We don't Know the True Power of Non Edo Madara (how long can he Keep Perfect Susanoo,and how Many Clones can he Make) but if its The same then i Will say madara and Sasuke

He wouldn't have the unlimited chakra that edo gives him, so no, he would have as many clones and most likely wouldn't be able to use such crazy techniques. Especially since kabuto stated that madaras edo body was special, in that all of his capabilities are improved past his prime when he was living.

yeah and Madara denied that.all kabuto did for madara was edo tensei as far as we know.madara received mokuton from his last fight against 1st hokage,awakened rinnegan himself so until something else comes up,i believe that madara had the powers we have seen so far before his death.
