Couldn't Kakashi's clone teleport himself via Kamui to Obito, forcing him to go CQC? And once Kakashi's clone is close enough in the real world, the original Kakashi can Kamui his clone to land hits on Obito whenever he uses Kamui to go intangible.

Kakashi appeared directly on Obito when he came back from the other dimension regardless of their previous locations, so i think he can control where to teleport
