The reason Obito gave his MS to Kakashi was mostly out of pity. Just to put him on Sasuke's level so he could help against Kaguya. Obito should have just focused on the strongest ally there , and gave Naruto his MS.

I know it was to boost Kakashi's confidence but really, the manga would be over already if he'd gave it to Naruto instead. Naruto might have even awoken the rinnegan if he did.

There would be zero downside to giving it to Naruto instead of Kakashi, only positives.Naruto actually has enough chakra to spam Kamui and PS, he could also heal away the blindness afterwards negating any negative effects.

Naruto could have combined his PS with his BM and eaten Kaguya by now. But no, Obito had to give it to Kakashi; just so the latter wouldn't feel like a fodder.

And don't say he couldn't, because ghost Obito isn't bound by the rules of the Manga.

Come on Naruto with Susanoo and Tailed Beast Mode would have been a major changing factor in this fight. You're speaking from an "It would be stupid if he got it" (I am in no way trying to mock you) but i'm speaking from a point of view in reliability in the fight. Yes it would not fit his character, but it would compliment his fighting style which relies on close quarter combat and dangerous situations.
