I dont know..I'm pretty sure obito knew what he was getting himself into when he announced war. Without kabuto im sure obito would have start using the rinnegan with his kamui to stomp the alliance. With the gedo too.

Edo Madara is stronger than a fully revived Madara. Kabuto upgraded Madara's body, and everyone knows edos are tougher to deal with than their real life versions when they have full control of themselves.

With the White Zetsu transformation, Naruto would have been pressed into action and Bee would've probably tagged along. This would have given Obito his chance to capture them....AKA the whole point of the war.
