No, he was only beaten when he was Talk No Jutsu'd as Juubi Jin. Anything else only qualifies as an attack landed. But as he survived all that and still kept hiting people, he wasn't defeated.

And yes, that particular clashwas still a Genjutsu. Even if it wasn't, Obito wouldn't want to erase it. He needed to be impaled to get rid of Madara's curse seal so he could become a Juubi Jin.
