what is he trying to say that oda *stole* the concept of the evil dude being inside of a rabot's stomach. thats all
yup, though stole is a harsh word and I mostly used it cus I thought people would respond and see the turtles and hopefully get nostalgic like I did. I highly doubt Oda watched the turtles and said to himself "I'm gonna make one of my villains do the same idea."

This clearly means Kishi did too
You must be registered for see images
AND Shingeki No Kyojin clearly stole from TMNT
You must be registered for see images

I highly doubt Oda stole the concept. One Piece is inspired by many things. But it doesn't mean he stole the concept of a character inside a larger body.

So how about this: Inspiration is not the same thing as copying.

Neither of those are robots or mechanical as you can see Oz has metal inside his stomach.

In thriller bark Usopp and Bearsy also did an old scooby doo bit of running through a hallway with a bunch of openings and appearing behind each other and popping out at different openings.(I think Scooby copied it from Abbott and Cotsello or Laurel and Hardy or one of those old shows though)

Oda uses things for inspiration. Not to copy.
You guys act like copy is such a bad word. I didn't say he ripped it off just that he copied the idea. He didn't mimic it, he made it his own. Kakashi was revered as a copy ninja I say one little mangaka copied an earlier comic, and everybody loses their minds(said in heath ledger joker voice) I'm not even sure Oda ever saw TMNT, I assume he did as popular as it was in the 90's.
