To begin, Tobirama activates his chakra sensing abilities to aid him in battle, and he would graze through his ninja pouch, quickly marking five kunai's with the Seal of the Flying Thunder God. He knew he had to take down the enemy in exchange for the bounty; a large bounty placed on Zabuza Momoichi's head, one of the 7 Swordsman of the Mist. Ready for battle, Tobirama takes a fighting stance as he awaits for the enemies' attack.

While Minato carries with him multiple kunais marked with the seal (making the core aspect of his fighting style which revolves around the use of FTG Kunais), Tobirama doesn't. Seeing the Tobirama reach into his ninja tool pouch, I immediately took it as a hostile attempt. As Tobirama's hand is within his pouch I do two quick hand seals, Dog → Snake to be specific, whilst inhaling deeply through my mouth. In one swift movement I expel from my mouth a stream of blazing Lava in a large abundance. The lava near instantly forms numerous large boulders of molten rock that are aimed to cover a wide area. With the molten boulder's expansive range, it leaves no room for the Hokage to use evasive maneuvers.

Description: After performing the following hand seals Dog → Snake The user takes a deep breath and then expels a large amount of lava, which quickly solidifies into multiple boulders of molten rock that are fired towards the target with a tremendous amount of force. Due to their composition, the boulders can melt through several trees with ease and are difficult to avoid in their entirety, because they're dispersed over an expansive range.
Looking at the large lava balls raining down on him, Tobirama was confused. A Kirigakure shinobi, capable of using Lava release? It seemed a bit out of place, however, he chose to ignore that for now. To efficiently defend against the current threat, Tobirama weaves a single hand seal, and then, release a torrent of water from his mouth which would be expelled outwards and shaped to surround Tobirama, creating a fence of water that would be capable of defending him from the boulders of fire aimed towards him. As he is expelling the defense, Tobirama throws an FTG Kunai towards the enemy, about 5 meters to his right side, and 3 meters behind. The collision between the two elements would result in a mist, hanging around the battlefield. Using the mist as an advantage, and the kunai as a distraction, Tobirama performs the Tiger hand seal and maintains it, allowing him to blend in with the terrain. Furthermore, because of the thick mist hanging around, the camouflage should allow Tobirama to blend in even further, covering any distortions that the enemy may have analyzed. Of course, the mist would only help his camouflage if he's within the mist. Soon after performing the seal, Tobirama would arc around to the left, stopping at about 10 meters from "Zabuza's" left side, and 3 meters back, so that he would be out of "Zabuza's" peripheral vision. Once he reached his new destination, he would throw yet another FTG Kunai, aimed behind "Zabuza's" ear/head area.

The technique also erases the user's scent and shadow, and is usable on any terrain, making it ideal not only for covert maneuvers but also offensive strikes. Perceiving the user's position is possible only for ninja who are astute enough to observe minute variations within their surrounding environment, such as distortions of air currents in the immediate vicinity or distinguishing sounds, i.e. footsteps etc. However, the usefulness of this ability can be entirely negated by those with special vision or sensory skills. The Second Tsuchikage, Mū's mastery of this technique helped earn him the moniker "Non-Person" seemingly having neither form nor chakra while the technique was active. Thus, he could not be sensed through traditional means.

While the molten boulders glide through the air and are approaching Tobirama, he expels a barricade of water around himself, obviously to overcome and protect him from the boulders. As the water starts to come out of his mouth, I also take note of him swiftly grabbing at his kunai, followed by one coming my way. Me being a master of both water and lava, I already know the outcome of the two elements colliding; which is a thick mist by looking at the proportion of water used to defend. As the two jutsu collide and start to produce the steam across the area, quickly obscuring our visions, I simply do a single hand seal in order to begin making it rain across the field. The rain wasn't ordinary rain though, more of a tactical rain if anything. I use the rain to keep tabs on Tobirama's chakra signature, knowing that most shinobi would attempt to take advantage of a situation where an opponent's sight is hindered. As I do the hand seal, I also dart to my left a little, evading the kunai but staying within a 10m distance.

Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.
Sensing Tobirama moving around to my right (his left) I simply smirk. Suddenly from everywhere in a 25m radius, bar a 3m radius around me, a corrosive steam secreted from the ground In a quick manner. Before he knew it, Tobirama was surrounded by a slightly thicker steam than created from our techniques, gradually burning at his clothes and skin before suddenly an explosion went off across the 25m radius. Due to the steam already being present, it should merely seem as if my chakra was spread across the terrain, not the fact that an entirely new mist was created. Due to the Mist's corrosive properties as it spreads, it should easily destroy the kunai that were thrown before, and if not, the explosion would destroy them. On a good note; I simply relax, knowing that the boil release techniques don't affect me in the slightest.

Tobirama continued to run, and noticed that the enemy seemed to be jumping to the right, closer to his location. However, he stops his movements when he senses the chakra of the enemy in the raindrops. Instead, he takes out the Sword of the Thunder God, and channels lightning into it, hoping to use the small gap between the two to his advantage. Soon after, Tobirama sensed the presence of the enemies chakra underneath, not just underneath him, but everywhere. Everywhere besides Mei's location. Mist appeared, warmer than usual. Assuming that a technique was to come from underground, which would only be logical because of how the chakra stops around Mei's location, Tobirama acts as if he would stab the sword on the ground. However, before stabbing it, he would disappear in a burst of speed, dashing in front of Mei where he makes a sequence of slashes with his left hand, greatly empowered by the lightning element to Mei's body. With his right, he would grab an FTG Kunai and tosses it to the ground, about 2.5 meters from Mei.

A simple yet effective Ninjutsu technique, Minato will dash in a burst of raw speed and jump, run or dodge an incoming attack. This is done by taking advantage of his enhanced reactions and his fast intellect when perceiving an attack and combining it with a burst of pure movement speed. Off course this can only be used on a battle ground that enables it and never mid air. It has some limitations though as Minato himself doesn't have a high movement speed but its still enough to mimic what can be described as an "instant" movement. Because of this, if the user wants to dodge or evade attacks from faster bios such as Raikage bios or EIG users, he needs the use of his space time techniques. The technique also has some limits in the movement it can produce, which are overall linear, lacking the ability to produce intricate and complicated movement patterns. Doujutsu users (at least 2T for Sharingan), Sensors or EIG users/masters as well as users with high reaction/reflexes or senses will still be able to track the user although, in some cases, become unable to react.

With the mist destroying the kunai around the field and about to explode, i could clearly hear the crackling of lightning being used ahead of me. Still having the rain to sense Tobirama via chakra sensing, I track him as he moves at a high speed towards me. I instantly bring my hands together to do a single hand seal, and just as you get in range to do the slash at me I create water around my immediate vicinity. The water is formed around me In a 360 degree manner, quickly expanding out towards Tobirama in the form of a rapid spinning vortex of water to knock him back as he attempts to slash me. The water hits him with immense force, and due to the close proximity of the spinning water vortex when it expands, it knocks away Tobirama before he could slash me and could cause numerous broken bones and even unconsciousness.

The rain still coming down notifies me of your ftg kunai, seeing as the rain senses chakra and the seals have chakra in them. As you are sent flying back due to my water tornado I decided that I'd take care of the chakra filled kunai whilst also attacking you. I didn't know what the kunai was for but I wasn't going to take any risks. The moment you're sent back I simply smirk and stomp my right foot on the ground. Suddenly 4 orbs of lava the size of fists rise up around me, though one of them rises directly under the ftg kunai, melting it as it rises up. When they rise up I shoot 3 orbs at you from different angles. One arcs from above, one arcs from the left and one from the right; all headed to hit you in needed areas such as the legs, arms and head. As those go at you, one or floats near my right should awaiting to be put to use.

Description: A technique that is used to protect the user from small incoming attacks or taijutsu. The user will kick the ground, releasing a burst of chakra into it which in return makes 4 orbs of lava, the size of fists, to rise from the ground. By fueling the technique with a steady stream of chakra, the user keeps the orbs rotating and moving around him to protect him from incoming attacks. However, the orbs are dependent on the user's input and conscious control to act and defend. The orbs are incredibly hot and thus damaging to the touch.
Note: Lasts up to 3 turns per use; while active, the user can only use Earth, Fire and Lava elements.
Tobirama approaches you, at rather fast speeds when he senses the chakra present around you; leading him to believe that a defense was to come, and/or he was capable of tracking Tobirama. And his belief was confirmed when a tornado of wall appeared, out of no where, around the enemy acting as a wall of defense. In order to avoid this, Tobirama grabs an FTG Kunai and drops it while he placed his weapon on his side, and instead of attacking "Zabuza" directly, he creates a mass of water from below to push him up above the ground once he reaches the area within 3 meters of you. This would abruptly push him up, meters in the air where the momentum he gained from the fast speed would allow him to travel over the tornado. Now mid-air and somewhere above you, Tobirama rotates his body to face you, with the Tiger hand seal formed and releases a thin and pressurized stream of water from his mouth. If you continue on to attack Tobirama with the orbs of lava, the pressurized stream would simply slice through it; and the force he gains from releasing the pressurized stream should be enough to push him backwards while mid-air, allowing him to dodge the orbs of lava if the stream of water failed to slice through them.
"He's... capable of using the same water abilities as myself... I guess i shouldn't expect less from a Kirigakurian Shinobi."
