Obito under genjutsu?

Do you think it could be possible Madara put Obito under genjutsu so he could continue his plan?
I mean i still find it strange that Obito, who was so gentle and kind as a kid could turn out the way he did.
and i mean cmon...... 'you let Rin die so im gonna destroy the whole world' is pretty lame if you ask me.

I doubt that.I think it was just a good old-fashioned COMPLETE brain-wash by Madara.

Imagine this - You are a 11 yr old bed ridden kid with a psychopath preaching hate, for kishi knows how many years. Any kid would get brain washed
Thats why this stuck between life and death seems so illogical and bad cover up to me >_>
