Even though we did not know about Haki at that time, isn't this similar to what happens when someone awakens haki after bringing it out at a time of need?

-Luffy asked Zoro if he could sense something and he did. And in the OP-verse, if you can sense something just like a CoO user can, you obviously have CoO.
-Law asked Luffy if anyone in his crew can fight CC, and Luffy said both Zoro and Sanji can aside from them.


So the only thing we need clarification on is if he has CotSK, since it's been hinted that's what he used against Monet.

Yeah, well, it was confirmed before that anyway. Plus you're the one who said it's not "stated" nor is it "100% sure" if he has it. So you just contradicted yourself. :|

That is not Haki. It is a Swordsmans' state of mind. When you are able to hear the voice of non-living things like what zoro did then you are also able to cut those things down if you want. Its just an ascension of zoro's swordsmanship.

Zoro uses this elevated state to cut tougher objects like steel.

I agree with this, granted I'm not far in OP yet but in most Japanese fictional stories involving swordsmen the best always seem to have some kind of 3rd sense about perception so his "sensing" things doesn't strike me as Haki, not saying it isn't though. Remember he's sensed enemies in his "sleep" like at water 7 when he was guarding the ship. Also they always seem to be able to cut objects that shouldn't be able to be cut, I believe it's simply an exaggeration of swordsmanship but that's not to say it can't be Haki.
