I liked a lot of this, but very much disliked that you reposted the same pages several times.
One thing to point out is that much of this is the story of Obito as told by Obito. What will become of the bijuus and ninja system are unclear, but I take Obito's word with a grain of salt. His character is a troll. Naruto/ Sasuke better have a better answer than Hashirama/ Madara.
Yea this computer is old and doesn't really have a way to edit and crop the pages, they were supposed to be individual panels and each meant emphasize a different point/point. The end result is a bit informal I agree.
Obito is a troll, most of his lines were clever half-truths that manipulated the given situation and proceeded his plan. But so far, the most detailed explanations and history we have on Rikudou and his Sons has been through Obito. I think we can assume Kishimoto to be telling plot through Obito at these points, however, I do agree there are details Kishimoto did not tell through Obito, which will be key towards the story's climax.
I just find it ironic that Obito has been instrumental in pretty much fulfilling Rikudou's prophecy, yet he is a through and through Nihilist. He obviously doesn't believe in prophecy, yet he tries to set up Naruto vs Sasuke anyways, only to have helped shape the only real threats to his plan. He's such a damn good troll, he trolled himself, he basically created who Naruto and Sasuke are indirectly.
