I would give the edge to Obito at that point. Not because of the Rinnegan specifically but because of how he improved in his use of Kamui. (Rinnegan Obito and MS Obito are almost the same to me since he's only confirmed to have Human Path and Outer. Madara's statement is too vague)

Though Tobirama still has the move set to take Rinnegan Obito on.​

That could be true since unlike Minato he doesn't have kunai laying around to teleport to. But you have to take into consideration that Tobirama has sensing abilities.

And once he sees the enemy has a sharingan, he will make kage bunshin and most likely mark them too start off the battle. Kamui is not ending Tobirama at the beginning of the match. The reason Tobirama invented the sharingan was to deceive the sharingan anyways.

No Tobirama doesn't stomp because of your portrayal/level arguments. Leave the debating to the Tobirama fans who can actually prove why he wins.

Obito has no real counter for the Kage Bushin, if he teleports one he's lost his advantage right there (not that he'll get the chance.). If he tries to teleport the original he can simply be recalled by a clone, or do it himself.

Tobirama doesn't need to mark his clones to teleport to them. Plus now no one can ever argue that he doesn't mark his weapons.
