Tsukyomi is useless against Obito.

Izanami would work if Itachi somehow manages to pull it off. Unless Obito uses Izanagi then I'd guess Izanami won't need the prep. I still don't know how Izanami works when used against Izanag since Izanami was created to stop it.

Totsuka doesn't have a physical form = weightless = instantaneous = no one can react. :skorm: Unlike FTG where the user does attacking the instantaneous strike is just that.
