Zenyatta Kyutai) Zenyatta Orbs
Type: Tool

Description: Special drone Orbs created by a Monk named Zenyatta. These Orbs are created out of an unknown chakra metal and filled with Zenyatta's chakra. The user will have six orbs that hover near the user or that can be warn like a large necklace. The user can freely manipulate these orbs through an attached transceiver connected behind the users ears. They supply their own power source within them via batteries. Depending on the type of orb used, they will create a link to a target glowing yellow for Harmony or purple for Discord. This link will supply a different effect to a target depending on the type of orb used.
Orb of Discord: Amplifies any amount damage the target takes by 30 additional damage. This doesn't cause damage, only increases the amount of damage a target receives.
Orb of Harmony: Slowly restores 15 health to the target per turn when wounded, or reduces the amount of damage they take by 30. Only one effect can be in place at a time.
These orbs can be directed to a target within a mid-ranged area. Once within short range of the target they will connect to the target and remain attached, even if a target moves to long range. They can be countered with B-rank lightning or A-rank technique, causing them to return to their owner. A-rank lightning or S-rank technique can destroy the orbs indefinitely.
Note:
-Discord Orbs last 3 turns per use, require a two turn cool down and can only be used three times per battle/event
-Harmony Orbs last 3 turns per use, require a two turn cool down and can only be used three times per battle/event
-A target can only be targeted with a single orb at a time.

(Kaihou Kasugai) Automated Clamps

Description: A basic automated clamp designed to read the electrical input of muscles contracting allowing the user to simply flex in a specific way to release them. These clamps are integrated into Leg Weights to hold them in place. Allowing the user to simply flex their leg in a specific manor to passively release the weight giving them freedom of mobility. These clamps give no added bonus or benefit other then releasing the weights in a more versatile way, better suited for combat.

(Hairihhi Bōgun) - Holy Bow

Description: Curated for marksmen, the Holy Bow is composed of a highly malleable and adaptive unknown material, labeled Reishi, granting the bow a unique set of abilities that work to both protect and enhance a marksmen's combat capabilities, severely improving the lethality of those who properly wield it. Holy Bow has three forms, but throughout all of them multiple sealing scripts appear on it, relating to the bow's functions. In it's default state, the Holy Bow is in the form of 3 collared layers of Reishi in silver coloring with a tint of purple. In it's partial release, it assumes the shape of silver coloured bow that can also be used in close quarter combat in place of a bladed weapon. The user can also form the Bow. In it's full release, it's shape undergoes another drastic change, now taking on the shape of numerous molecular sequenced purple Reishi that appear on the majority of the marksmen's upper body in the form of belts, bracelets, wings, and other basic shapes up the user's discretion. In this form, the user would not need to physically act to fire off arrows, but would simply pay 5 additional chakra to fire off of his arrows, with them being released from the circular portions. Up to ten circles can be made, with the user gaining the ability to fire off multiple arrows at a single go, but naturally splitting the power between them.

(Za Desudīringu) - The Deathdealing
The Bow's first and passive ability, present in all of it's forms, it is the Bow's inane function of detecting and absorbing toxins, poisons, and other inhibiting chemical/biological substances that enter short range of it through an invisible barrier. Through The Deathdealing, the user is able to absorb said substances and infuse them into the Holy Bow at increased potency, allowing attacks performed through the Holy Bow to carry said traits. In regards to the increased potency aspect, the substances would either have their offensive capabilities increased by a rank/next level if applicable, or have their defensive capabilities increased, making them more resistant to cures or attacks that seek to destroy it. This comes at the cost of decreasing the time the substances would have lasted by a turn, with the infusions themselves lasting that duration. Notably, each substance can only be enhanced by one quality of the two. In it's passive usage, The Deathdealing is capable of taking in any unranked substance from an opposition, whereas it can take in any of the user's own regardless of it's rank, consuming 5 chakra points. Should the user wish to absorb ranked substances from the opponent, they can up to three times per battle, at a cost of fourty chakra, separated by a turn interval. While The Deathdealing serves no offensive purpose in the Bow's default state, in it's partial and full releases, the infusion's add an overall lethality to the user's attacks through the traits they may add upon the bow. Notably, the DeathDealings cap for absorbed substances is five, with only two substances being absorbable per turn.

(Hairihhi Pufairu) - Sacred Destruction Arrows
Only usable in the Bow's partial and full releases, Hairihhi Pufairu is the Bow's main combat function, enabling the user to release arrows up to long range away, at varying strength levels, starting at freeform, and capping at fourty chakra points, wherein A ranks levels can be used thrice, and S rank levels can be used twice, but separated by a turn interval. Through the sealing scripts on the weapon, the user is capable of summoning arrows from their personal armoury, negating the need to carry arrows on their person. Alternatively, the user can fire off chakra based arrows, carrying the traits of the used chakra type, but costing an additional 10 chakra to utilise. In the Bow's full release, the fired off arrows would emerge from the circular points of the Reishi, functioning without any impediment to range and power. Naturally, the summoning of arrows itself does not take up a move slot. The arrows, be it physical or chakra based, carry a detonation function, having the arrows explode either on contact or through the user's will, with physical arrows having the infused substances released in a short range raduis, whereas chakra based ones would release both the chakra and infusions. This means physical arrows would not cause pure damage to the afflicted area, whereas chakra based ones would depending on it's used rank.

(Hasuhain) - God's Posion Taster
Only accessible in the bow's full release, Hasuhain is the Bow's final supplementary function, relating to manipulating the Reishi into various different forms, such as a a staff, or other simple manipulations, enabling the user to shape the Reishi into other weapon forms that would be capable of firing off Hairihhi Pufairu through the circular portions. What makes this function dangerous is the user's ability to remotely control the Reishi, somewhat akin to the Lightning Blades Levitation technique, but on a more specific level wherein the user can control each individual Reishi up to long range, allowing the user to potentially fire off attacks from the opponents blindspots. Notably, this costs five chakra per turn per each individual Reishi the user chooses to manipulate. Due to the interconnected nature of the bow and the seals on it, the effects of Deathdealing would not be restricted to around the user, but around each Resihi circle, with the effects being shared across the different Reishi points through one of the intricate Fuin seals that serve as gateways for the Reishi to one another.

Holy Bow carries an S Rank durability, with lower ranked attacks on it not weakening it, but breaking from anything higher, with the user naturally not being able to use that for defensive purposes. When in it's full release form, specifically in Hasuhain, the power of the Reishi would be split amongst each circle of Reishi and it's chosen shape. Changing between the weapons forms is passive, costing five chakra points, with the weapon itself consuming five chakra points to be considered active.

Angel would come into an opening in the forest turning out to be a big clearing and a figure in the distance he would have his weapon already formed into full release form having the bow completely formed on his back and wearing his orbs like a large necklace as he come into the clearing. he's leg weights attached to his shin the strong breeze of the wind blowing throughout the landscape. As Angel closed the distance becoming mid ranged from this person he was small in stature and had crazy hairstyle only a lunatic could rock though Angel was much more a vicious beast then his handsome appearance would let on, Angel would size this person quickly before speaking "you there little man you look shifty what's your business around here" Angel was famished his thirst for battle has not been satisfied in many months this could be a potential opponent or he always could force the fight this was much funnier for Angel anyways.

The wind would howl like a bad omen like the weather and mother nature her self had an incline what was about to transpire, Angel would think of various combos he could quickly unleash on the unexpecting man that he just called out to. It was a boost to his ego and pride to never snuff scum out without first indicting you are there. Angel would grip his weapon and slam it onto the ground pouring his steel charka into the earth below creating a thick but small layer of steel placed underneath the earth itself to his unexpecting opponent. this would cause a sword like spike to protrude whenever pressure was placed upon the metal through the ground above jamming in whatever limb would touch the steel first. in the same timeframe Angel would flex and tense his muscles in a certain way causing his automated clamps on his leg weights to fall causing the ground to ripple and making he considerably quicker. "let me enjoy this maggot"

Angel would then follow up this attack by by causing fire to be compressed into the steel he laid into the ground underneath his opponent and not near Angel the fire would compress and Angel closing his fist would cause the fire to hit zero point and explode causing a explosion underground sending steel shards flying and piercing through Trunks and the explosion damaging him also. Angel would dash back and arc right to his opponent this now bringing them to long range his bow his placed back on his back, Angel would follow up this attack by weaving 3 quick handseals and pouring his charka into the earth below he would cause 5 meters in front of him and cause a large wave of liquid caramel to erupt out of the ground below swarming towards Trunks if he wasn't dealt with by his previous attacks but something told him this one might be different and put Angel under pressure.

(Dōjutsu: Byakugan) Eye Technique: The All Seeing White Eye(Passive)

Description: The kekkei genkai intrinsic to both the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans—descendants of Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Those who possess this dōjutsu have it manifested as eyes with featureless white irides and no visible pupils. And when activated, the pupils become more distinct and the veins near their temples bulge. To activate the dōjutsu, Hyuga but not Ōtsutsuki clan members are initially obliged to use a rather long and specific sequence of handseals: Horse → Tiger → Boar → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar → Snake. But once activated, the dōjutsu user is endowed with a range of skills.

To start, an activated Byakugan gives the user a near 360º diameter field of vision bar one blind spot at the back of the neck, above the first thoracic vertebra. Its vision can penetrate through any solid objects or obstructions, and likewise remains unaffected by blinding interferences. But that being said, certain barriers and the like may distort its perception. In addition, it is able to follow high-speed movements, which enables those with this dōjutsu to analyze their foes' actions and better react to them. The Byakugan is also able to see chakra to a higher degree than the Sharingan and ergo, identify where a person's chakra signature originates from. Beyond that, it can discern certain types of clones from the real person. And its ability to see chakra is in fact so acute that those who possess this dōjutsu are even able to see the chakra pathway system and the 361 tenketsu that comprise it. The Hyūga clan has gone so far as to develop their unique Gentle Fist style in order to capitalize on this particular ability.

Note: Hyuga clan bios of at least Jonin rank become able to passively activate their dōjutsu upon one month having passed since Gentle Fist training concluded. Ōtsutsuki bios never need to expend a move in order to activate it.
Note: While traversing the NW, bios with activated Byakugan are able to see up to two 2 adjacent landmarks away while those of sage rank can see as far as three away, but this doesn't extend beyond an ocean landmark.

Description: The user will slam their hand down on the ground, or their sword, staff, hammer, ect, releasing their chakra all around. This chakra ripples through the earth to mid range around the user like a pebble hitting the water. It creates a 1cm layer of steel 3cm under the earths skin. Creating an almost membrane of steel under the earths skin, unknown the normal ninja, thought doujutsu, sensors ect would know it's their. The name comes from the titan, Atlas whose punishment in mythology was to forever hold up the world. This layer of steel is to have a holding in the ground for the user, which would remain in place as a platform, even if the opponent tried to lower the earth, or drop the ground, giving the user a steady standing. Though if a stronger jutsu was used, it would render the steel useless. Now this steel layer has two additional uses.

First of all the user will have his chakra flowing through the steel like a pressure sensing on the steel, feeling what causes pressure on it at different locations. For example, an opponent running across it. With this the user can do one of two things. The first is to cause the steel to shoot up on the spot of pressure, protruding a sword like spike 1ft above the ground at the point of pressure in reaction. So if it was a foot, i would impale the foot.

The second is instead of spike the user can have the steel take a volcano like effect, errupting outwards and upwards, creating an upwards pushing force. This force would push up on the point of pressure, so if it was a foot stood on it would would release a mini burst under the foot lifting the target into the air. This wouldn't damage them, it would just throw them of and distract them, a explosion type effect of pushing, without a damaging explosion.

The user must state which effect will be lying within the layer when he makes the jutsu, it can only be the use of spikes, or the upwards thrust. This lasts for that use of the jutsu only and they can switch which variation they use. While this layer is in place it can be hard for an opponent to use earth in the ground, but due to it's thin layer, it will only stop B rank and below earth from that area, dpending on how the jutsu works. A ranks would push through this steel, or like a swamp would cause the steel to sink if the same size.

Description: This jutsu was specifically designed to be used with steel jutsu, using one of the elements that is used to make up steel, Fire, the user will perform this technique. The user will use this in the same timeframe as they use another steel jutsu or if they choose then can use it once they have made it. Using fire release they will create a core of compressed fire at center all through the steel jutsu. So if the user makes a pillar of steel, all through the center of the pillar will be compressed fire. This doesn't heat the exterior of steel as it's compressed for one purpose. The main purpose of this jutsu has two effects. Firstly when the structure is destroyed, the fire will explode outwards shattering the rest of the steel from the inside creating a blast of fire 5m around the initial steel jutsu while releasing the shards of steel from the original steel jutsu all around. The blast of fire is A rank and the steel shards are one rank weaker than the original jutsu. So if this was used with greater steel release (A rank), the blast of fire would be A rank and the steel shards shout out would be B rank. The user can also detonate this at will releasing the explosion by just clenching their hand causing the steel to contract triggering the fire explosion. If the user is caught within the blast it will effect him the same way. It can only be used on steel jutsu the user has created or has taken control of.

(karumera Tsunami) - Caramel Tsunami

Description: The user will perform 3 handseals as they focus their chakra into the earth. Upon completing the third handseal, the user will release their chakra causing a large wave to raise up out of the earth where the user chooses, and will travel forwards to long range from its starting locations hitting all in it's path. This will leave a layer of caramel in its path if it isn't stopped. This tsunami is made of liquid caramel, but the user can perform an addition handseal to harden most of the caramel making it like a landslide of caramel. The size of the tsunami of caramel is proportional to how much chakra the user uses to increase its size, much like swamp of the underworld. It can range from being 5 feet high to 30 feet high.

Around Trunk's the wind would blow a cool breeze through the leaves and blades of grass. He could hear the birds chirping and the squirrels moving around. It was a beautiful scene, but even the tranquility couldn't lift Trunk's spirits. Despite destroying the androids and saving his loved ones, he still couldn't fill the void of the loved ones he couldn't save. To make matters worse, a man in a gray armor approached Trunks in a tone that could only be interpreted as disrespect. Before Trunks could respond in kind, the man had grabbed his weapon and slammed it into the ground signalling violent intent. Trunks would surge lightning release chakra throughout his body to activate his Super Sayain 2 state while making a "C" maneuver towards back of the man. As he made his move, this would trigger the the pressure trap the man create beneath Trunks, but Trunks would prove to be far faster than the steel jutsu. While in pursuit, Trunks would passively activate his Eye of Riven.

( Raiton Chakura Mōdo ) - Lightning Chakra Armor

Description: The user wraps their body in a layer of lightning chakra which, instead of being used offensively, is used to electrically stimulate their nervous system. The technique speeds up neural synapses reaction time, and pushes physical prowess to the absolute limit allowing for tremendous raw speed. The technique has different levels of activation each visibly depicted by the users hair which stands up when the technique is activated to the fullest. The higher the level, the higher the speed the user can achieve. This mode, combined with taijutsu, allows the users to utilize nintaijutsu. When using the armor at full power, it causes the tips of A's hair to spike up and his reflexes are said to be comparable to those of Konoha's Yellow Flash, making it difficult even for the Sharingan to keep up with him. Despite the large quantity of chakra it releases and uses up, the armor doesn't damage enemies who touch it, leaving the user able to interact with those around, allies or enemies as well as tools, weapons, etc.

Level One: The base activation of the mode, the user's speed doubles and he gains a x2 speed boost. His Taijutsu increases as well, by +20 damage.

Level Two: The most commonly used state and the one generally referred to, this activation causes the user's hair to slightly raise upwards as his speed increases x3 speed. This likewise increase his strength +10 more than level one. This state can only last 4 turns max each usage.

Level Three: The highest level of the Lightning Chakra Armor, the user uses this state to increase his reactions and speed to the max, gaining a x6 speed boost and a +40 damage boost to Taijutsu. The users speed increases to a point where only the highest Gates, Jinchuriki modes and instant techniques outstrip the user in terms of speed, appearing as a blur to most targets. This state however, only lasts 2 turns, after which the mode in it's entirety cannot be accessed for at least 3 turns.

Note: Level Two can only be used three times max each event and Level Three can only be used twice. During Level 3, only Taijutsu and Lightning may be used exclusively.

Eye of Riven - Passive

Description: The Eye of Riven is an advanced tech that is in the form of a very modernly designed monocle that is on the user either at all times or whenever they feel like using it. As the tool is small and easy to put on, it doesn't cost the user a moveslot to activate it. It draws from the users chakra immediately as it activates. The Eye of Riven is actually a spectrum of advanced technology that lets the user see different patterns through the monocle if they are behind a wall, behind a raging storm, mist or even underground.
The system works not unlike aircraft radar. But instead of bouncing off planes and returning to the ground, the signal here travels through the wall, bounces off a human (as we’re full of water), and comes back through the wall and into a detector, which is in this case the monocle. By using chakra, the user can interpret the signals coming through the monocle and browse through layers of material they are looking at through the monocle. The monocle also has a secondary mode that can be switched to either as default (must be stated in biography) or switched to actively during a fight. This mode focuses on tracking high speed targets rather than seeing through layers of matter as the primary mode focuses on. The secondary mode uses a motor that renders photonic movement and makes the user experience things in slow-motion, in turn granting a visual x 2 tracking while the secondary mode is active and the user has the Eye of Riven applied. Both modes cannot be used at the same time, switching mode costs a moveslot in a battle and can only be done once every secound turn, costing 30 chakra. The turn cost is the same for the secondary mode.

Once behind the man, Trunks would quickly do a counter-clockwise spinning kick to the mans legs causing him to lose his footing and become parallel to the ground. The

Drunken Master - Reference
The drunken master eludes most enemies and his feigns and tricks fools the smartest of warriors. Despite his actual speed not increasing, the user stumbles and falls in his normal movements, leading to unpredictable attacks. This unpredictability leads to his basic Taijutsu attacks gaining Critical status, turning all of his non elemental or enhanced Taijutsu into Critical Attacks that deal 1.5x the damage. Enhanced Taijutsu refers to Taijutsu augmented by any Ninjutsu or Nintaijutsu such as CES, EIG, Lightning Armor, etc and not purely Taijutsu.

(Konoha Reppū) - Leaf Gale

Description: This technique is a good example of how even simple taijutsu can become a pre-eminently destructive, lethal technique. The attack is a simple rear spinning low kick, but a strong enough user can send a large adult flying as if they weighed nothing. The goal is to throw the enemy off balance, and deal damage to the lower half of their body.

As the man was falling to the ground defenseless, Trunks would surge lightning release chakra into his body as he slammed both of his fists into the mans torso and into the ground.

( Kobushi Gachan ) - Fist Slam

Angel would start his first technique laying his trap and he would see a surge of charka lightning envelope the person body he would dash in speed of light and arc to Angel side having perfect view from his byakugan 'hes fast' Angel would think to himself causing him to shift his plans and just for a lil moment a admiration for how fast this guy could move Angel knew he would have to take a defensive approach but as his mentor always taught him a good defensive is a good offensive. Angel would gather his charka and release a full surge throughout his body causing it to all turn to steel the steel razor blades would give him the appearance of looking that of a dragon, Trunks shorten the ranged bringing the fight close Angel hasnt had close combat for a while be good to derust he thought.

Punching with his left arm at his opponent while he charged he would release a massive maelstrom of razor sharp steel blades these would rotate quickly towards Trunks these would leave his skin and then created a massive force that would cause blunt force impact for trunks whos speeding and using full momentum to come in and have a kick at Angel. The razor sharp blades would also swirl within the tornado so not only does Trunks have the tornado and blunt force impact but also the many thousand razor sharp blades to deal with also. The tornado would span and swirl until mid ranged from Angel; As the tornado is released Angel would dash and head straight back making a further gap from Trunks last position which he have to deal with a threat being released in his path with his full momentum.

"Least you could do is get to know each other a bit before one of us meets our untimely end? who are you boy.." Angel would follow up his attack instantly it was time to cage this little roadrunner cant speed if u got nowhere to go Angel would gather his charka and cause there in front of him 50 meters in length and width to fall down rapidly going 100 meters in total this would cause Trunks to fall rapidly while he was dealing with the tornado even with his lighting fast speed he would get caught trying to advance or retreat to any point 50 meters around him this would restrict his lighting fast pace and Angel could see him with his visual prowess standing 3 ft away from the edge of the massive hole he just created, following this up Angel would make 2 quick handseals and clap his hands causing a portal to form 10 meters above the hole and causing many large fiery snakes to drop into the chasm below Angel could control the direction of the snakes through hand gestures and them being wide spread covering the whole span of the hole, Trunks would find this very difficult to dodge the snakes would latch on as they dropped the many meters into the depth below when they eventually reached Trunks they would cause tremendous pain and being solid in nature leaving Trunks wrapped in the snakes frying him to death if left encountered. "Like fish in the barrel expect everything gone bad for you..."

Due to it's striking power it's come to be know as his "Dragon force" as when he uses this his skin and demenor is like that of a dragon. He will release a full surge of chakra through his body turning it all to steel much like impervious armor but instead of solid skin his body is layered with steel razor blades all over him that look like dragon sales. These are extremely sharp and hard creating a deadly defense for close combat. Not only this but the blades as a razor sharpness to all of Gajeels steel attacks slicing through flesh like it was butter. But the main ability is that of the destructive force like the steel dragon Metallicanna. When Gajeel makes a movement but it a punch, swing of the arm, kick ect, in the direction he does the movement he will release a large maelstorm of steel razor blades that rotate and spin around in the shape of an tornado creating a wave of destructive force. The blades going around creates a torando of pure force going up to mid range with the cutting power of the blades. Releasing the blades creates more to cover the users skin so as to not weaken the armor.

Description: This technique grants the user the ability to freely lower or raise the terrain within a specific area surrounding them, in a similar manner to its parent technique, albeit on a much larger scale. The user will slam his hands on the ground which he can then lower or raise the ground up to 100 meters in a large section. The rise will be fast enough to pin enemies to the ground, restricting their movements as they struggle to get up and the drop will be fast enough to leave almost all enemies without a footing (albeit not airborne). Because of the large chakra needed to alter such a large area of the terrain, the user will be able to use it only a limited number of times.

Description: This unique fire technique can be performed in two ways, as a single stand alone technique which requires two handseals, dragon and tiger followed by the clapping of the hands. Using it in this form allows the user to manifest a fiery portal similar to the earth release mud drop. However instead of mud forming in this portal a large torrent of fire shaped as snakes will pour out surrounding a target or targets and wrapping around them. The fire while not sentient can be controlled by hand gestures making it very difficult to avoid. The snakes are solid in nature much like the dragon head fireballs making their binding ability quite impressive preventing an enemy wrapped in them from moving freely. The second method of using this technique functions as more of a boosting enhancement performed by clapping the hands. This method of use is performed as a follow up to another fire or wind technique and will cause the snakes to burst forth from the user merging with the preexisting technique adding to the overall power of the former technique by adding additional chakra to the technique and a degree of versatility to the technique by making it function in a solid way. Essentially the previous technique will experience a change in power and ability by becoming the flaming snakes. This usage is considered as an active boost and follows the rules and restrictions of such.

Note: May be used two times per battle overall.
Note: If combined with a wind technique in it's second form it will be considered a fire/wind combo. Combined with a fire technique just creates a stronger fire.
