all these anti obito theories are based on two things, that everything tobi has said is true and that obito has no motives.
Tobi 'said' he planted the rinnegan in nagato, did he actually? who knows? He claimed to be Madara guess what, that was a lie. Tobi took on the 4th hokage, people are saying he's too young to fight him, at that time obito would be around 16 and frankly he did get his ass handed to him. Did sasuke not take on the 5 kages at 17? 0.o
Obito's last words were pretty much 'Take care of Rin' Kakashi later confirmed to Rin that Obito loved her. When kakashi was killed by Pain he lamented that he failed to protect her i.e shes dead and Obito's last words weren't fulfilled. which would explain why tobi said 'You're just words and no actions, what someone like you says is worth nothing!' Not only does this imply that Tobi knows Kakashi personally but also that Tobi has a grudge on Kakashi for failing to fulfill a promise, i.e protect the one Obito loves. Betrayed by his best friend and comrade he blames the war for Rins death and so makes up the moons eye plan to prevent further wars from occuring. Anyone saying Obito was crushed by the rock, his eye would have been damaged etc Obito said himself 'My right side is ALMOST smashed' if he had been completely crushed he would have died immediately,The rock that initially trapped him then protected him from the collapse of the cavern. (Read Chapter 244) There are many ways that obito could have escaped the rock, for example the space time dimension skill he uses or the whole zetsu theory (in battle against 4th his arm was all gloopy xD as if made of zetsu material, which could also explain the height issues.)
if its any uchiha other than obito i'd be dissapointed frankly because any of those other theories such as shisui, kagami, izuna etc. We hardly know anything about them and for a villain as mysterious as tobi to be someone we know nothing about is just going to be a little bit s***.
