Precisely. If Kabuto didn't revive Madara, Obito wouldn't have been able to revive the Juubi. Even if he could have, he wouldn't be able to fully control it; they had trouble as it is between the two when the Juubi transformed.

No Kabuto, no Madara. No Madara, no Juubi. Which leaves Obito spamming Kamui against the Allied Shinobi, but he would definitely lose.

No, Madara is an Edo, that wouldn't happen. If Obito wasn't there, there's no possible way for Madara to seal it in himself.

Not really. Without Madara, he would have started infinite tsukuyomi since the beginning. He already had Gyuki's chakra thanks to Sasuke and Kyubi's chakra thanks to Kin-Gin, so he could have summoned Juubi anytime he wanted without even fighting Naruto and Bee and put the world in infinite tsukuyomi. The only reason he wanted to fight Naruto and co is because he wanted to revive a complete Juubi

I edited that post, because I realized a strong enough seal can prevent this from happening, or else Naruto would have been taken over immediately by Kurama.

The entire purpose of the war was to capture the 8 and 9 tails. I don't see him thinking I need to wipe out the 5 nations in war. It's chess, he's giving up his pawns for the bigger picture. There were enough zetsu's out there to spring some sort of trap.
