Tobirama can mark Kunais too no?.. and do you mean the Mokuton-spike he used on Minato or the one he used on Kakashi??..lol. Tobirama with his speed isn't even getting caught in that shit.

If he does, he would take this.

Tobirama needs Intel, it's highly unlikely he'll win without it.

Tobirama would win extreme diff, Don't forget he is a good sensor, and he can sense the chakra on Obito's eye when he goes untangible and would figure out that when he atacks he stops using kamui, that's when he makes a FTG V2 Speed blitz

Obito would probably win, Tobirama would be really hard to beat though, if Obito were to slip up from the ground Tobirama would sense it quickly, make a move, it'll slip right through Obito but Tobirama could use the Flying Thunder God technique and could probably catch Obito before he materializes
