Also obito would need to have a lot of hate and possibly be evil or a bit evil to awaken the susano'o, I don't know if it can be awakened if obito who used to be bad/evil is now good but then again if abger cann awakenthe susano'o then because what madara told him I guess he will be angry and therefore possibly awaken it but I don't know.

Not really you just have to awaken the power of both your eyes and him and kakashi have already done it so if he gets both his eyes he should be able to cast a Susanoo. Ohh also just in case you don't really need to awaken Amaterasu and tsukuyomi since every MS user is different you just need to awaken the power of both of you eyes in Obito's case him and Kakashi Did it when they Were able to use Kamui

Amaterasu+Tsukiyomi =/= Susanoo. Having 2 Mangekyo means you get Susanoo, which is why Shisui has it in the new game. (I know it's non canon)

Amaterasu is extremely good, and if Madara had it, he would definitely have used it by now.

No he Casted him under an illusion were Sasuke controlled whatever Danzo saw and he used eye contact the only thing he couldn't do was control the length of tsukuyomi which is were Danzo scolds Sasuke for not being able to use the technique as fluently as itachi did since he could make 1 hour look like a 1 month. Susano'o is rare, even amongst Uchiha. That is why Shisui never had it. Just because Obito will gain double MS, doesn't mean he'll awaken Susano'o as well.

Shisui had it, it's green. We just never saw it until now
