Fang is a tall woman, standing at 5'9". Fang has bronze skin and wavy dark brown hair with a braid behind her left ear. Fang's eyes are green and there is a beauty mark underneath her right eye. In her pierced ears Fang wears purple claw-shaped earrings. She has scars on her right arm and shoulder, and she wears blue clothing that closely resembles the traditional Indian sari, adorned with tribal accessories.Fang wears a short black top, black sleeves over her forearm, tan leather open-toed sandals, and two fur pelts hanging from a cord beneath a belt that holds her spear. Fang has the brand on her right shoulder and a large tattoo on the other.
Fang is stronger than Lightning [A friend] and more stubborn than Snow [Another Friend]. Lightning once commented on Fang having a "wild fearlessness to her". This is supported by Fang never wanting to back down from a fight no matter who or what the opponent. She appears to have a strong belief in Lady Luck, as she makes many references to it. Fang has a caring and compassionate side to her, especially when it comes to Vanille; Fang would do anything to protect Vanille (another friend), even if it means taking extreme measures.

History:
Fang was born in Konohagakure as a hyuga, along with Vanille. During the third ninja war, Fang and Vanille lost their families at the hands of a Kusagakure shinobi, and became close friends after meeting at a young woman called Oerba's orphanage. However, Fang developed a deep grudge against Oerba's husband, Anima. This caused her to leave the village with Vanille. While's that, they found a village, known as Iwagakure, and got accepted in it.
In Iwagakure, any citizen may rise to power regardless of race, gender, or social, strength, and so on standing - Succes is all that matters. It was with committed faith in this ideal that Fang strove to greatness. She showed early potential as a soldier, forcing herself to master the weight of a long sword when she was barely its height. She was calm and efficient as a warrior, but her true strength lay in her conviction. She entered battles without any trace of doubt in her mind: no ethical pause, no fear of death.
What began as an invasion quickly became extermination. Shinobis followed across fields of death. It wasn't the glorious combat for which Fang trained. She carried out the orders of her superiors, terminating the remnants of a beaten and fractured enemy with extreme prejudice. During one bitter engagement, Fang's unit became surrounded by Konohagakure forces. They called for support as the enemy closed in around them. What they received instead was a powerful Yuki clan member attacking and causing a massacre through Iwagakure. Fang watched as around her many shinobis alike fell victim to an unspeakably gruesome fate. She managed to escape the massacre, though she could not erase the memory. After this, she met a man known as Jin Kazama, who became her master. She saw this as an opportunity to start anew. She shattered her sword, severing ties with the past, and wandered in self-imposed exile - on a quest to seek atonement and a way to save the pure vision of a shinobi in which she believed.
