Kakashi called Naruto smart and he's a on hand learner but the result of all of his training allowed him to use high level jutsus he never trained with really easily. All of the high level Bijuu RS he used takes chakra control to a whole other level. He would have trouble using Kamui since it's new but he does have the Bijuus help as well and for all we know Obito could have taught him if he gave him them.

Naruto doesn't need dojutsu, plus it's not his style anyway. I like him with Senjutsu + Bijuu and I'm glad Kakashi can show Sasuke up at his own game.

Because his chakra isn't connected with Obito. Even if Obito's soul could simply sprout from the pile of ashes, Naruto was already on Kaguya. What, does a flying omnipotent being not seem suspicious at all to Kaguya? Kakashi on the other hand was right beside him, and his chakra is connected to Obito's.
