Analysis. Cause I'll have a lot of OOC concerns o.oShall we do this RP style? Or analysis?
And this is my explanation on it.A seal itself is like a dish with 6 main ingredients that come together to form it. The main object which is being sealed, the vessel it is sealed in, a trigger which initiates the seal, the object used to bind the target, chakra used to fuel the seal, and finally a key to release the seal. It sounds more complex than it really is. In practice, most of these are relatively simple.
Then, we move onto practical applications of seals. By sealing weapons, they can be more easily and quickly accessed during battle. For example, it'd be simpler to tap my wrist to summon a sword, than to draw it from my side. This can add an element of surprise to your battles, making it difficult for someone to react. You can also seal bodies, for easy storage after killing an opponent. You can seal incoming techniques, you can seal explosions and release them as the opponent nears, you can seal skills of the opponent, his chakra, limbs, etc. The possibilities are almost endless.
Its a pretty versatile skill though. Read through the explanations, and when you are ready, we shall embark on the journey that is Fuuinjutsu.Fuuinjutsu entails the process of sealing. This is basically an art, or method, to seal chakra, weapons, intangible elements like Fire and Lightning, inside a seal. Basically, these things, are taken into the seal, despite their size or whatever, and "hang" in another "realm" for the lack of a better word. Not only can things be sealed into seals, but also be brought out of them like weapons for example. I've seen some seals, that if triggered by a specific stimuli, activate and then automatically release whatever is inside it. However, things can also be sealed into some other things, like tattoos, or even more solid like objects, like weapons, I think, Overall, the premise is very simple, sealing of things, and also bringing things from where they were sealed in order to use it in battle. Some seals can be used to contain chakra, limit an opponent's use of chakra, like that seal used on Naruto by Orochimaru. It has a bunch of uses overall. I've seen seals that are able to release people from Genjutsu, release and maintain chakra, and even limit people to certain elements (shoutout Zanda).
"The user is able to detect anything that moves."The custom ones now, but the ones of before (insert evil laugh). Nonetheless, let us begin. I want us to thoroughly go through the techniques so we'll start with one, and go a bit more later. I will explain the technique briefly, and I want you to go in-depth.
Rank: B-Rank
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short- Mid
Chakra cost: 20 (- 10 per turn to keep active)
Damage points: N/A
Description: After clapping ones hands, this technique creates a spherical detection barrier above ground with the user at the center. At the user's command, the detection barrier can expand, grasping everything in the battle field. The user is able to detect anything that moves inside the barrier space with his or her own "sense".
A simple technique, where you will first clap your hands together, and create a spherical barrier above ground, with you at its center. The barrier expands to mid range all around you at your command, and is able to detect whatever moves inside the barrier, acting as a sense of yours. It lasts as long as you keep it active. Pretty useful if you ain't got no sensory.
Wew, Generic sealing is just for sealing weapons and corpses, not living beings or injured people o-o. As for your second question, any foreign chakra will trigger it, so it has to be placed well. And yeah, that tech is crap.So the Generic Sealing technique is by all means the base of Fuinjutsu, if I'm reading this correctly. Also, sealed items being unaffected by time...I have a question. Say I was in a mode like Sage Mode, and I have only 1 turn left, and someone sealed me away. If I'm ever unsealed would my 1 turn left be up immediately or would I still have the next turn left?
Damn that sounds confusing. Basically, if I'm unsealed I'd have two turns to do my Sage Mode business being the turn I'm unsealed and my turn I had left. Is that right?
But moving on though. Sealing Trap Explosion is your classic ambush type tech. Pretty neat. Question: can I tailor it to explode to a specific chakra signal or will it explode as soon as foreign chakra comes near? The reason why I ask is because I was thinking, what if my opponent has all these clones, summons, etc around and my seal goes off on them instead of him/her the target?
Yea this last tech isn't resonating with me either. WAY too specific and easily countered. But, I'm under Training Oath to pass my two cents on it. And my opinion is: it's trash. I might use it though simply for theatrical flair. But in a battle? Nah.
