Guys I think Obito was actually fighting back against Madara's will.
When black zetsu started taking over his body he remembered Rin couple of times and thats why he went woooaahhhh!!
Coz the last time he shouted like that was when he saw rin's death.

I just noticed, the page after your first link, chapter 606 page 6 he also got those black rods along with branches comming out. he is inside the spiral zetsu so it's not possible to see here if his own zetsu half got black or not and thus if those 2 are connected.
it's possible that the black rods come out when he is furious or it's also possible that madara was taking control at that time to help obito, who was very emotional at that time and would possibly not have noticed madara's influence.

but it is clear that madara is forcing obito right now and all evidence points out that obito's zetsu half turning black is a sign of that. so depending on when the black rods come out it can be interprated in 2 ways.

either the black rods come out on obito's command when he is furious, in wich case they might be comming out now because he notices madara's influence and he is fighting back
or the black rods are part of the control mechanism of the zetsupart that madara can influence in wich case obito would seem totaly lost.

Yeah I don't think kishi will ruin obito's char like that. Especially after all the hype about " who is that man behind the mask ". There was a lot of foreshadowing about obito's powers. Even Minato's sacrifice will be for nothing if obito dies in such a shitty way. I think Obito will fight back madara's influence and he himself becomes juubi's jinchuriki.

I don't know. For a long time we thought that Tobi/Obito was the main antagonist. But now we know that he was just used as a puppet for Madara Uchiha. Remember it was already revealed a couple chapters back that 1st Nagato, then Obito was meant to revive Madara.

Ultimately, Minato's sacrificice is partly Madara's fault too. He's the one who made for a big part made Obito what he is today.
