on the last chapter it seem that obito will betray madara, madara is not his friend at very start, than what obito plan ??? why he kill everyone in the war, because he can perform Rinne tensei no jutsu, the reason obito continue to kill shinobi is to test naruto how strong is naruto's will at friendship to achieve peace... and obito will entrust his will to achieve peace to naruto....
for the simple reaseon is : obito and naruto goal is to achieve peace. madara's goal is to achieve superior power to become juubi jinchuriki

I hope not, that would be repetitive and if a character died then let him/her rest in peace. For example now that neji is dead he is free from the hyuga curse so do you think he will come back with a smile if he is revived? and if obito revives all the people that died in the war then what was the point of this war? Madara = Emperor

Obito = Darth Vader

Naruto = Luke Skywalker

So maybe Obito will see the error of his ways and turn on his master but in the process gets killed by Madara.
