Those are the same chakra chains that came out of the stakes.

And you can clearly see Obito activating the stakes with his own power not the Gedo's. Don't even know how you came to that conclusion when the Gedo isn't even shown in the pages he uses the chains in. The chakra stakes all come from one place, the Gedo Mazo yet Obito can manifest chains from his while Nagato can't. Obviously that means people with Senju/Uchiha blood can use the Rinnegan and the Mazo better than the ones who don't.

Only having one Rinnegan eye doesn't make the techs stronger or weaker. This isn't the Sharingan.

I agree, Obito has not a high enough chakra level to compete with Nagato, nor the natural talent.
Also he only has one rinnegan, what isn't enough to be able to use all the jutsus nagato used.
