he taught me that there are 2 main uses for wind chakra... first it is used for pushing things and the second thing it is used for is to cut things... although the 2 uses are very different... the way to achieve them is very similar... to cut you just have to focus the chakra and how it moves... and also it's size and shape to be sharper and smaller.
