As for your question OP, the reason why Sasuke does and why he counters Kamui treads on the same principle as how Minato did, but even better. Any close range engagement (which is the only way Obito can even hope to put Sasuke down) will come down to Obito trying to warp Sasuke. In the same manner as how he tried to do it against Minato, he has to materialize to absorb another person, and in that moment Sasuke can shift above and end him with Chidori, easily. Juubito, the one that can't use Kamui gets sliced apart by Sasuke's Perfect Susano'o easily.
