Obito and Sasuke's crimes and Uchiha survival.

Would the shinobi world be justified in judging Obito for his crimes had he survived? And would it be realistic for them to try and stop Obito and Sasuke from reproducing, since one Uchiha brought upon the end of the world?

Given the history of the Five Great Nations and shinobi villages, and their crimes, would they be justified in judging Obito despite him being a result of their behavior? Along with Sasuke?

Sasuke was the same, joining a criminal organisation, attacking the hidden cloud and trying to kidnap its Jinchuuriki, attacking the 5 Kage summit, trying to kill the hero of the war and trying to also kill the 5 Kages. Yeah they should both have been judged for their crimes and sasuke made sterile. Obito is dead so who cares.

But would the shinobi world be the proper judge? Stone, Mist, and Lightning wiped out the Uzumaki Clan and the Leaf has it's skeletons as well. So I ask again, is the shinobi world a proper judge?

It's not Hiruzen, Danzo, or the Tsuchikage judging them is it? It's them who can't judge, not the people as a whole. That's like a murderer unable to be prosecuted because humanity has flaws.

I think they would be justified in judging Sasuke and Obito, for the most part the nations are made up of logical people. I am not sure if they have the credibility to punish him. Naruto might be the only one with that, and he refuses to do so.
