Appearance: As a child, Obito had black eyes and short, spiky, black hair. He wore a long sleeved blue uniform and a blue jacket with an orange collar and trimmings. The jacket was fastened to the rest of the outfit by two buttons on the collar and had the Uchiha clan crest at the back. He also wore a white belt, Shinobi sandals, the standard Konoha dark blue forehead protector, and a pair of goggles with orange lenses connected to ear protectors.

In his first appearance as Tobi, Obito wears a black long-sleeve top that covered his neck and chin, a pair of black gloves, a pair of dark-coloured pants, a long green scarf and standard sandals and white stirrups. On his waist, he wears a thick black belt with armour-like metal plates attached to it, and similar plates on his upper arms. Obito had blue (black in the manga) nail polish on his fingers and toes. He continues to wear this outfit under his Akatsuki cloak after he becomes a member and also wears a purple ring, which bears the kanji for "jewel" or "sphere" (玉, gyoku), on his left thumb. The right half of his face was left heavily scarred after the events in Kusagakure, resembling wrinkles, while the right half of his torso and arm have been replaced by White Zetsu matter, which have a much lighter colour than his body. Obito wore a variety of different masks over the years to hide his identity when he interacted with others, though the one he seems to favor most is an orange mask with a spiral pattern focused around his right eye.

Personality: Because he grew up without knowing his parents, Obito's childhood was marked by dreams of being acknowledged. This motivated him to become a ninja so that he could, in turn, become Hokage and have the entire village finally recognise him. When Rin acknowledged him regardless, Obito fell in love with her and aimed to earn her love in addition to the Hokage title. But Kakashi's presence, both in the classroom and later on their team, became a wall for Obito, because of Kakashi's prodigy and that he had, without trying, gained Rin's affections.

Though generally kind and of unwavering loyalty to his friends and allies, Obito nevertheless formed a one-sided rivalry with Kakashi. When not in competition with Kakashi, Obito would famously perform random good deeds around Konoha, especially for the elderly, which in turn made him notoriously late. This combination of factors and Obito's naturally just heart and optimism made him easy for Madara to exploit and ultimately corrupt.

After Rin's death, Obito's determination and idealism were shattered. He became more calm and focused, no longer caring about his village, his friends, or even his name, all of them being worthless parts of a miserable world that had forced Rin to die at the hands of a person she loved. His sole commitment was to Madara's Eye of the Moon Plan and the new peaceful world it would create; every crime was a necessary evil, every murder was a sacrifice for the greater good and a life that would be restored in the new world. He was willing to sacrifice himself for the plan and, more often, his allies, turning on them the instant they no longer had any further use to him. Like Madara before him, Obito would gain these allies by preying on the darkness in their hearts and manipulating them, either by subtly corrupting their own goals or by appearing to share their beliefs. This was best seen in the existence of Akatsuki, its wildly-differing members working together because they believed the organisation would further their own ends; in actuality, they were mere tools that Obito used to forward his own agenda.

Despite how different his adult personality seemed, it was at its basest level very much the same as the person he was as a child. Obito viewed his actions as a station beyond Hokage; where the Hokage does what is best for the village, Obito felt he did what was best for the world. Though Rin remained ever-present in his thoughts, Kakashi and Minato were also present in his dreams of a new world, and it was the hope of reuniting their team under happier circumstances that motivated him. Kakashi theorized that it was this conflict between his past and present selves that drove Obito the most, especially in the events leading up to and following the outbreak of the Fourth Shinobi World War; he became increasingly hasty with his plans, first moving Akatsuki from a secretive organisation to a force that directly challenged the Five Great Shinobi Countries, and later by prematurely reviving the Ten-Tails.

As Obito grappled with his thoughts, he at different times took a special interest in Sasuke Uchiha and Naruto Uzumaki. With Sasuke, Obito began monitoring him after their first meeting, though he avoided further contact for fear of provoking Sasuke's brother, Itachi. After Itachi's death, he approached Sasuke and brought him into his confidence, later remarking that the loss of five Akatsuki members was worth it to gain Sasuke's loyalty. Although Obito stated a number of times that he saw Sasuke as nothing more than a disposable pawn, he nevertheless kept an eye on him, intervening whenever Sasuke was at risk and always happy with signs of his ever-improving Sharingan and his growing isolation from all other allies. In a way, he saw in Sasuke the kind of person he was trying to be. With Naruto, however, he saw the person he once was: dreams of being Hokage and dedication to his friends. Because of these similarities, Obito became fixated on Naruto, hoping to demonstrate the naivety of his beliefs and the terribleness of the world so that he would come around to Obito's point of view. When Naruto refused, Obito became increasingly angry and determined to eliminate Naruto and his dreams so that he can bury the last remains of the old Obito.

Primary Specialty - Handseal: Being from a Clan of Shinobi who are renowned for their Fire Release users, Obito is well versed in the Fire Element. Obito's mastery of the Fire Element allows him to perform Fire Release Jutsu with a Single Hand Seal.

Secondary & Apex Specialty - Speed: In tandem with his exemplary skills with Fire Release, Obito is also a skilled close quarters combatant, especially due to his "(Kamui) Phasing Migration" technique which grants him access to a level of combat few can predict, and fewer can successfully respond to. Seemingly influenced by his space-time distorting capabilities, Obito exerts a form of pressure on his opponents that reduces their base speed by -2. Obito is also skilled in overall hand to hand combat, due to the influence the Zetsu mass has on his biology. This translates to a +4 to his base speed.

Extra Specialty - Eyes of Hatred: As on e who has fallen to the Curse of Hatred found within many among the Uchiha's numbers, Obito's visual prowess is enhanced as a result of the intense emotions flooding his eyes. As a result, Obito is able to utilize the Sharingan Copy Technique on Forbidden Ranked Techniques, while the techniques copied last twice as long, up to 4 Ninja World Arcs.

Phasing Migration: A technique unique to Obito's Sharingan, Phasing Migration allows him to render his entire physical form intangible, by transporting parts of his body that are affected by external threats to an alternate dimension. This combined with the Sharingan's perception, and predictive capabilities makes Obito a highly dangerous target in close quarters, as he can phase in and out of existence, avoiding enemy attacks, before countering with his own, with a precision and lethality that is all his own.

Description: A variation of his Kamui, using this technique, Obito is also able to render himself intangible, through the use of his 3 Tomoe Sharingan or MS, to allow other objects to pass harmlessly through his own body, which he employs primarily to avoid incurring injury from incoming attacks. In reality, this is but another extension of his space–time ninjutsu, where Obito instead teleports any part of his body that occupies the same space as another object to a separate dimension. As the transported portions of his body are always obscured by the other objects, Obito appears completely whole to those observing him. By overlapping his entire body with a sufficiently large object, such as the ground, he can not only conceal himself from view, but also erase all traces of his chakra. Obito often exploits this characteristic to ambush his opponents from below. Though unable to establish any physical contact while intangible, Obito can move while phased at great speeds and can trigger the technique on instinct alone, relying on his Sharingan to perceive and calculate attacks and how to activate the technique in the most precise manner. He also seemingly possesses the capability to extend this intangibility to whatever he's presently touching, as long as he is able to maintain some form of contact with at least part of the desired item. Described as a perfect defense, Obito is able to phase through anything, avoiding damage completely.

Weapons, Scientific Ninja Tools & Artifacts: Obito has a number of specialized weapons and tools, including Madara Uchiha's fabled Gunbai. With it he can perform the Uchiha's Return, a technique which allows the user to absorb and reflect opposing techniques.

Description: The legendary war fan of Uchiha Madara, the Gunbai Uchiwa is a wide fan weapon with a tomoe pattern on it, a long handle with bandages wrapped around the base and a long chain attached to it. The gunbai is very resilient, being virtually indestructible. Its edges are somewhat shart and its large size makes it ideal for defensive purposes. Additionally, the user can channel chakra into it while swinging it. By doing so, massive blasts of unfocused wind can be released with varying power from C-Rank to A-Rank, depending on the users chakra input. The range of the blast increases with its power (C-Rank Short Range; B-Rank Mid-Range; A-Rank Long Range). Additionally, it can be used to perform some unique and powerful techniques such as (Uchihagaeshi) Uchiha's Return.

(Uchihagaeshi) - Uchiha's Return

Description: Using his Gunbai as a medium, Madara blocks an incoming attack and absorbs it, nulifying its effects. Not only that but upon demand, Madara is able to deflect the attack back at the enemy as a raw burst of chakra. As this redirection occurs both suddenly and unexpectedly, the reflected attack can prove difficult for opponents to evade. However, the technique, while powerful, can only be used against attacks that can be intercepted by the Gunbai and mainly against "energy-like" techniques. The redirected attack is not the technique initially used against the user but rather a raw blunt version from it.

Note: Can only be used once every 2 turns by Madara Uchiha or Obito Uchiha through his Gunbai or by Izuna Uchiha through his Sword.

Netsu kibaku sōchi | Thermal Detonator

Description: Thermal Detonators are spherical palm sized metal containers, similar to smoke bombs, however the detonators contain a mixture of several types of powder that causes the detonator to explode in a blindingly bright explosion that sends highly lethal shrapnel and flames in a five meter radius around their detonation point. Activated with the press of a button the internal fuse will cause detonation after a few moments, giving the user enough time to hurl these up to mid range. Cyborgs are capable of installing these in their bodies, however normal shinobi may just carry them. When used by a cyborg the detonators cause lingering burning damage similar to napalm, inflicting an additional 10 damage per turn every turn for four turns to a target until extinguished.

-A rank detonators and above can only be used thrice per battle.
-The blinding flash can inhibit vision for the same turn that the detonator explodes, if looked at directly.

Yetzer Hara | Evil Inclination

Description: Evil Inclination is a variant of the traditional chakra saber tool, however unlike the chakra saber this small hilt has a crossguard with openings to summon a blade and crossguard. Additionally unlike the regular saber this hilt allows the user to imbue it with an element of their choice, at the cost of a one time activation the blade powers to life, taking on a sword like form of the element chosen. This blade will have S ranked power and obey any S/W of the element used. The blade itself and the crossguard is made of the element giving it a functional advantage in terms of defense. The blade will cost a move slot to be used in an offensive or defensive manner, when used as such it carries 80 damage.

-Must be placed within the users biography, the element used must also be mentioned in the bio.
-May only have one per bio.
-Once activated the blade is self sustaining however it will power down after three usages and need to be activated again.
-Once activated the blade will remain activated however it will count as a CW once active, preventing other CW's being used.
