How about Kaguya's dimensions ? They are strictly to Kaguya, and Sasuke casually travels through them....
It's a space time jutsu, they can travel whenever they want.

Could be an plot hole or inconsistency. In Boruto the Movie he couldn't use Rinnegan or Mangekyou after transporting everybody. Though he could use Susanoo because it doesn't require Sharingan after its been awakened...

Why would Sasuke's ability to open a portal to other dimensions be negated just because he's on the Kamui Dimension? He should be able to open his portals regardless of what dimension he presently stands in. It's not as if he has the ability to enter Kamui when he chooses, considering that it is Obito's personal dimension. But he should be able to exit it by opening a portal to another dimension.

This is wrong. If Sasuke opens a portal to a dimension that Obito has no access to, then Obito won't be able to kill him. Sasuke will be able to regain his stamina there and battle Obito again.
