's physical sensations, the colors would seem brighter and more saturated, auras of a multitude of colors would appear. The entirety of one's perceptions would be strained through a sieve, as if the mortal world was seen from a telescope down below, with one's mind ascended to the astral plane. This bird's eye view would have the target of the hallucinogenic attack see the world as infinitely small, preventing the ability to see any sort of real detail in the battlefield, mesmerized by the wonders of the astral plane. The body itself would be relaxed and sedated beyond recognition.

"Welcome... to mine." Hei hears as a slight smirk overcomes his face. Again the young Uchiha would underestimate the Temporal Sage. For she was so focused on his Cosmic gaze, she completely forgot about his Rinnegan, the apex pinnacle of her own clans visual prowess. The very eye named for the cycle of death and rebirth to which life in the material world is bound. Via his Rinnegan, Hei will easily see through this illusion Isabella attempts to place upon him. Having complete immunity to visual Genjutsu the illusion aspect of her technique would be in vein. As Isabella slams her hands together to release her fiery technique against him Hei will swiftly draw his ancestral blade, Brightroar; causing it's aura to expel out into a half dome shape of a 5m radius in front of himself like a battering shield as he simultaneously burst forward at Isabella at his top speed. It's massive outpour of power and speed easily overtaking Isabella's weakened technique. (As it clashed with the Taijutsu) Leaving the blades aura unweakened as it smashes into Isabella like a wall and blasts her backwards with massive crushing force into mid range as the force of the strike carries her momentum.

Description: Brightroar is an ancestral blade of the Otsutsuki, passed down though millennia. Described as being a white bladed longsword with a dark brown hilt wrapped in leather and a golden guard and pommel that creates a soft and simplistic design. When wielded the blade will instantly drain a massive amount of chakra from the user and excrete a translucent white aura of yang energy around the blade that uses Senjutsu as a medium to maintain stability. The sword will continue to drain the users chakra allowing them to wield and manipulate this yang aura around the blade to form any geometric shape, only limited in scope to a short ranged area. The sword needs to be in physical possession of the user in order to manipulate the yang aura and cannot be manipulated at a distance. The user cannot reshape the aura while using his chakra for another technique. Using the sword outside of reshaping it, either for attack or defense counts as one of the user's three moves per turn. Due to the nature of possessing Senjutsu the blade can be a potent weapon against spiritual techniques such as Yin Release’s Hands of Sloth, able to interact with techniques of this type as normal. Although Brightroar is a powerful weapon, it does come with it's drawbacks. First is it's immense chakra cost and drain, rapidly taxing the users Senjutsu. Second is that the constant flow of Yang prevents the user from using Genjutsu, Yin Release and Yin-Yang Release while wielding Brightroar.

Having a white hooded coat with the insignia of the Rising Cloud on it's back and matching masked designed to resemble a cat. As Kumo steps out, Hei will place his hand upon his shoulder, placing the Triangle Link upon him. Linking their chakra networks together. Hei will then leap back a few times into long range as Kumo takes a battle position to fight against Isabella, being sure not to look into her eyes, a tip learned from his link with his master.

Description: A technique developed by Tobirama Senju used to revive the dead. To perform this technique the user must first acquire DNA of the person they intend to revive, be it hair, blood samples, or limbs. The soul of the revived target must also reside within Irkalla or the Pure World, not those who have been consumed by the Death God or previously sealed by means that would otherwise make it impossible to be resurrected, like their soul being destroyed. Next, a living sacrifice is required for the soul of the resurrected to use as a vessel. Once all prerequisites for the technique have been met, the acquired DNA of the person is smeared on a special scroll and activated. This forms a special seal with the living sacrifice n the center. Then dust and ash encase the sacrifice’s body, giving them the same appearance that the revived target had at the time of their death. The person is then revived and the end product is usually stored in a casket until summoned by the user performing the Tiger → Snake → Dog → Dragon → Clap hand seal combination. When the user summons the revived soul, a casket first appears before revealing the revived target. The Edo Tensei Summoning can be countered by sealing away the targets soul or by having the summoner cancel the technique. As they are unlikely to do this voluntarily, using a genjutsu to trick them into cancelling the technique is ideal. The sequence of hand seals for cancelling the technique is Rat → Ox → Monkey → Tiger → Dragon → Boar and saying Kai. If the summoner dies before the technique is deactivated, then this method is impossible. The summoned soul is able to resist control through a Breakout Chance, see Edo Tensei rules for specifics regarding this per turn event. In the event of Breakout a summoner can seal their Edo Tensei, unless Breakout occurs through the use of the Snake → Ram → Boar → Dog → Tiger seals. The summoned soul is then left as an immortal revived soul, autonomous and without any link to the summoner. Edo Tensei are typically summoned with a Talisman installed in their head, applying special sealing script to modify and adjust their Breakout Chance and abilities. By default, meaning without a Talisman, an Edo Tensei can only access techniques two ranks lower than the maximum its biography allows, its base speed is reduced by four levels, all its damage is reduced by 20 points, and Chakra present in techniques it uses is reduced by 10. These do not count as debuffs; they are modifiers present on the biography from the moment it is summoned.

Description: A forbidden Talisman held by Malthus, a disciple of the Twin Fates of Irkalla. Following the raid on Irkalla it was gifted to Hei Otsutsuki, making it one of the most unique Talismans designed for controlling the dead through Edo Tensei. As a Talisman it is unique in that it both augments the user’s control of their victim as well as its combat capability, overcoming the decision balancing typically required when it comes to customizing one’s Edo Tensei. Like other Talismans it is installed into their Edo Tensei’s head, restoring the Edo Tensei to a state similar to when it was at its strongest, but with certain modifications made to grow their combat capability beyond what it was originally capable of. The Talisman of Ferocity is special in that the formula that comprises it is resistant to techniques that would tamper with its capabilities. It is not an absolute defense, but only Advanced Fūinjutsu S-Rank or higher that specifically tampers with Talismans can neutralize or modify its script. The Talisman of Ferocity reduces Breakout Chance by 50%, significantly suppressing their ability to resist the user’s control. Despite this, they still retain their original personality should the user not wish to modify it. All drawbacks associated with a constrained Edo Tensei vessel are also reverted and then further strengthened, increasing all damage that an Edo Tensei is capable of by 20 and the Chakra present in their techniques by 10. Their base speed is increased by 4 levels. The user is also able to apply a +30 damage bonus to one of their victim’s specializations, though this overrides the 20 bonus damage afforded to them by the Talisman for this specialty specifically. This bond fluctuate at a steady frequency to one another alerting the other in the bond if their chakra becomes irregular. While this directly doesn't allow another to know the exact happenings on a given situation, meaning that they will logically need to figure out if something is wrong. They can use this chakra bond to passively transmit signals to each other by creating chakra fluctuations to one another, even over vast distances providing a useful form of communication by using a coded similar to that of Morse code. Description: A technique developed by Tobirama Senju used to revive the dead. To perform this technique the user must first acquire DNA of the person they intend to revive, be it hair, blood samples, or limbs. The soul of the revived target must also reside within Irkalla or the Pure World, not those who have been consumed by the Death God or previously sealed by means that would otherwise make it impossible to be resurrected, like their soul being destroyed. Next, a living sacrifice is required for the soul of the resurrected to use as a vessel. Once all prerequisites for the technique have been met, the acquired DNA of the person is smeared on a special scroll and activated. This forms a special seal with the living sacrifice n the center. Then dust and ash encase the sacrifice’s body, giving them the same appearance that the revived target had at the time of their death. The person is then revived and the end product is usually stored in a casket until summoned by the user performing the Tiger → Snake → Dog → Dragon → Clap hand seal combination. When the user summons the revived soul, a casket first appears before revealing the revived target. The Edo Tensei Summoning can be countered by sealing away the targets soul or by having the summoner cancel the technique. As they are unlikely to do this voluntarily, using a genjutsu to trick them into cancelling the technique is ideal. The sequence of hand seals for cancelling the technique is Rat → Ox → Monkey → Tiger → Dragon → Boar and saying Kai. If the summoner dies before the technique is deactivated, then this method is impossible. The summoned soul is able to resist control through a Breakout Chance, see Edo Tensei rules for specifics regarding this per turn event. In the event of Breakout a summoner can seal their Edo Tensei, unless Breakout occurs through the use of the Snake → Ram → Boar → Dog → Tiger seals. The summoned soul is then left as an immortal revived soul, autonomous and without any link to the summoner. Edo Tensei are typically summoned with a Talisman installed in their head, applying special sealing script to modify and adjust their Breakout Chance and abilities. By default, meaning without a Talisman, an Edo Tensei can only access techniques two ranks lower than the maximum its biography allows, its base speed is reduced by four levels, all its damage is reduced by 20 points, and Chakra present in techniques it uses is reduced by 10. These do not count as debuffs; they are modifiers present on the biography from the moment it is summoned.

Thus the mushroom chakra acts as a vessel or a conduit through which the applied Medical Technique can be focused through, similar to Katsuyu: Immense Network Healing , where Tsunade focuses her Medical techniques through the slug's body.

The organic matter produced by Fosse Grim will be able to regenerate loss limbs by creating a fine mesh of organic material that will recreate skin, flesh and bone. This will be able to augment the healing of oneself or a patient and give basis for the body's immune and regenerative system to follow the guidelines of the organic mesh until fully healed, like a skin or muscle graft, which is then expedited by techniques such as Mystical Palm, which increase the healing factor of the body. Likewise, the parasitic and metabolic nature of the element will allow for medical techniques to get rid or purify actual toxins, bacteria, virus or other fungal systemic or primary infections, by using selective and aggressive strands of mycelia, such as Poison Resistance or the Poison Extraction Technique. This effectively boosts the rank and chakra cost of a Medical technique by 1, 10 chakra, which translates in a health boost of up to 20 damage healed, when applicable, or allow it to combat higher ranked pathogenies and effects. But the effects are always limited by the Medical technique that is being chanelled, such as Mystical Palm being unable to healing lost limbs or some antidotes being able to heal Venom/Organic Toxins but being useless to Metalic Poison. Fosse Grim will enhance what the Medical technique could already do, and not add new feats to it.

Using the Fosse Grim infusion through a Mushroom technique will revoke the damage of the technique, and make it supplementary/defensive in nature. It was impossible to keep fighting at this range, no matter how much Isabella tried. The opponent had means beyond her measure, even without counting Hei's prowess with Space-Time techniques. His speed alone would get the best of her if she wasn't able to subdue him. Despite the Otsutsuki's taunts, his prowess with the Uchuu Shinkaigan wouldn't match Isabella's, and despite his best efforts, when he attempted to summon the gas, only purple light came out instead. From genesis to oblivion, Isabella's precognitive abilities broke through the cycle of Hei's technique and reversed it wholly into the void, draining 3.5 points from both of their Sanity's meter. With the influence from Isabella's Yin chakra, the purple light that exudes out of Hei would become extremely light, akin to flashbang, flooding the battlefield with blinding rage that would last but a moment, catching Hei unware but not Isabella.

In this sense, lifecycle is broadly defined as anything in existence. Through this technique, or its derivatives, the user is able to gazes at a rock and see it weathered into dust. The user is also able to gaze at a fireball and see its lifecycle, including forming inside the stomach of their opponent, its target, and the resulting explosion. Given that Reed Marsh is the most basic technique within the Shinkaigan’s temporal arsenal it is only able to be used against other techniques and inanimate targets. The essence of the technique is derived from the idea that all things originate from the Void, and that the Shinkaigan can return them to the Void. Through direct eye contact the user can cause a technique up to S-Rank chakra (40) to revert back to the Void. This will channel the usual properties of the Mantis Fist Techniques through a nearly transparent blue scythe, with a subtle humm of electricity similar to that of multiple tiny beetles vibrating their wings. These blades will be completely non-damaging and intangible, except when used against animals ( including humans ). They are capable of mimicking a real tangible blade, by running a low level current of electricity through the opponent, upon contact. This current will create a powerful hold selective synapses of the opponent's muscles, preventing the fulfilment of a given motion arc. In essence, imagining someone is charging towards the user with a sword. If the user touches the sword with a scythe, the current will travel through the swards towards the opponent's arm, and lock the motion, like the arm and the sword were met with an equal opposite force, like the intangible scythe has a strong physical substance. The current isn't selective enough to block all movement and give a full paralysis. As such, the opponent is more than capable of retracting the arm, he just can't advance further. The power of the technique doesn't rely on the user, per se. The stasis is stronger the stronger the opponent's muscles are, and it will always completely block the motion, without ever being able to overpower it. Samewise, the current will always find the current synapsis in function, by polar opposites of electricity, it does not require a selective pressure or even anatomical knowledge from the user. These motions are called "Parries". A secondary application of the scythes are the "Slashes". The user will carry the scythes onto a limb and will run in through the flesh. Although it carries no damage, or makes any sort of wound, the current will now severe the nervous conections, rather than create a stasis hold. This will temporarily disconnect the brain from the muscle, creating an illusionary sensation of having the limb cut off, without any sort of pain felt. "Slashed" opponents won't be able to access the limbs up to the area where the cut was made for up to 2 turns after the fact ( the same turn and the next ).
The whole form of the Cleopatra Scythes is composed of a combination of up to 7 motions, be it "Parries" or "Slashes".

The technique was quite simple whereas The simple placement of his hand upon Isabella would place the seal and "burn" it into her. It's formula doing the rest.

Hei says in a soft yet firm voice, leaving to question on what he truly meaning as the two found themselves in this rather.. unique position.

A special seal designed to seal off a patients KG to allow a given treatment or to enable a better healing process. The user will focus his chakra into his whole palm, which will be suddenly engulfed in an orange "chakra flame". In the middle of the palm, the kanji "stop" will be manifested. The user will then press his palm against the patient which will burn the kanji onto him and create the sealing mark (a pentagon of kanji inscriptions surrounding the main kanji). Upon doing so the patient will lose access to his Kekkei Genkai. The seal works by specifically sealing off bloodline genes, effectively disabling their use. This is specially useful when treating Kaguya Clan patients, whose KG can be detrimental to the healing process. In battle, the medical ninja can also use this technique against enemies to seal off their use of a KG. Against Elemental or Organic KG ninjas, it prevents them from accessing it and using its techniques or having its abilities. When used against a Doujutsu user, the seal will prevent him from activating his KG, leaving him with his normal eyesight. The exception is the Rinnegan, which cannot be sealed as its not a Kekkei Genkai itself but the merging of two blood lines. The technique is also useless against enemies with implanted genetic material or doujutsu, as those aren't part of their own DNA but simply implanted tissue.

A special seal designed to seal off a patients KG to allow a given treatment or to enable a better healing process. The user will focus his chakra into his whole palm, which will be suddenly engulfed in an orange "chakra flame". In the middle of the palm, the kanji "stop" will be manifested. The user will then press his palm against the patient which will burn the kanji onto him and create the sealing mark (a pentagon of kanji inscriptions surrounding the main kanji). Upon doing so the patient will lose access to his Kekkei Genkai. The seal works by specifically sealing off bloodline genes, effectively disabling their use. This is specially useful when treating Kaguya Clan patients, whose KG can be detrimental to the healing process. In battle, the medical ninja can also use this technique against enemies to seal off their use of a KG. Against Elemental or Organic KG ninjas, it prevents them from accessing it and using its techniques or having its abilities. When used against a Doujutsu user, the seal will prevent him from activating his KG, leaving him with his normal eyesight. The exception is the Rinnegan, which cannot be sealed as its not a Kekkei Genkai itself but the merging of two blood lines. The technique is also useless against enemies with implanted genetic material or doujutsu, as those aren't part of their own DNA but simply implanted tissue.

The chakra will act as a regulator while it is in the opponents brain, regulating the brain waves / signals that controls their KG. When under this genjutsu and the opponent tries to use their KG abilities, the chakra that is placed will simply disrupt the flow of that chakra to render their ability useless. When used against a dojutsu user like the sharingan, the sharingan user will not be able to use his sharingan's abilities. However, the opponent will see an illusion that their abilities are working perfectly normal everytime they try to use their abilities. For example, when a sharingan user has his 3T or MS active, they will see an illusion that they still have it active. Though from the perspective of the person who casted the illusion they will only see regular eyes and not the sharingan. An ice user that creates ice through their KG will see the technique form, however from the perspective of the person that set the illusion, nothing is formed as the opponent will not be able to do so.

Description: This technique allows the user to combine their elemental chakra with Yin Release in order to create stronger, more potent Genjutsu. When the user casts a Genjutsu, rather than using their raw chakra they will use one of the basic elemental natures, thus increasing the potency of the jutsu. This technique increases the technique it is applied to by one rank in strength; due to the massive infusion of chakra a Genjutsu empowered by the Five Elements Illusion can penetrate through any passive defense or subversive method against Genjutsu. By using nature chakra rather than raw chakra, the properties of the Genjutsu can change in accordance to that nature and become stronger. For example, using Crushing Snake Constriction with Fire Release chakra would make the snakes appear, feel, and sound as though they were on fire. The user is free to alter the effects of a Genjutsu within reason as long as the primary effects remain the same. Like other Yin-Yang infusions, this technique only increases the chakra within the technique by an additional rank in strength, or 10, whichever is higher.

Having placed his seal, Hei's close proximity to Isabella would limit his view of her fully, however thanks to his chakra sensory ability he would not only feel her chakra manipulation internally, but 'sense' the technique leave her mouth as she spoke, whilst also feeling her sudden shift in her body as she attempts to simultaneously physically attack Hei. It would seem as though his proposed Kiss was rejected to Hei's disappointment. Nevertheless Hei's heightened sensory and tracking abilities coupled with his enhanced speed and reflexes allowed Hei to swiftly vanish just before her breath and physical attack could land upon Hei's skin. Causing Isabella to land upon several red chakra Roses (Purely Cosmetic) in place of where Hei was. Not unlike the Origami Swans left behind previously by Hei. Hei would immediately reappear 10m away in front of Isabella, extending his hands outwards to his sides as he lifts 5m off the ground, The Sun rising above the horizon behind him illuminating Hei in an almost angelic light.

The time-space technique was actually a relief for Isabella. She would have kept pushing her advantage regardless of her condition, but she knew it wouldn't last forever. That is why, as soon as the red origami appeared, just like before, Isabella quickly pulled out a small paper tag and put it in her chest, draining the chakra out of the mark of the Bloodline Sealing technique, re-activating her Uchuu Shinkaigan.

The seal will then draw onto itself all the harmful and external chakra that might be present in the users path way. This can work to revert incomplete jinchuriki transformations, curse mark transformations, sage mode, etc. As long as there's an external chakra or energy that isn't the patients native one coursing through him, this seal will draw it in and purge it from the patient. Once the seal does its job, the tag becomes pitch black and crumbles into ash.

Description: The Shinkaigan (深海), or the Abyssal Eyes and the Eyes of the Abyss, is the Dōjutsu Kekkei Genkai that appears in the Voidseers. Two conditions must be met to awaken the Shinkaigan. The first is that one must become Void-touched; this is achieved when one becomes Void-touched. The second is by gaining sufficient knowledge of the Shinkaigan and the Voidseer’s innate abilities. This is a key characteristic of the Shinkaigan, noted by Solomon to be “eyes of knowledge” rather than “eyes of trauma,” making it distinct from the Sharingan. The Shinkaigan possesses a unique connection to the Void itself. Its abilities exist in both space and time separately. This comes to be because the Void exists both as a separate dimension and a state in time. Rewinding the clocks far enough would cause everything in the universe to eventually converge onto the Void. The Shinkaigan is the only way one can view the Void directly, peering into it to gain intimate knowledge of the inner workings of the universe as it is today. Without the Shinkaigan exposure to the Void and Shinkaigan Dōjutsu causes one to lose Sanity; though, like a double-edged sword, the Shinkaigan user also suffers a loss of Sanity. But because their eye allows them to perceive and cognize the Void differently from other humans, they lose Sanity at a slower rate. In the left eye the Shinkaigan allows the user to visually perceive lifeforce and lifecycles of anything, including inanimate objects. It derives this ocular power through the nature of the Void itself. The right eye allows the Shinkaigan wielder to view the Void as a physical space, perceiving it not as a point in time but a location. The wielder gains enhanced visual acuity, able to track targets at four times their speed. Though unlike other Dōjutsu it lacks the ability to perceive chakra. Activation of the Shinkaigan grants the user access to their Voidseer Dōjutsu, affording them the ability to use powerful temporal and spatial abilities.
Note: The user is able to passively activate the Shinkaigan after holding the Dōjutsu for one month.

Description: The Cosmic Shinkaigan (深海), or the Cosmic Abyssal Eyes is the advanced Dōjutsu Kekkei Genkai that appears in the Voidseers. The conditions to advance the Shinkaigan to its Cosmic level continue to build on the concept of the “eyes of knowledge.” The Cosmic Shinkaigan significantly improves the user’s visual prowess, extending the reach and accuracy of their perceptive abilities. The time-space technique was actually a relief for Isabella. She would have kept pushing her advantage regardless of her condition, but she knew it wouldn't last forever. That is why, as soon as the red origami appeared, just like before, Isabella quickly pulled out a small paper tag and put it in her chest, draining the chakra out of the mark of the Bloodline Sealing technique, re-activating her Uchuu Shinkaigan.

Description: A sealing technique designed to purge mallicious or harmful chakra from a patient. The user will place a small paper tag with the kanji "Purge" on the patients chest and do the confrontation handseal with his other hand. The tag will activate, spreading a circular sealing formula on the chest of the patient. The seal will then draw onto itself all the harmful and external chakra that might be present in the users path way. This can work to revert incomplete jinchuriki transformations, curse mark transformations, sage mode, etc. As long as there's an external chakra or energy that isn't the patients native one coursing through him, this seal will draw it in and purge it from the patient. Once the seal does its job, the tag becomes pitch black and crumbles into ash.

Description: The Shinkaigan (深海), or the Abyssal Eyes and the Eyes of the Abyss, is the Dōjutsu Kekkei Genkai that appears in the Voidseers. Two conditions must be met to awaken the Shinkaigan. The first is that one must become Void-touched; this is achieved when one becomes Void-touched. The second is by gaining sufficient knowledge of the Shinkaigan and the Voidseer’s innate abilities. This is a key characteristic of the Shinkaigan, noted by Solomon to be “eyes of knowledge” rather than “eyes of trauma,” making it distinct from the Sharingan. The Shinkaigan possesses a unique connection to the Void itself. Its abilities exist in both space and time separately. This comes to be because the Void exists both as a separate dimension and a state in time. Rewinding the clocks far enough would cause everything in the universe to eventually converge onto the Void. The Shinkaigan is the only way one can view the Void directly, peering into it to gain intimate knowledge of the inner workings of the universe as it is today. Without the Shinkaigan exposure to the Void and Shinkaigan Dōjutsu causes one to lose Sanity; though, like a double-edged sword, the Shinkaigan user also suffers a loss of Sanity. But because their eye allows them to perceive and cognize the Void differently from other humans, they lose Sanity at a slower rate. In the left eye the Shinkaigan allows the user to visually perceive lifeforce and lifecycles of anything, including inanimate objects. It derives this ocular power through the nature of the Void itself. The right eye allows the Shinkaigan wielder to view the Void as a physical space, perceiving it not as a point in time but a location. The wielder gains enhanced visual acuity, able to track targets at four times their speed. Though unlike other Dōjutsu it lacks the ability to perceive chakra. Activation of the Shinkaigan grants the user access to their Voidseer Dōjutsu, affording them the ability to use powerful temporal and spatial abilities.

Hei will simply scuff as he slams his hands together conjuring forth a casket that bursts open releasing a man of average build cloaked in Anbu styled clothing. Having a white hooded coat with the insignia of the Rising Cloud on it's back and matching masked designed to resemble a cat. This clocked figure will simply go by the code name of Kumo.

Hei says as he floats backwards seemingly staying out of the fight. Kumo will take a battle stance not much unlike the one Rock Lee takes against Gaara during their fight in the chunin exams. He doesn't speak a word as his mysterious figure gives off the appearance of being more of a drone then an individual. With his right hand Kumo will take out a Kunai from beneath his cloak and throw it directly at Isabella aimed for her head, aiming more for her lips as he avoids looking into her eyes.

Description: A technique developed by Tobirama Senju used to revive the dead. To perform this technique the user must first acquire DNA of the person they intend to revive, be it hair, blood samples, or limbs. The soul of the revived target must also reside within Irkalla or the Pure World, not those who have been consumed by the Death God or previously sealed by means that would otherwise make it impossible to be resurrected, like their soul being destroyed. Next, a living sacrifice is required for the soul of the resurrected to use as a vessel. Once all prerequisites for the technique have been met, the acquired DNA of the person is smeared on a special scroll and activated. This forms a special seal with the living sacrifice n the center. Then dust and ash encase the sacrifice’s body, giving them the same appearance that the revived target had at the time of their death. The person is then revived and the end product is usually stored in a casket until summoned by the user performing the Tiger → Snake → Dog → Dragon → Clap hand seal combination. When the user summons the revived soul, a casket first appears before revealing the revived target. The Edo Tensei Summoning can be countered by sealing away the targets soul or by having the summoner cancel the technique. As they are unlikely to do this voluntarily, using a genjutsu to trick them into cancelling the technique is ideal. The sequence of hand seals for cancelling the technique is Rat → Ox → Monkey → Tiger → Dragon → Boar and saying Kai. If the summoner dies before the technique is deactivated, then this method is impossible. The summoned soul is able to resist control through a Breakout Chance, see Edo Tensei rules for specifics regarding this per turn event. In the event of Breakout a summoner can seal their Edo Tensei, unless Breakout occurs through the use of the Snake → Ram → Boar → Dog → Tiger seals. The summoned soul is then left as an immortal revived soul, autonomous and without any link to the summoner. Edo Tensei are typically summoned with a Talisman installed in their head, applying special sealing script to modify and adjust their Breakout Chance and abilities. By default, meaning without a Talisman, an Edo Tensei can only access techniques two ranks lower than the maximum its biography allows, its base speed is reduced by four levels, all its damage is reduced by 20 points, and Chakra present in techniques it uses is reduced by 10. These do not count as debuffs; they are modifiers present on the biography from the moment it is summoned.

Looks: An unknown individual code-named "Kumo" by his master Hei Otsutsuki. Kumo seems to be a man of average build cloaked in Anbu styled clothing. Along the back of the coat is the insignia of the Rising Cloud, being that of a black crescent moon covered with white clouds.

Personality: Kumo's original personality is unknown do to the nature of the "Talisman of Ferocity". Having the ability to not only suppress a personality, but alter it. Kumo seems to be a true shinobi tool. He is highly respectful and does not question orders. He only speaks when spoken to, unless it's to the benefit of serving Heishiki Otsutsuki, like warning him of danger and will defend Heishiki Otsutsuki, the Rising Cloud; and by extension the Hellsing organization at all costs.​

Description: A forbidden Talisman held by Malthus, a disciple of the Twin Fates of Irkalla. Following the raid on Irkalla it was gifted to Hei Otsutsuki, making it one of the most unique Talismans designed for controlling the dead through Edo Tensei. As a Talisman it is unique in that it both augments the user’s control of their victim as well as its combat capability, overcoming the decision balancing typically required when it comes to customizing one’s Edo Tensei. Like other Talismans it is installed into their Edo Tensei’s head, restoring the Edo Tensei to a state similar to when it was at its strongest, but with certain modifications made to grow their combat capability beyond what it was originally capable of. The Talisman of Ferocity is special in that the formula that comprises it is resistant to techniques that would tamper with its capabilities. It is not an absolute defense, but only Advanced Fūinjutsu S-Rank or higher that specifically tampers with Talismans can neutralize or modify its script. The Talisman of Ferocity reduces Breakout Chance by 50%, significantly suppressing their ability to resist the user’s control. Despite this, they still retain their original personality should the user not wish to modify it. All drawbacks associated with a constrained Edo Tensei vessel are also reverted and then further strengthened, increasing all damage that an Edo Tensei is capable of by 20 and the Chakra present in their techniques by 10. Their base speed is increased by 4 levels. The user is also able to apply a +30 damage bonus to one of their victim’s specializations, though this overrides the 20 bonus damage afforded to them by the Talisman for this specialty specifically. Note: The Talisman of Ferocity is unique to Hei Otsutsuki and not usable by any other biography. Its effects can be suppressed, like other Talismans, but only through specific Advanced Fūinjutsu.
