Hei says as he consumes a chakra fruit causing him to suddenly flash bright as his horns, canines and nails elongate, giving him a more demonic appearance as black sunbutst markings overcome his body. His Rinnegan will passively activate as it manifests as a golden 6 tomoe Rinnegan in his forehead as a third eye. Hei then stands facing down his opponent, the veins under his eyes protruding as the chakra and blood flow increases activating into a Golden Byakugan. Then passively activating his chakra sensing ability, paired with his Dojutsu give Hei an excellent perception of the battlefield and his opponents chakra. His physical appearance wouldn't be the only thing to change from his Chakra Edible as power output and speed will increase drastically as well as him now gaining the "Magnetism" Kekkei Genkai in the form of Iron Sand.

Description: The kekkei genkai intrinsic to both the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans—descendants of Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Those who possess this dōjutsu have it manifested as eyes with featureless white irides and no visible pupils. And when activated, the pupils become more distinct and the veins near their temples bulge. To activate the dōjutsu, Hyuga but not Ōtsutsuki clan members are initially obliged to use a rather long and specific sequence of handseals: Horse → Tiger → Boar → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar → Snake. But once activated, the dōjutsu user is endowed with a range of skills. To start, an activated Byakugan gives the user a near 360º diameter field of vision bar one blind spot at the back of the neck, above the first thoracic vertebra. Its vision can penetrate through any solid objects or obstructions, and likewise remains unaffected by blinding interferences. But that being said, certain barriers and the like may distort its perception. In addition, it is able to follow high-speed movements, which enables those with this dōjutsu to analyze their foes' actions and better react to them. The Byakugan is also able to see chakra to a higher degree than the Sharingan and ergo, identify where a person's chakra signature originates from. Beyond that, it can discern certain types of clones from the real person. And its ability to see chakra is in fact so acute that those who possess this dōjutsu are even able to see the chakra pathway system and the 361 tenketsu that comprise it. The Hyūga clan has gone so far as to develop their unique Gentle Fist style in order to capitalize on this particular ability.
Note: Hyuga clan bios of at least Sannin rank become able to passively activate their dōjutsu upon one month having passed since Gentle Fist training concluded. Ōtsutsuki bios never need to expend a move in order to activate it.
Note: While traversing the NW, bios with activated Byakugan are able to see up to two 2 adjacent landmarks away while those of sage rank can see as far as three away, but this doesn't extend beyond an ocean landmark.
( Doujutsu: Rinnegan ) Eye Technique: Samsara Eye (Passive)

Description: One of the 3 great Doujutsu, the Rinnegan has, like the other, the ability to see chakra and the chakra flow of individuals. It also allows the user a great clarity of perception and tracking abilities, although its levels vary from user to user. It also grants a family of abilities collectively known as the Six Paths Technique. The user is also able to summon and control the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path. Certain Rinnegan abilities have only been demonstrated by single users: Madara can create corporeal shadows in the invisible world of Limbo; Momoshiki is able to absorb any ninjutsu with his right Rinnegan and release it with his Left Rinnegan; Urashiki is capable of moving through time and space when different eyes are activated. While Nagato was never able to deactivate his eyes, Madara and other wielders could switch at will between their other eyes and Rinnegan eyes, although Uchiha aren't able to go from 3 Tomoe to Rinnegan directly. Due to implanting Madara's Rinnegan into his eye, Obito loses the ability to deactivate this eye, much like Nagato.
Note: Can only be used by Rinnegan users excluding Sasuke.
Note: Requires activation ( spending move ) for other Rinnegan bios but remains active indefinetely afterwards if the user chooses to. After having for 1 month, user becomes able to switch between both doujutsu without spending a move. (Chakra Henkanshi no Jutsu) - Chakra Sensing Technique (Passive)

Description: This is a very advanced of advancing the ability to feel and sense chakra. The technique allows the user to concentrate and detect someone's chakra. Users can use this to determine the nature of a jutsu used as well as sense masses of chakra. The use of this can be compared to Sharingan's brutish level of sensory, able to sense collection of chakra but not the level of clarity and precision Byakugan has.
Note: Can only be used by bios with Sensory ability.
Note: After having on a bio for 1 month, users gain the ability to activate Sensory passively.
( Chakra Shokuyō Sōzō ) - Chakra Edible Creation

Description: By using his Rinnegan the user is capable of creating Chakra Edibles that he can consume. When eaten, they will transform into a demonic-like being, and will have access to all of the target's abilities. These Chakra Edibles are gained one of two ways: the first being at the start of an Arc or battle, the user is able to randomize the available lists of Advanced Elements and Kekkei Genkei ( Barring Hashirama Level Wood, Dust, and Dojutsu ) to have stored as Chakra Edibles. Through this method, he is only able to start with 1 KG or AE. These options are randomized via the Official RP Discord Server. The second option is to directly steal chakra from the opponent and with it, the ability to use their Element or Kekkei Genkei of their Clan, canon or Custom. This is achieved via direct contact or, in the case of Urashiki, his Chakra Rod. and making direct contact with a foe or his Chakra Rod, the user is able to absorb the abilities of his target for his own use. The user then turns the stolen chakra into chakra-filled edibles which have similar shape to Chakra Fruit, which grants him their abilities upon being consumed Both uses transform their physical appearance and augment their powers, granting them a significant speed increase and damage boost to their Jutsu, increasing by +30 as well as having 3 Golden Rinnegan. Despite seeming all-powerful, the jutsu has it's limitations and weaknesses; this cannot absorb a target, only their ability to utilize specific fields of Ninjutsu. The user can only absorb other Tier 4 and lower Kekkei Genkai or Advanced Element of up to three different ninja at one time, meaning he can have at most 3 other KG or AEs. The user cannot absorb Hidden Abilities nor abilities such as Sage Mode, Eight Inner Gates, or other taught abilities. If the user starts with a KG/AE, then he can only absorb one other via the battle/arc. Three can be obtained if the user goes the route of obtaining each via battle.
Note: Can only be used successfully once against a ninja and attempted three times per ninja.
Note: Requires a full turn of direct contact for Momoshiki and the user to have stolen at least one ninja's chakra for Urashiki.
Note: Can only be used by Momoshiki and Urashiki Otsutsuki.
Note: KGs and AE stolen last up to 2 additional arcs after acquiring, allowing the user to keep up to 2 other abilities at any point. Should he acquire an additional KG/AE, he must choose which 2 are kept beyond the arc and which is kept for just that arc. He is unable to start via randomization under this route.
With this new found power, Hei will simply rise his left hand, focusing and releasing a dense sphere of chakra, aimed to smash into Renji were it will then explode outward to deal massive damage.

Renji watches with his eyes on the man eating whatever that thing was. He starts to undergo a transformation like he has never seen. His eyes were something he hasn't heard of nor seen before. He takes out a katana from his left this and activates his a special mode. He coats himself in a shroud of chakra. He stands the below while he is activating his mode. A mask forms over this face that looks like a half monkey and half snake.

I might not have a chance but a damn sure will try. Ban...KAI!!!!!

( Dokkōdō ) - The Alone Way

Description: By taking a stance and channeling copious amounts of chakra while drawing in natural energy into their blade, the user enters a swordsmen state known as Dokkodo or the Alone Way. The chakra creates several markings across the user's lower jaw and neck, extending down both arms to fully cover the forearms and arms in scale-like platings as a chakra shroud that grants a large Vizard-like mask across their faces. The general appearance differs from user to user but these traits are shared. After activation, the user gains access to the exclusive art of Senjutsu utilized via Kenjutsu in two unique forms. The first form allows the user's techniques to carry the ability to cause a foe to become petrified 3 turns after being cut, the wound drawing in natural energy and prevents passive healing until healed by outside sources or the target is petrified, whichever comes sooner. The second form allows for techniques to carry the ability to corrode techniques and targets resistances, eating away at natural defenses when striking targets to weaken and prevent natural damage resistances. Should targets be hit by the corrosive Senkenjutsu, they will take the listed damage of the technique. In addition to this, when techniques land, the amount of chakra spent will be deducted from the object's damage resistance capabilities to cause it to plummet ( i.e. if an A rank Kenjutsu was used and lands and the target can shave 20 damage, 15 ( half of 30 chakra ) of it will be removed to leave 5 Damage Shaving ). Should their damage resistance drop to 0, it will remain there until being healed by outside sources.
Note: Can only be used 3 times each battle, each use lasting up to 8 turns. After ending, the user cannot use A rank and above physical techniques ( Tai/Ken, Jutsu with extended/detailed physical movements, etc ) for two turns and the effects of the 20% Torso Health drawbacks trigger. Each subsequent use adds 10% to the Torso Health drawbacks.
Note: Samurai and Ronin are capable of using Dokkodo techniques without entering the state though if they do, they experience a 10 damage increase compared to shinobi using the mode.

The man throws a sphere of energy at him. He waits until it is close to him and absorbs it with in his right eye. Then he fires it back at his opponent in the same amount of damage as it was absorbed.

Renji starts over around towards his left at an arc looking to see what his opponent is doing and to keep an eye on him. He can tell whatever this form is and those eyes his opponent most likely can out speed him.

( Jinkō no Doujutsu ) - Artificial Eye Technique

Description: Jinko no Doujutsu are special created cybernetic chakra eyes. These artificial eyes can absorb and discharge jutsu, and are outfitted with a special beam emitter that causes cellular decay, halting regenerative abilities. However, the artificial eyes don't have an unlimited capacity and can be overwhelmed by a person of massive chakra supply. When absorbing techniques, the user can only absorb things within short range and, more specifically, near contact with him. Each eye has the capacity to absorb up to 100 chakra before needing to release it or risk breaking the eye. This can be used to absorb techniques, once per eye every 2 turns. The use of the laser beams can be done once every 3 turns as well, capable of moving at Jounin rank speeds and deals Forbidden ranked damage on contact, unable to be healed afterwards.
Note: The use of the user's Lasers can be done up to 4 times, once every 3 turns.
Note: Should more than 100 chakra be absorbed, the Artificial Eye will burst, causing 40 damage to the user while disabling usage of the other for 4 turns.
Note: Can only be used by custom Cyborgs and Delta. For custom Cyborgs, requires Mechanic Specialty.

Yeah I thought it'd be fun to come at you with some power xD
With his enhanced perception Hei notices the use and augmentation of his opponents cybernetic eyes. "Interesting" he'd think to himself as the chakra absorbed is released back upon himself. Using his ability to fly, Hei will lift off and glide along the ground slightly to the left as he evades the incoming attack and heads right for his opponent, his immense speed allowing him to rapidly close the distance as he then swings around and attempts to kick his opponent with his right leg on their left side, sending them flying away in pain.

(Furaito no Jutsu) - Flight Technique

Description: A Taijutsu technique developed by the Otsutsuki clan using it's base principle revolves around their flight technique. Taking the method of flight to alter the users momentum freely allows the user of this art to more efficiently attack while flying. The user can preform a simple punch and/or kick or a series of punches and/or kicks, even from multiple angles as the flight technique allows freedom of mobility while airborne by altering their momentum mid-air to increase the unpredictability behind each strike. The attack(s) made using this method are not faster then what would otherwise be allowed via the flight technique. However the free motion of flight allows the user to more effectively deliver higher levels of Taijutsu that would otherwise be difficult to achieve. The power behind the attack is depended on the user. The user can even apply this method to another Taijutsu technique to alter it's momentum to effectively create a Taijutsu combination attack.

Renji notices the man flying up after releasing the attack back at him. With this Renji puts up his katana and pulls it back out. This pulling motion cases a shockwave that is sent out. This shockwave levels everything in it's path around Renji. The man speed is something Renji lacks so he had to keep the man very close to him or at range. He can't let the man just move around as he see fits.

With his opponent releasing a shockwave to counteract his approach, Hei will simply slip though a rift in space time via his Rinnegan unique ability. Simontaniouly entering one end, and exiting the other linked behind his opponent. With his advanced speed being far beyond what his opponent is able to track, Hei will form the Tiger handseal as the enters/exits through the portal, trusting his arms upward with both his index and middle fingers firmly penetrating his opponent's rear end. The force of which increased by his Six Paths Senjutsu will send his opponent flying into the air and dealing critical damage to them. (110 total damage delt) as they will be unable to track the movement and Hei's speed being so fast it will leave no time for Renji to react and evade before being penetrated.

Description: The user is able to open rifts within the fabric of space which allows them to instantaneously transport themselves anywhere. When used, the user's eyes glow red. The openings can also be used to connect two different spatial locations within the same dimension or create a pathway that links two dimensions together. Similar to Kamui, Yomotsu Hirasaka allows the user to utilize these spatial tears to retreat, perform ambush attacks, and many other possible tactics. Unlike Kaguya's version, the user can only travel fully through these portals, unable to partially emerge through them. The user can also utilize this method to drag their opponents to another location with them.
Note: This can only be used 5 times an event, once every 4 turns. The user can only travel to locations he has already traveled to, unable to use this to go to places he has never been.

Renji before be could even do anything after his shockwave a rift is opened behind him. He feels a weird sensation from his rectum. The man had violated him and sent Renji away. Thanks to her cybernetic body it didn't receive the full damage but it is more then enough to make Renji think a second time to get more enhancements to protect himself. He falls to the ground and slowly gets up and his nanos starts to heal him.

Description: Mini Grid are nanos which are fly size bugs that a Cyborg bio can control with his chakra which makes them immune to EMPs but is used for scouting and he can view the live video via a small computer on his arm(this is an enhancement to their arm). These fly sized bugs can be used to repair the Cyborg’s cybernetic and regular part of their body which it can repair damaged up to 20 damage per turn for three turns and as fast as Mystic Palm. After healing the nanities can’t be used for two turns. The bugs give off a sound so they can be heard in a swarm of ten up to two meters from someone’s ears. If they are not swarmed together and are separate their sound can’t be heard unless it’s right next to their target’s ears. These swarm of bugs can also combined together to create different weapons and tools of Cyborg’s bio needs as long as the user can carry it. The swarm of bugs are stored inside of the Cyborg bio.
-Scouting and weapon/tool creation is passive but healing does require a move slot

Renji looks at the man as he got up and started looking for him and finally found him. His face said it all and didn't have to say anything but Renji can't keep his mouth close some times.

He takes a katana and with it not being drawing but got his hand on the hilt he dashes forward at his opponent. His speed is faster then anyone before but this man could keep up and go beyond what he can do but Renji wasn't one to give up at all. He draws his katana coating it in senjutsu chakra and has the senkenjutsu effects of petrification. If it just scratches the opponent it would starts it's three turn effects to petrify him, hopefully.

Note: Can only be used with Dokkodo active. Ronin and Samurai are capable of utilizing outside of the mode but once per turn.

( Dokkōdō: Kakusu Shinjitsu ) - The Alone Way: Hidden Truths

Description: This technique is comparable to the Samurai Saber Technique in both its concept and execution. By channeling Senjutsu into the blade, the user becomes capable of creating crescents of natural energy sharpened to slice through metal and bone effortlessly. These crescents are capable of combating equal ranked Elemental Ninjutsu. Unlike Samurai Saber Technique, however, these cannot create chakra weapons to attack with, instead just creating slashes and strikes following the user's strike motion. They crescents can carry the effects of either form of Senkenjutsu.

  • Due to the cybernetic enhancements to their body, Cyborgs have increased durability ( immunity to C rank and below physical attacks and -25 damage from up to S rank physical damage ) and strength ( +20 damage to Taijutsu ). However, due to this enhancement, they are also more vulnerable to Lightning jutsu, increasing the damage done to cyborgs by 20 damage. Energy based attacks deal the same amount of damage.

Slight correction, the technique was 55 damage, you reduce 25 so you take 30 damage x2 for the crit. Meaning you only take 60 damage in total. Then you gained 20 HP putting your current HP at 120.
Hei's plan worked, even though he clearly showcased his advanced speed and spacetime capabilities, the sheer violating nature of his attack was enough to cause his opponent to react rashly. With them charging in full speed at him. With their sword drawn they will swing at Hei in attempts to cut him, but the very moment before the blade made contact, Hei will vanish without warning, leaving behind several red Origami chakra swans that slowly fall to the ground that might distract the opponent. Meanwhile, in the moment he vanishes from sight, he will reappear behind his opponent, using his superior speed to slap them behind the head before they could even react, in hopes it will knock some sense into them. His speed and manipulation of space and time was beyond anything his opponent could hope to counter. This will send the cyborg flying back toward the direction Hei was in before he evaded the shockwave. (The slap deals 70 damage -25 from cyborg spec = 45 x 2 crit = 90 total damage taken)

( Origami Kawarimi ) - Origami Replacement Technique

Description: Prior to being struck by an attack, Urashiki activates his base Rinnegan and causes it to glow blue. His body then disappears without warning, leaving behind ten glowing red orizuru, which slowly float to the ground before fading away when the user reveals himself. Afterwards, Urashiki's chakra signature is completely untraceable for 2 turns, allowing him to escape elsewhere unnoticed, or until he uses a Jutsu, whichever comes first. This allows him to escape damage from a technique he is aware of and reposition himself up to mid range away from his original location undetected, only being sensed if he chooses to use a Jutsu.

At this point he couldn't help but to move out of the way before anything else embarrassing happens to him. He uses nanos in his body to form an exoskeleton(S rank). The reason he does this is one he just caught off guard by someone he can't keep up with. The second thing is same as before is this man has just disappeared and he doesn't know where he will appear at. Renji body is hit from the back side and sent away. He didn't receive any kind of damage thanks to his exoskeleton. He hits the ground rolling but gets up with no a scratch on him and his exoskeleton disappears after this.

I still believe kinetic energy of the attack still would send him away so that's why I said he was sent away.

The Ai within this is that the nano tech that forms this piece perfectly fits with the users body and is linked to them, acting on it's own while at one with the users. This torso can have various pieces of tech attached to it or within it such as the chakra blades or even have one of the chakra absorption arms fixed into it, making it extremely efficient.

Even with other items attached to the torso, the nano bots will work to enhance them and change the users body at need. A simple example of this would be to create jets from the users shoulders to allow for propulsion. This can be done in a linear manor or the jets can be moved to control the direction to move in arcs, vertically or horizontally. This can be done once per turn taking up one of the users three moves.

Not only does this allow for items such as jets to be made, the user can reshape their body and or arms to form other weapons such as cannons (various other jutsu in the style), weapons such as blades etc or even form shields. The samurai have also shown the ability to use shape transformation, as they can form their chakra blades into giant buzz saws, broad swords, spiked shafts, and axes. This ability allows them to rely on smaller swords while retaining greater reach, damage, and surprise attacks as needed.

It appeared as though his opponent was adapting after all. While he was still unable to track Hei's speed he managed to erect a defense against his attack. It was rather impressive. But, alas it wouldn't be enough to just defend themselves. Without a proper means of offense the cyborg won't get anywhere. His abilities when compared to Hei were insufficient in the grand scheme of things. Still, Hei felt the heart within his opponent. The courage to keep on fighting. It was something quite admirable about it. His opponent having been knocked away near the location Hei was before using his "Underworld Slope Hill" technique to evade the shockwave produced by his opponent, Hei will once again alter Spacetime by warping through time itself to alter his spatial placement from a previous timeline with his current timeline.. Without altering actions taken place between the two timelines the visual aspect of this technique will appear as though Hei vanished yet again, however he will instantly reappear right behind his opponent with a strike. Lightning infused chakra culminating in his finger tips with his enhanced six paths senjutsu would easily rip though his opponents armor and deal massive critical damage.. However this wasn't Hei's goal. Instead he will aim to strike right past his opponents head. Allowing the force of the strike to not only blow harmless electrical current along the side of his face, but also let the realization that death could have been just a moment away. His actions sparing the life of the young cyborg. The electrical currents sparking off Hei's hand, next to his opponents face.

(Ichijitekina Makimodosu) - Temporal Rewind

Description: This technique allows the user to warp several seconds into the past, avoiding an attack by warping his spatial time placement to another location. While normally defensive, essentially allowing the user to seemingly teleport away from danger, repeated usage of this technique grants the user a pseudo-form of clairvoyance. With the acquired knowledge of how the near-future will happen, a perfect counter-strategy can be formed from being able to accurately tell how the enemy will act. Should the user be afflicted by any status condition that causes reduction of health, chakra or similar, they will still afflict the user per turn.
Note: When revisiting the past, this technique does not create multiple copies of the user; instead, it replaces the user from previous timelines with the user from the current timeline, effectively erasing everything happening after it should the user change actions. Jutsu usage and chakra spent however will not return.
Note: Can only jump back up to 3 Timeframe placements, altering actions taking place in that time by essentially resetting the timeline.
Note: Can only be used 4 times in total. After use, the user suffers 20 damage from the mental effects of temporal travel.
