Good thread but Obito could only teleport to Kaguya's dimensions while he was already in one. Only Kaguya,and Sasuke can teleport from Earth to her dimensions.

Also, Sasuke can use Lightning,and Enton attacks with his Susano'o, aswell as Amenotejikara.

Based on what?
