So, Obito is restricted of his Six Paths of Pain, and his Gedo Mazo

Kakashi would win. Their kamui neutralise each other. And besides that, he is more complete as a ninja than Obito.

This is actually a reasonable and logical statement. Thank you for explaining, instead of just changing the circumstances and/or restricting Obito more.

You can't argue that Obito's endurance and chakra levels are much more than Kakashi's though. Obito would probably just get him to waste all of his chakra, and then warp him and himself inside the dimension, and kill Kakashi, since Kakashi wouldn't have enough chakra to warp himself back out,
