But Obito has his own dimension, Sasuke doesn't.

Obito can also sync to Kaguya dimensions from his own, he did it.

2 of those techs are things Sasuke achieved through rinnegan, Obito only needed two sharingan, but to give credit where it is due, Sasuke can link Amaterasu with Susanoo attacks in EMS form.
