i give this to Madara & sasuke for the simple reason that we don't know their full powers yet.sasuke has an upcoming powerup(Rinnegan or PS maybe?)and Madara is a god and hasn't yet shown his full potential(maybe only 50%).on the other hand,both naruto & obito had attained their limit(unless tobi suddenly becomes juubi jinchuriki),naruto is already perfect jinchuriki and is using kyuubi's full power and tobi has his S/T which is a very troublesome jutsu but his 7 bijuu,both sasuke and madara can control them so they won't be a threat.so Sasuke & Madara have the upperhand here.

This^^^ Naruto and tobi are the most OP people in Naruto right now(if madara isn't edo). They own, and rape madara and sasuke....all day...everyday....even on Sundays
