Tbh im more of a realist than i am an idealist. I know it's good to be optimistic. But majority of these optimist are naive.

A person who's a realist may be seen as pessimistic at times. But the truth is they have a clearer understanding of how things work. They see reality for what it really is.

But naruto on the other hand is a idealist, he believes in fabrications. His kind see's realty for what they want it to be and not for what it is.

This idealistic mindset gives them a drive for change but at the same time being delsuional makes them vulnerable.

So whos approach would you take??

Obito's Realism or Naruto's Idealism??

Obito wasn't a realist, IT was a pipe dream at best, he chose to believe in a fantasy. Surely Naruto is a hopeless optimist, but at least it works for him

Both are flawed, as you said. But one offers hope, and the other does not.

I'd rather live with hope, even if it is naive.

Obito is not a realist. Naruto might be an idealist, but at least he made his "idealism" a reality.

Obito=realist
Realizes war and violence will never stop and neither will hatred
Wants to implement IT so that it all stops
That's realist.

(He couldn't have known that IT kills)

Obitos a realist that things can only be achieved without fail inside a lie lol. The alliance hasn't fallen apart..yet :p. Its real that an enemy was needed to create that alliance but both that snd hope were necessary for it.

I see your point.. In life one has to understand what is a possibility and what is reality. Understanding the reality of things yet believing in a greater hope. Balance is key.

/thread.
Killing innocents is nonsense.
I don't want to steal innocent lives to find peace.Becuase i don't need it,if someone would kill my mother like Obito killed Kushina...i would never forgive him and i would've burned him alive!

I'm sure Madara and Obito are unacceptable in socities except if we talk about selfish people

How Obito went up about his plan was idiotic, tbh.

YEAH SUREEEEE, NARUTO CREATED "PEACE" But peace is not long lasting. ALL GOOD THINGS COME TO AN END. At least Infinite Tsukuyomi actually creates TRUE peace. And everyone gets to live their dreams.
Naruto achieved peace between the nations but that won't last forever.
When naruto is dead eventually things will go ham again.

Did you guys forget these guys?

And with the new series coming up that definitely means some bad groups of people still exist.

Infinite Tsukuyomi doesn't have to transform you into a Zetsu. I believe that effect only occurs if the user wants it too.

Obito, naruto is simply a naive child whoose ways can only succeed in the fictional reality he is based in. He failed to give obito or nagato an answer for peace. All he kept saying is that "one day" and that "I will find peace" without actually doing anything. He like minato and jiraya before him kept saying if they fail they would leave it to the next guy, that's not entrusting anything that's just an excuse for failure. Naruto has built no foundations for peace and has no plan.

IT and nagato's plans though flawed at least were likely solutions heck even sasuke's plan had some merit, naruto has nothing.

If you live as a slave and being tortured do you call that freedom?Without war there is no freedom.Madara wanted to steal peoples will and he wanted their powers(the real reason why he went for M.T)Freedom and slavery are different just as reality and fiction is...
People like Madara are losers.

What? You aren't being tortured. Your living in a perfect dream world with no pain.
The only obstacle to obitos plan was people that were trying to prevent it because they didn't want the world in it..

Let's be real here, Infinite Tsukuyomi was a better plan.

Can you guys convince me that it was bad?
