Go to a person's page. Click on contact info, and click on Send a private message to such and such!

go to the person you want to pm's profile.
and there should be a tap that says "Contact Info", click it. then there should be somthing that says "send a private message to (username)"
after you click it, give it a title and type your message then click "submit message"

Its the same as always. Click "user Cp" then " send new message". Then send a PM.
