Honestly I look around and everyone is like " omg, what if he uses four fingers, or five!!!!!" <---- in reference to 3rd raikage hell hand thing. I'm pretty sure if you narrow the area of concentration, the power will be more concentrated as wellм , ergo stronger. Am I right? What do you think?
