OBITO WASNT NECCESARILLY WEAK HE JUST DIDNT DEVELOPE AS FAST AS ITACHI OR SASUSKE. BUT ONCe HE GOT HIs SHARINGAN TO WORK AND GOT SERIOUS HE WAS ON PAR WITH KAKASHI AND THEY WERE THE SAME AGE. If he survived the war he probably would be hokage or something like that or tried to stop itachi from killing the whole clan.just imagine a person with guts and determination like naruto and with a sharingan and uchiha blood traight that = unstoppable.

To be far yes sasuke did activate his sharingan when he was at after itachi killed everyone, but he didnt remember that he activated it then. His first time where he actually activated and can activate it on command was when he was 12 also
