giving away 700 billion dollars is far from solid if ya ask me.
these are short term solutions.
did ya ever ask yourself how the banks are gonna pay back this dept???
most probably by charging their customers unreasonable prices for their services...
so instead of helping the economy they actually worsen it by reducing the amount of money people wll have to spent in the long run.
