So yeah, I was asked to check this by Ian, I'm gonna try to keep this short, will jus point out stuff that's important.
Post 9 - Until this post, things were fairly even, but this bit made things a bit messy;
Mere moment’s prior to the opponent’s attempt to close the distance, the air around him was immediately (perk of the technique) by the pheromones of the Ganmi Clan, forcefully entering into his nostrils, and placing deep rooted intrusion in his dreamscape.
Now, Vayne's SM and Taijutsu is initiated at the same time. Your wording implies you interrupt this, but there's a few issues. The first is that you can't track Vayne currently ( his speed is 40, and you can only track 30 ), and the second is that he's camouflaged due to Sage of Pits. This leads me to believe the Genjutsu wouldn't work like you intended, and you'd end up taking the punches.
Post 11 - The issue with this is pretty simple, you cannot break the Yin Gen using the Chakra Siphon, and this is according to the tech itself.
This allows the user to break out of Genjutsu using the chakra surge method, being able to release any genjutsu, excluding Yin and MS level Genjutsu, so long as the surge of chakra released into the user is higher then the chakra used for the Genjutsu.
As this clearly states, you cannot use the surge to break Yin Gen. Now ik later in the tech it mentions being able to break Yin Gen, but as you'll see below, this refers to the foreign energy method, which Gourd not using in this case.
This Nin-Tech is able to store up to 100 chakra into it, taking up to five turns before it reaches capacity. If the user has Senjutsu, the siphon can still absorb the senjutsu like chakra and release the Senjutsu back into the user, following the foreign chakra/energies release method of Genjutsu, instead of the chakra surge method. This allows the user to break any genjutsu, including Yin release genjutsu however it cannot break Mangekyou Sharingan Genjutsu.
Aside from these mistakes, there wasn't really much else to point out. Vayne did take some damage, but that was deliberate rather than an error. So with everything in mind, I'm gonna have to award the win to Vayne, as you would've been hit by Taming the Tiger on two occasions, which would've been crits as well.
