rinne tensei was implied by konan to be the ultimate move of any rinnegan user. obito has already wanted to use human path but opted out. i think he didnt use the other paths because he was conserving chakra for becoming juubi jin.
he didnt think kakashi would run him through after all. and its not confirmed hes dead or dying. nagato only died because he was that close to death already. but obi is probably regenerating his injury via black zetsu.
and besides alive madara may use edo tensei on obi and bring him back.

Obito was just a toll in his plan, once obito revives him, he is just dead weight. So it likely that madara will just continue without him.

no. Especially not through his main body.

If anything there's only a few he's learnt.
The guy has to learn how to use these abilities don't forget that and seeing as extracting a bijuu requires Outer path techniques, he most likely learnt those quickly. Remember, madara taught him some stuff so madara most likely taught him rinne tensei. Wouldn't be much point in telling a guy to rinne tensei you if you never even explain to him how that's gonna happen.

I highly doubt obito can use anything but 'outer path' techniiques from his main body - rinne tensei and soul extraction (which would sink him to gedo masu which he doesn't want). And, I think he also learnt a select few of the other path abiltiies, that or he never knew them in the first place. He said "I could use human path to ... but that would kill him" That really isn't much confirmation that he knows how even use it. That could just be him talking out loud about a possible way that information could have been extracted.
