Why did he do it?

I don't understand his strategy. I mean if everything was so planned out by Madara and the Kyuubi was a big part of that plan then why risk losing his biggest piece in the board? Did he do it out of spite? I'm pretty sure Madara did not tell him to attack the Leaf and much less with the Kyuubi. At least with another demon just in case things went badly. The way I see it is that he placed all his chips in the table to destroy the Leaf. In doing so he disobeyed a direct order from Madara in the worst way. Meaning he doesn't follow Madara like some brainwashed fanboy. Even now that their fighting the shinobi world he could decide to do something differently and cost them the war.

Kishi probably didn't think far enough ahead when he first spoke of the kyuubi attacking the leaf and so it doesn't make total sense :)

Only of Rin, or maybe Madara told him bad things about Konoha.

he did it so people can suspect Madara summoned it, since Madara was the only known Uchiha who can summon Kurama

All I'm yrying to say is that it feels like he was trying to commit suicide in his own way. Think about it he said he doesn't care anymore and he brought his strongesy weapon to the battlefield. He was gonna go out destroying the leaf.

Remember he decided to use the chakra parts of Kyuubi and Hachibi to start the ritual prematurely and Madara wasn't happy about it, but stated something like "it's you, so you probably have a plan". That shows Obito didn't follow a step-by-step plan thought up by Madara. Most likely Madara only told him the basic thing (get all Bijuu and summon Juubi) and Obito decide the actual plan by himself. Many key actions like the Konoha attack, the attack on the Kage summit and the whole declaration of war where his ideas.

obito is full of rage and hate, because of rin's death.

So he wanted to destroy the village who caused her death, and to kill his sensei who was no where to be found

No he did it to get the uchiha suspected
