Obito could do it becuz he is Uchiha plus has Hashi cells. Rinnegan aren't his eyes they are Madara's and a different dojutsu. He couldn't maintain both becuz he is not the orginal owner he could barely control one of them.

Danzo had trouble becuz he wasn't Uchiha so he needed Hashi dna to help him control all those sharingan. Obito is Uchiha with Hashi dna. Of course he can do it easily.
