Despite her opponent’s attempt to stop her once more – Hokusai wouldn’t resist; immediately using the same water molecules from before. As she directed it; she controls them to move herself above the opposing technique and by proxy her snakes. This placed her immediately in the air as she then directed it to guide her to the left side of her opponent, short range of Panthalassa. The reason being is due to the water being able to move her to a new location by consistently guiding her own physical body. Once she was within range; she didn’t stop as the snakes now immediately attempt to reconverge onto his position still. However due to them having their own sentience – they are capable of striking too. As the Yamato no Orochi struck into the body of the opponent – moving faster than he’s capable of tracking himself.

Description: The Gyojin Clan's basic revolves around the ability to manipulate water and water molecules within the air to effect targets around them without so much of a hint of their location, well this technique works as the basic and advanced tactics that can be achieved with said technique. The advanced applications of water molecule manipulation will provide the user the ability to move objects, not just in an offensive manner through shockwaves, but as supplementary usage or even defensive. It can also be used offensively: the (shock)waves can harm a human heavily, having effects that harm them internally, being directly sent at a target or surrounding the target and causing several attacks at once.
By skillfully manipulating the water molecules, the user can create and manifest harmless shockwaves that can be used to move objects at rapid speed and/or push them around to diferent directions depending on where the shockwave is manifested; Doing so in an explosive manner by conjuring the molecules into a single spot and then bursting into each other all at the same time. If used to change location/move objects it does so at the user's current speed, however the application is instant and once the user stops moving, it ends. This can also be used to block elemental or attacks by causing an explosion infront of a technique of equal rank (equal to the rank this is used in, from C to S, 1 rank higher if water element) to forcefully disrupt the jutsu. By manipulating the water molecules in the surroundings, the user can create a "path" in which the object will move; this is done by creating more smaller "explosions" with the water molecules, thus it will appear as if the user is controlling the object's path through their mind, when in reality, small bursts of water keep pushing the object torwards a guided direction by the user. In order to achieve these actionts the user must logically be manipulating the molecules with their body movements depending on the drastic applications. Ie, a simply burst to push something up to Mid range would be done so with a poke or punch, changing it's trajectory as it moves would require a swipe of the hand to do so etc.
Note: A-Rank variant can only be used 5x max with a turn cool down. While S-ranks can only be used 3x with a two turn cool down.
As he's carried onto the lake, Panthalassa takes the respite to spread a scroll around his shoulders. The calm he feels is quickly doused out when the opponent shoots upwards and then disappears. Without waiting, Pantha slams the surface of the lake, exploding everything in front of him out and upwards, to indiscriminately blast his opponent before he gets too close. As the water explodes, the scroll creates a thin veil of panthalassic water that doesn't impede vision all that much, but is so charged with chakra that it prevents the opponent from sensing through it. The radioactivity within starts to seep into Hok.

Description: The user will unfold a scroll, in a procedure similar to Earth Release: Mud Wolves, and summon a great mist of chakra. This technique can be seen as the precursor to the Hidden Mist, except the user unleashes a great concentration of raw chakra by supressing the nature conversion procedure. Naturally, this raw chakra mist is transparent, as it would require nature conversion to have any physicality, but will still distort some light when it is releasing into the battle, preventing it from being completely invisible, and it's glaringly visible to doujutsu and chakra sensors. This basic mist is dependant on the scroll, so while it will be maintained for as long as the scroll is unfolded, it will vanish as soon as the scroll is damaged. It has only 2 properties, the first is that it behaves similarly to the Water Release: Polination technique in function. The second is that the user can exert his chakra onto the mist to run it through the nature conversion procedure. Except when converted through Water Chakra, or Water-Only advanced Elements, it will lose it's first property and acquire the element's properties, including damage proportional to it's rank.

Note: The range and power of the mist is proportional to the chakra used. D ranks can only grow to a maximum of Short-Range, while it is required to be higher than B rank to be able to grow higher than Mid-Range.
Note: When converting into an Element, the mist will only last the turn it is converted, before dispersing, except when turned into Only-Water based elements, which will last 2 turns before dispersing.
Note: Can only be used twice with an S rank strength, 4 times with an A rank strength and requires 3 turns between usages. Requires 2 turns between B rank usages.

Swiftly making her approach towards the opponent; Hokusai noticed Panthalassa not only placing what appears to be a scroll over his shoulders; but also making a single hand seal. Her immediate reaction; is dispelling the Yamato no Orochi familiar but immediately weaving her own hand seal. As she does, she spews out a mass amount of ink from her mouth. This would become empowered by her ink brushes special properties, but also infused with an additional amount of chakra. This in turn causes the ink familiar she created to come to life immediately via Onibi. The ink familiar was humanoid; similar to a special familiar of her friend. It was made in the image of Goetia, Solomon’s Demon King and personal creation. The replica of the beast allowed her to tower over the battle zone as its formation was roughly fifteen meters tall in height. It’s empowered body was composed of the naturally of the fire element. The additional infusion of lightning and earth allowed for it to become a triple threat elemental ink familiar. It’s massive body bulldozed through the water explosion; tanking the impact for Hokusai as the massive stone, electrified flaming fist ravaged the water’s surface. The immense heat being produced too would evaporate the mist that would attempt to be summoned. Of course, should the impact be made, the additional infused elements would run its course. In the sense of earth, it would cause the body weight of Panthalassa to violently increase, but the burning of his flesh provided by the natural infused heat. The other portion being the lightning; causing shocking damage to him. However last but not least; she would add in an additional infusion – allowing the familiar to gain regenerating properties as well. This alongside the Onibi mutagens; it was perhaps Hokusai’s ultimate masterpiece made to this date. “Goetia…let’s make Solomon proud!” she said as the creation nodded in response. This empowerment of Onibi grant's it Acidic Spikes, Increased Vitality and also Overwhelming Vitality.

Description: Myriad Colors Phantom World is specialized branch of ninjutsu developed by the some of the best Ink Ninjutsu users within the world, being the sister counterpart to Ink Art: Solid Script. The process of it is done in three differing steps, all of which occurs instantly within each other, utilization of chakra absorbing ink similar to Ink Art: Fragile and Empty ,manipulation of ink into words and finally infusion of elemental chakra into the words while also molding ink and element together. What Myriad pans out to do is through the limitless imagination of the user, due to the essence of art - will create familiars through the use of words, i.e creating the word “dragon” while infusion earth based chakra into the word will cause the formation of an actual stone dragon capable of defending the user from attacks or even attacking the enemy. This technique is not limited to only defensive uses, as it can create a variety of things, be it animals, mythical creatures, extinct animals etc. The user draws the words in mid air, allowing for the words to form in either standard letters or in kanji form, then making a hand seal . The size, strength and range all differ based on the ranking of the technique used with D - C Rank being able to be used up to short range, B- A Rank Up to Mid Range while S - Rank up to long(Regardless of Rank used, all will first originate from within short range of the user. The creations of D - C range reaching up to five meters, B-A reaching up to 15 meters while S - rank being 15 meters and above. B-Rank and above uses require a handseal. A Ranks can be used up to three times per battle, while S ranks can be used up to twice. In the case of the S rank usage, no Ink Technique above B Rank can be used in the next turn. Creations made from this technique are able to act on their own and outside the need of user’s concentration but can only last up to three turns - while they also carry the elemental properties of the infused element. The user can also use this without the need of an ink brush similarly by controlling the ink similar to Ninja Arts: Ink Flush though for B/A Rank usages, the user needs to make a single hand seal in conjunction to the element it is associated with (such as the Tiger Seal being heavily involved with Katon) while B-rank and above requires two hand seals (though if the user is has a primary affinity for the infused element, only one seal is required).

Description: With the ability to manipulate Ink, the user will go through the delicate process of infusing the substance with elemental chakra. In doing so the ink will change color depending on the nature of chakra present within it, with the exception of Doton chakra. Katon turns the ink blood red, Suiton turns it blue, Raiton turns it purple, and Futon turns it into a faded grey color. In addition to changing the color, each elemental nature also changes how the ink behaves. Red Ink becomes scalding to the touch, like boiling water while Blue Ink is viscous and sticky similar to starch syrup technique. Doton channeled Black Ink contains properties of Super Added Weight Rock Technique. When contact is made with the ink technique the affected target would have its’s/their weight increased.(Initially 10x, then 30x, 50x, etc). The weight increase remains as long as contact with the ink exists + one turn after the removal of the ink for 10x increase, two turn after for 30x, three turns after for 50x etc. Purple Ink numbs whatever it touches due to lightning coursing through. (Numbing would last for one turn)Lightning would work similar to how lightning is channeled through liquid and water, having the ink technique electrolysed in a sense, which in turn affects the target. Grey Ink is given great cutting capabilities when used in pressurized streams or solid constructs the wind would surround the ink construct similar to a shroud, thus removing the possibility of negatively affecting the ink technique. This technique can be used as a standalone to create weapons, animals, and constructs of ink using scrolls or other methods of ink usage. It can also be applied in the same timeframe of another Ink technique for added damage, costing +10 infusion to the ink technique.

Description: Bad Apple is unique technique that doesn’t follow the traditional means of Ink Ninjutsu, rather being a technique designed to supplement the artworks instead. Through the infusion of additional chakra, the user is able to apply a similar ability to its sister technique Ninja Art: Ink Flow in which we seen when the snakes are capable of regenerating consecutively thus making escape impossible. What this technique does, is enable other works created by the user the same properties of regeneration. The regeneration however can only take place in the event the artwork is not completely destroyed and would regenerate back to full power so as long as it hasn't sustained enough damage to be neutralized or overpowered. This technique can be used three times per battle, lasting two turns each. Due to the nature of this technique, it's initial activation is instantaneous and can be used within the same time frame of another technique.
Empowered Vitality: The user’s sentient entity’s vitality is empowered further, increasing its health pool by 80 additional points.

Acidic Spikes: The user’s sentient creation is empowered with the Acidic Spines mutation, causing it to periodically unleash a volley of vitality-based spikes at all enemy targets on the battlefield. Each spike inflicts 80 damage and contains 40 chakra. Its damage is inflicted at a rate of 40 per turn to living targets, but clashing with other techniques counts as 80 damage. Only a single spike can be released at a single target, with each additional target counting as an additional spike. This does not count toward one of the user’s three moves, and it has a 25% chance of occurring every other turn after the creation is formed.

Overwhelming Vitality: The user’s sentient creation is empowered with Overwhelming Vitality, causing it to explode upon death in a mid-range radius explosion of violent energy. Anything caught within it suffers 120 damage.

As the massive ink creation appears, Panthalassa just sighs... This girl is insane... why is he fighting such a beast. He raises his scythe staff to be parallel to the ground, and, with that motion, the white shards that had carried him to the water raise up and form 10 small blades. He then brings it down diagonally, and the blades slash the air through the panthalassic water mists when the creation touches it, aiming to blast through the explosion, the mist and then poor little Panthalassa.

In a blink, 300 chakra is drainned whole from the creation's fists connecting with the radioactive mist, equivalent to 4 blades ( 320 ) while the remained blades 6 shoot out towards Hok to drain her as well. The staff fills with wind resistance as it drags downwards, simultaneously commanding the blades and bursting a localized vortex of air that pushes Panthalassa outwards, away from the falling debris from the creation imploding on itself, and moves away.

Description: The user will coat his sword with insects, which will arrange themselves so that their mandibles are lined up over the edge of the blade, creating a second edge made with their teeth-like appendices. While it does not increase the damage of the technique, it is, though, capable of draining chakra with every slice, as the insects will feed an amount equal to the average insect ( 14 chakra ) per slash. This technique is comprised of 10 freeform motions, which potentially grant a drain of 10 times the average insect ( 140 ), if the user avoids evasion motions or other non-slashing movements.

Note: Insect coat lasts up to 3 turns, though only 10 motions can be performed.
Note: Can only be used 3 times per battle, 4 times if every single usage lasts only 1 turn.

Description: Netela is a form of enhanced movement, where the user will direct the weapon's motions towards the ground, creating localized burst of wind from the entrapped air drag which will propel them towards a target at great speed. The user can also use this technique to immediately halt their own moment, creating a safe wind cushion for them to land on or stop mid-air, or even propel themselves a different direction mid-air. This works on themselves or others, as the burst is essentially non damaging.

It seems no matter what she tried to do; her opponent seemingly had an answer to these problems; but alas the artist was always prepared for anything she can possibly achieve. Immediately as they blasted through the opposing techniques; another would be set up. She would swiftly grab card from her pouch as she used her increased speed to dash off from the familiar; that when infused with chakra would cause a barrier to form up to short range around her. The in turn would prevent the blades from the opposing technique from reaching her and her familiar as a result. The barrier in question would absorb the chakra from the opposing technique; sealing it into the barrier and immediately released the chakra back out as an explosive force. The explosive force being equal in power to the originally absorbed technique. All the while as this happens; Goetia would also attack at the same time, using the area directly behind Panthalassa. As such; in the air surrounding him – an ample amount of electrical blades came to life, immediately attempting to strike into his body and kill him as a result, with no possible direction for escape as the explosion would follow soon after. Alongside all of this; Lassa who originally remained further behind would control the ink from beforehand via the rain to swiftly raise from the water’s surface in order to grip the opponent’s leg to keep it in place but also crushing the limb under the force of its power. “Not going anywhere this time…” Lassa said. Granted by Onibi; the explosion was brought to life as well, granted the Debilitating Aura and Black Blood Mutagens.

Description: Trap Card: When the user touches this card, a white barrier encompasses the entirety of the short range around the user. This barrier known as Mirror Force, seals incoming techniques within its walls similar to Uchiha's return and then releases the attack in an outward explosion back towards the opponent. Due to the nature of this technique, the outward explosion would be equivalent in rank to the absorbed technique. After the technique is reflected back at the opponent, the barrier dissipates quickly. Mirror Force absorbed and reflect techniques up to and including S ranks. Note: Mirror Force can only be used three times per battle with a three turn cool down in between usages.

Description: The user will form a sequence of 3 seals, and gather chakra from their circulatory system. This chakra will manifest as a single or numerous shapes of solid lightning chakra, resembling weaponry such as swords, spears, axes etc, of varying sizes that can be controlled by the user. There are 2 distinct usages of this technique. One of them being, upon mental command, the weapons can shoot, akin to that of arrows fired from bows, towards their target at high speeds at a continuous rate from wherever they spawn. The second usage, is to manifest one or two weapons, wielding them as melee objects in close combat. Due to the lightning itself being tangible in nature, it is able to be held by the user and deal damage similar to that of normal weaponry, in addition to electrocution and mild burns characteristic of Lightning Release effects. While these usages are separated, the user is able to enact the projectile usage after the melee construct(s) has been created, though at the cost of a move in this case. While the weapons of the projectile usage will last until the end of the turn they are created, firing for the entire duration of it, weapons of the melee usage will last up to 3 turns upon creation, unless destroyed or dispelled upon the user ceasing chakra supply to sustain the weapon(s). Should the weapons be discarded, but still maintained on the field through chakra fuel, they can be mentally called back to the user. When interacting with other objects or techniques, the weapons will release blasts of electricity to act against their force, effortlessly repelling normal weapons and reducing the momentum of oncoming jutsu which collide with it.

Can be resisted with a Yin Release technique of equal rank or Senjutsu that persists through this mutation’s duration.

Black Blood: Infuses a deadly vitality-based mutagen within the sentient creation. When the Creation dies or expires its blood will burst in a mid-range radius from its position, afflicting any within with Black Blood. Black Blood inflicts 10 damage per turn indefinitely on any, other than the user, until the end of the battle. Can only be cured by Yin-Yang Release or Senjutsu.

It seems no matter what she tried to do; her opponent seemingly had an answer to these problems; but alas the artist was always prepared for anything she can possibly achieve. Immediately as they blasted through the opposing techniques; another would be set up. She would swiftly grab card from her pouch as she used her increased speed to dash off from the familiar; that when infused with chakra would cause a barrier to form up to short range around her. The in turn would prevent the blades from the opposing technique from reaching her and her familiar as a result. The barrier in question would absorb the chakra from the opposing technique; sealing it into the barrier and immediately released the chakra back out as an explosive force. The explosive force being equal in power to the originally absorbed technique. All the while as this happens; Goetia would also attack at the same time, using the area directly behind Panthalassa. As such; in the air surrounding him – an ample amount of electrical blades came to life, immediately attempting to strike into his body and kill him as a result, with no possible direction for escape as the explosion would follow soon after. Alongside all of this; Lassa who originally remained further behind would control the ink from beforehand via the rain to swiftly raise from the water’s surface in order to grip the opponent’s leg to keep it in place but also crushing the limb under the force of its power. “Not going anywhere this time…” Lassa said. Granted by Onibi; the explosion was brought to life as well, granted the Debilitating Aura and Black Blood Mutagens.

Description: Trap Card: When the user touches this card, a white barrier encompasses the entirety of the short range around the user. This barrier known as Mirror Force, seals incoming techniques within its walls similar to Uchiha's return and then releases the attack in an outward explosion back towards the opponent. Due to the nature of this technique, the outward explosion would be equivalent in rank to the absorbed technique. After the technique is reflected back at the opponent, the barrier dissipates quickly. Mirror Force absorbed and reflect techniques up to and including S ranks. Note: Mirror Force can only be used three times per battle with a three turn cool down in between usages.

Description: The user will form a sequence of 3 seals, and gather chakra from their circulatory system. This chakra will manifest as a single or numerous shapes of solid lightning chakra, resembling weaponry such as swords, spears, axes etc, of varying sizes that can be controlled by the user. There are 2 distinct usages of this technique. One of them being, upon mental command, the weapons can shoot, akin to that of arrows fired from bows, towards their target at high speeds at a continuous rate from wherever they spawn. The second usage, is to manifest one or two weapons, wielding them as melee objects in close combat. Due to the lightning itself being tangible in nature, it is able to be held by the user and deal damage similar to that of normal weaponry, in addition to electrocution and mild burns characteristic of Lightning Release effects. While these usages are separated, the user is able to enact the projectile usage after the melee construct(s) has been created, though at the cost of a move in this case. While the weapons of the projectile usage will last until the end of the turn they are created, firing for the entire duration of it, weapons of the melee usage will last up to 3 turns upon creation, unless destroyed or dispelled upon the user ceasing chakra supply to sustain the weapon(s). Should the weapons be discarded, but still maintained on the field through chakra fuel, they can be mentally called back to the user. When interacting with other objects or techniques, the weapons will release blasts of electricity to act against their force, effortlessly repelling normal weapons and reducing the momentum of oncoming jutsu which collide with it.

Panthalassa was in a pin, for sure. His mind went blank as he felt the water bellow his feet. Water... his home. As long as he had water, he had a way. And so, as Goeatia created his lightning, as Hok created his reverse uno card, as the handsome ink clone seeped ink from the depths of the lake, Panthalassa spread his chakra.

A huge vortex of water formed beneath him, draining the ink technique in it's inception, before forming the gaping jaws of a shark god. The megalodon opened it's jaw wide, raising form all around Pantha, tearing through the lightning unstopped, blasting through the reverted explosion. The ink gave it a dark and nightmarish tinge, as the megalodon of water devoured everything around Panthalassa, tripping Goetia and making him fall on his back, snapping his blackened teeth onto Hok.

Description: Based on Great Shark Missile Technique, the user forms a lone seal whilst gathering copious amounts of Suiton chakra. Infusing the water nearby with said chakra, the user creates a gigantic shark around him, encompassing a radius of 10 meters. What differs from this shark and the normal one is that in conjunction with the forming of the shark, the user creates the water in a way that it causes a massive outwards explosion of up to mid range on contact with things stronger than it or of equal rank, spreading the water outwards. However, attacks of 40 chakra and below are able to be absorbed into the shark, with it taking on properties of said release, if logical. This means fire chakra will superheat the water, lightning will send an electrical current through it, Wind will make the shark's teeth and nose sharper, capable of slicing through a foe easier and Water will add to the mass. Interestingly, Earth chakra doesn't affect the shark like this, instead it slows it down but causes a more powerful hit on contact.
Note: Can only be used once per battle.
Note: Can only be performed with a water source.
Note: Can absorb up to 40 chakra with notable exceptions in the cases of fire and earth. With Earth, it can only absorb up to A rank, and with fire it can absorb Forbidden ranked jutsu.

Her mind was filled with ambition; ambition in wanting to create the most perfect of creations she can possibly weave to life. This of course was no exception – she had finally reached a point of where her own art is just…unable to work. This feeling of failure, it wasn’t one that put her down but rather one that inspired her to become better than before. Now was the time to try and raise above the odds, becoming a pillar of true art in the world for those to see. The shark creation was without a doubt very powerful but the woman was insistent on wanting to win this battle, or at least die trying in her last moments. The first of things; came in the form of the explosion being overwhelmed by the shark creation; but with the explosions own life coming to an end, the Blackblood Mutagen kicked in causing a wide explosion of Yang based liquid to spread immediately up to mid-range way as a result. Quickly in response to all of this of course; a unison of attacks occurred – with Hokusai taking the lead. She would take from her back the parasol she kept on her for safekeeping and applied the properties of it. This caused a barrier of chakra to be released as she swiftly placed herself in the front of the approaching technique. The barrier would in fact absorb the chakra of the opposing technique; storing the chakra within it but without delaying she would immediately release the stored chakra from within to be fired back at the opponent once again. This parasol’s seals was composed of ink as well thus empowered by her brush and its unique power.

The blast of chakra was once again sent back at the opponent – but Goetia didn’t just remain idle as the giant creature would immediately flank from Panthalassa’s right side, attempting to deliver a powerful punch towards his body (120) while also utilizing a technique. He would weaponize his own lightning nature; creating a literal layering of lightning over himself using his own conductive body. This in turn makes a shroud of lightning composed of the same size and shape as Goetia. This would coat over his body as the electricity would first strike Panthalassa then his own real body would. Lassa of course would attempt to try once more; but this time would do the same thing as before but rather far more powerful than the last.

This would keep his legs locked in place as the ink formed into a powerful whip, attempting to keep him from moving completely. “If this doesn’t work…I’m screwed haha…” she said, watching as her mode faded, her creations would follow suite if somehow the opponent managed to avoid em once more. The chakra of course from Emergency would help assist in sealing the shark technique; but also Onibi affecting the released blast (Empowered Vitality & Debilitating Aura)

(Shizukesa) Hush

Description: Hush is a special designed ninja tool that utilized the “Absorption Arm” as a basis for its production – though many are surprised by this due to weapon being in the form of an umbrella or parasol. The overall design of the tool is highly durable in nature, allowing it to physically tank one S rank before being rendered useless, two A ranks but remains undamaged by B ranks and below while also doubling as a physical weapon that can be used in free form close combat. It also has a sword hidden within it’s structure which uses the handle as a hilt and the other base piece as a sheathe, which can be launched out at the press of a button (freeform) to strike the opponent rather quickly for a surprise attack.

Moving onto the chakra related powers, the ferrule of the umbrella has the ability to release a barrier of chakra with similar to that of it’s predecessor where it intakes the chakra into the weapon itself but what makes it differ from the two is that the sphere doesn’t expand in size, but rather returns into the weapon swiftly. Once the chakra is absorbed into the weapon, it acts as a “charge” to the weapons second chakra related ability. The absorption is done via specific fuinjutsu formula located on the top that then releases the barrier.

After the absorption of the chakra the user is able to return the attack at the enemy as a chakra blast, moving at the speed of a Lightning Technique but dealing damage based on the rank of the jutsu absorbed. Although it moves in a linear path, the explosion radius is five meters; meaning simply dodging the path of the blast wouldn’t always be enough to avoid it completely.

This of course isn’t the lonesome way to “charge” the tool, as the user may willingly infuse his/her own chakra into the umbrella itself in order to fuel it, dealing damage based on the amount of chakra is placed into it. The absorbing of an enemy technique counts as a move each, but absorbing and releasing it back can be done within the same time frame and counting as one move if used like this but the user can simply absorb the chakra and store it without sending it back.

Charging the weapon with chakra from the user is done passively but sending it as a blast counts as a move, with the chakra amount ranging from 10 (D) to 40 (S), thus the user must spend chakra based on the rank in order to fire the blast. The user however can only retain a certain amount of chakra inside of the umbrella with its max being 200. While the umbrella’s firing/absorbing (each one separately) mechanism can be done once every two turns, while S ranks can only be done twice per battle causing it go on cool down for three turns instead. A rank can be done thrice while B rank and below can be used collectively 6 times a battle. The design of the umbrella is cosmetic, allowing for various coloration and patterns to suit a person's need.

Description: A basic application that demonstrates the superior chakra control traits of a medical ninja. Initially trained into understanding the essentials of chakra control - this technique seeks to emphasize on this to a certain degree. Passively activated, the user may use this technique to willingly allow an increment of +10 to be infused into a single technique of their choosing. This of course under normal circumstances would prove to be useless in battle - but in some situations such as with Fuinjutsu, Medical Ninjutsu or other abilities in general this proves to he highly beneficial. This can be used once per technique, capping at +10 chakra. This technique cannot be used in consecutive turns.

Description: An elemental lightning technique based around shape manipulation, a concept deprived from Lightning Release: Lightning Blades Levitation and the Lightning Shadow Clone. The basic concept is, the user will either release unfocused lightning onto a conductible material (either through touch, or sending a bolt through the air, or ground), or inject this jutsu into preexisting lightning to harness the lightning technique/material. The user is able to create duplicates of the original jutsu. The appearance of the duplicated jutsu is exactly the same as the previous technique, their damaging property, rank, size, and purpose of jutsu is relatively the same as well. This technique can be used on streams, projectiles, humanoids, self-sustaining techs, etc. Most of the time "shocking" to touch, the lightning duplicate will have a certain amount of tangibility to remain in shape. The user can create an extra beast for attack, or another spear of lightning. Alternatively, when used on jutsus/weapons with lightning conducted on it, the user can create a duplicate from that as well (only tangible elements). The difference between using this jutsu on already existing lightning, or on conducted lightning, is that the conducted lightning (such as a kunai with nagashi), will appear to be an exact copy, its internal body composed of electricity, but in appearance looks regular as ever. And when struck, reverts back to a regular state of pure lightning. To the opponents eye's, this method would look simply like a clone of the original technique, though this might not fool some forms of sensory, and dojutsu. These duplicate jutsus can be controlled as a streaming, or can be aimed as a projectile. The duplicates are created short range of the original jutsu, but the user can inject/use this jutsu on techniques from virtually any range. The power of the duplicates is equally divided between the numbers created if needed by the user. A drawback to this jutsu is shape matters, it can be used on shaped/tangible lightning techniques, or tangible materials conducted with lightning. This can not be used on one's self with lightning armor based jutsus.

These duplicate jutsus can be controlled as a streaming, or can be aimed as a projectile. The duplicates are created short range of the original jutsu, but the user can inject/use this jutsu on techniques from virtually any range. The power of the duplicates is equally divided between the numbers created if needed by the user. A drawback to this jutsu is shape matters, it can be used on shaped/tangible lightning techniques, or tangible materials conducted with lightning. This can not be used on one's self with lightning armor based jutsus.

Description: Usually used as a means for teaching others how to paint with ink, Painting Summer allows the user to manipulate their ink in various forms for different reasons such as demonstrating the applications of the ninjutsu. The range of this technique starts from short range as usual, painting the work of art into life such as furniture to sit on due to ink techniques having been known to sustain themselves, small animals for entertainment etc. The vast possibilities are endless, leaving it up to the user’s own imagination. These creations can be no bigger than five meters in height. These creations can be formed for combative purposes if the user needs this, now dealing damage in accordance to it's rank. A rank usage has a limit of thrice per battle while S rank is twice per battle however the former leaves the user unable to use ink based techniques above S rank in the same and next turn while the latter prevents use of ink based techniques above A rank for the same and next turn. A rank has a cooldown of one turn while S has two turns after use. Though this technique can be used with no damaging properties simply for cosmetic use. This is considered freeform and doesn't count as a move. B rank needs a single hand seal, A rank needs two while S rank needs three.
This was it, the culmination of the battle. The last hurrah. The massive beast charged forward, the bast reversed once more and raining down, and a tendril from the depths. Panthalassa gripped the staff of the Strange Ecclosion and powerfully stroke the lake with it, masterfully bursting the collected wind, propelling himself towards Goetia's fist, in a trajectory where he would both evade the whip of ink and also go beneath the trajectory of the first, evading the blunt of the attack. Panthalassa would acquire a spinning momemtum as he pushes himself underneath the fist, charging chakra through the staff and the lingering shards of the scythe, to produce the effects of Ambisagrus' Recoil, as the shards acquire a conductive and sticky property, redirecting both lightning twins away from him and back into the ground, neutralizing the ink itself with the reflected double S rank strength and 120 splash damage.

Description: Netela is a form of enhanced movement, where the user will direct the weapon's motions towards the ground, creating localized burst of wind from the entrapped air drag which will propel them towards a target at great speed. The user can also use this technique to immediately halt their own moment, creating a safe wind cushion for them to land on or stop mid-air, or even propel themselves a different direction mid-air. This works on themselves or others, as the burst is essentially non damaging.

Description: Utilizing the basic principles of Impetus of Untouchable user will cause for sticky liquid which is surfacing the body as the cloak to start spinning rapidly on molecular level. The rotatory movement won't be evident to others due to stage at which it is happening however it would create like a current which will have redirecting capabilities. Any type of unfocused electricity which is coming in the user's way will be redirected and blasted out either towards the ground or short range area. User can either use a pre-existing cloak for performance of this technique or commence performance of this technique with creation of a dense cloak around their body or body-part. The A ranked version of this technique can be used twice per battle whereas the S ranked only once. When using the C ranked version, user will only be able to redirect the electricity towards the ground, however with higher ranked versions of this technique they will be able to cause for electricity, which was initially coming their way, to blast out in short range causing the damage equivalent to the rank of the technique which was initially coming. In addition, user can re-direct techniques which are same rank as this one (due to the nature of this technique and creating like a current), however keeping in mind that the cloak which was enveloping their body would get destroyed. Keeping the cloak present would require from the user to use a technique which is one rank higher from that of lighting (or its variations based off electricity).

Being directly beneath Goetia, the blast from above would either be countered by its own body directly, or be meant to miss him directly anyway.

After the drawing, the sky turned dark, as the sun was consumed by a strange and threatening cloud. A gargantuan amount of small pale flies dipped down like a tsunami after blacking out the sun, revolving around Panthalassa's inert body. They were transparent, with all their organs showing inside they little devilish bodies. The demonic army of flies infused into Panthalassa's body.

Blood stentch permeated the whole field, before suddenly reversing flies and Panthalassa and the portrait alike. Panthalassa was defeated in this battle, but an eerie threat remained. Panthalassa's true, unrestricted power.
